Am I the only one who's excited?

I'm pumped. Raiders have #12 and #19 in the 1st. Hoping they can swing a trade to get back into the 2nd rnd, but I watch the entire draft. It's like Christmas for football fans lol. Well, this fan. I'm interested in seeing how things go in the virtual format. Shame it won't be in Vegas as planned. Going to miss the fan noise and seeing the Commissioner getting bear hugged after players walk to the stage LOL.

Yeah, it's gonna be weird. I'm just hoping the Pats draft a QB, I'm not looking forward to the post-Brady era at this point

I think they have to trade up for a good one. Trying to think of who could be available should the Pats stay put at 23. Jalen Hurts will probably be around. They say Tua is going to drop. I'm not buying it. He goes top 5, maybe top 10.
I think Jordan Love is the one to keep circled. Pats could swing a trade up for him. As for Brady, it's going to be WEIRD not seeing him in NE after all these years. Bout to find out real quick who needed who more between coach and player.

NE will be interesting. Their stranglehold on the AFC East could finally be over. Offense, I think, will be middle of the pack. The defense will probably be the same. But NE is really good at plug-and-play, so my early projections could be off on the defense. Offense I think is more of a weakness. Saw they signed Marqise Lee from the Jaguars today.

Honestly was hoping for OJ Howard to come back over in the Gronk trade. I think Pats can still get 9-10 wins and a playoff berth this year since Bill is good at finding overlooked guys who can contribute. Think Buffalo probably wins the division this year but I don't see Jets or Dolphins doing much this season. We'll see, been most of my life since we had a bad team lol
Raiders are interesting. I think they need to draft a bunch of offensive talent because you have to keep up with Mahomes in that division. Probably also need to beef up the defense. Gruden has a lot of work to do these next 8 years.

That would've been a good piece for NE (Howard). Big, strong, can catch. Gronk won't do much in Tampa. I think his best days are behind him + he's got durability issues...and the 24/7 title. 9-10 is reasonable. I'll have to check their schedule, but Bill has an uncanny eye for talent. If nothing else, the team will be coached up. There's just no getting around losing Brady, though. 43 or not, he was a constant lightning rod of success. Hoyer, Stidham and the 3rd QB can't make up the difference. Honestly surprised they haven't dealt Edelman and go full rebuild. Buffalo did good in FA. Will Allen continue to progress? Their defense is rock solid. Jets? 😂👌 not as dysfunctional as the Knicks, but Adam Gase is a sham. They have pieces, but the coaching stinks. I like what Miami is building. I don't think they're quite ready to take the jump, but they may surprise and make me eat crow. Closer than NY is lol. Pre-FA, I would've been pounding the table for a LB in the draft. Littleton and Kwiatkoski fixed that issue to where one isn't needed early. I'll always welcome pass rush help. Keep seeing rumors of them trading for Yannick Ngakoue from the Jags, but I doubt it at the cost asked. Now, if they want to fork over a 2nd rnd pick for #19 and then something else to offset the financials, then maybe? He's definitely good, but I wouldn't want to cough up a 1st rnd pick. Desperately need a true #1 at WR, so I'm thinking Lamb or Jeudy (my preference). Ruggs is also possible because of his speed *coughAlDavislivesoncough* LOL. For 19...idk, I really want a trade down. Even if it's at 12. But IF they stay pat with their second selection, I think it'll be a CB. I hope not, because you can find those in the first 3-4 rnds, but I think they still need one after striking out in FA.

Yeah, if you don't get Okaduh then you might as well wait on corner. Really the only sure thing is Burrow at 1 this year.

No way Okudah falls past 5. I think he goes to Detroit to fill the spot left by Slay.

Carr seems like a good guy. It sucks his back injury happened when it did, feels like it took his arm strength away.

Wait Gerry you're a Pats fan? It was like destiny. Yeah I thought they had the coolest name when I was young. Though Bill constantly trading back in the draft to pick mediocre defenders and long snappers tests me these days.
