Dear Handlers,
Effective immediately, (2/9/2013), Shannon, the handler known for the character Murdoc (aka The Prophet), is now the new HoCD. Shannon is taking over the position from Rick.
Shannon has been apart of Pure Class Wrestling on-and-off since early 2005, and during his time with PCW, Shannon has had stints running the fed in my absence, giving him experience in what is needed out of the HoCD. Shannon has been a steady member of the creative team (codename: mule) since he returned from a lengthy leave, and he has contributed a lot of the results you've been reading as of late.
Shannon will still be handling the character Murdoc, but his role as HoCD, as was the case with Rick, will not factor into whether he will win matches or not. I am still in-charge of determining winners and losers, and if one thing holds true, it's that I do not base wins and loses on how much I like or appreciate a handler- it's always determined by rps or whether the competitors have angled out a finish.
Similarly to what happened when Rick (and Hank before him) took over HoCD, all segments and questions regarding the results should be sent to Shannon from now on. You may still send them to me, but all I'll do is forward them to Shannon anyway. As Rick will be around, primarily focusing on his rp career, segments and questions sent to him regarding the show will be forwarded to Shannon or myself. To ensure you're being read, once again, message Shannon and/or I.
Speaking of Rick, I'd like to thank him for taking over as HoCD when Hank and I longer were able to do it. Without his help, PCW probably would have closed down multiple times. Rick knew what was needed to keep the fed a float, and he, combined with all of you, are the reason we are still here today. A big thank-you to Rick. As I've already expressed to you, you've earned all the accolades that you received. As a person who witnessed your arrival in PCW, the transformation you've made has been stellar and the stuff of legend.
I'd also like to thank Tom and Dustin for their interest in taking over the HoCD spot. You guys have not been forgotten or overlooked. Thank you and I know you guys will continue to support PCW and help out where you can.
I expect you all to treat Shannon with the same respect and kindness that you've treated Rick, Hank, and I (similar to the way you've treated Shannon, Alex, and Drew during their stints as fed heads with the PCW). We're all doing what is best for PCW.
Shannon, you have some big shoes to fill.

Dear Handlers,
Effective immediately, Rick, the handler known for the character Non Compos Mentis (aka Sean Rhodes), is now the new HoCD. Rick is taking over the position from Hank IV.
Rick has been apart of Pure Class Wrestling since September 2005, and during his time, has rarely, if ever, missed a show that he was booked on. Rick has been a steady member of the creative team (codename: mule) since we established the committee, and has been responsible for a lot of the results you've been reading as of late.
Rick also will still be handling the character Non Compos Mentis, but his role as HoCD will not influence on whether he will win matches or not. I am still in-charge of determining winners and losers, and if one thing holds true, it's that I do not base wins and loses on how much I like or appreciate a handler- it's always determined by rps or whether the competitors have angled out a finish.
Similarly to what happened when Hank took over HoCD, all segments and questions regarding the results may be sent to me, but I prefer they all be sent to Rick from now on. As Hank will be around, but not logging on as much, segments and questions sent to him regarding the show may be ignored. To ensure you're being read, once again, message Rick and/or I.
Speaking of Hank, I'd like to thank him for taking over as HoCD when I no longer was able to do so. Without his help, PCW may have closed down many months ago. I honestly believe Hank should have won the Executive Award during the last Iceys for everything he has done for us. Hank, we appreciate you buddy. But Handlers, don't fret- Hank isn't leaving us; he'll still be apart of the creative team in a Mule role and will help in contributing to match writing as much as he could.
I expect you all to treat NCM with the same respect and kindness that you've treated Hank and I (and Shannon and Alex and Drew during their stints as fed heads with the PCW). Don't expect much change to occur.

**ORIGINAL MESSAGE 8/6/11**
Dear Handlers,
I have some big news to report to you all. Effectively immediately, I am stepping down as “Head of Creative Development.”
My offline life has become far to hectic for me to dedicate the amount of time I would need/want to in keeping Pure Class Wrestling successful. I am not stepping down as Owner. I am not taking a leave of absence. I am still a member of the creative team. I will still be grading rps and booking matches. I am just stepping down as Head of Creative Development.
My replacement is a man who has helped out considerably behind the scenes since PCW has reopened. His contributions are a key reason why Pure Class Wrestling has remained, not only successful, but open in general.
That man is...Hank.
Hank? Who the heck is Hank?
Hank was/is the man responsible for creating and maintaining the PCW fan site. He has also, as previously stated, helped out considerably behind the scenes, much more so than anyone could realize. Hank is a prime contributor of many of the top-rated storylines that we've had since we reopened, and has been consistently there to help out with just about any question or concern I have in terms of storylines and results.
So, what exactly is “Head of Creative Development” (which will be referred to as HoCD throughout this post)?
Mainly, it is the person responsible for what we “see” on TV through the results. The HoCD's primary responsibility is to write, organize, and format the results. On top of that, any potential and current storylines will be organized and developed by the HoCD. The HoCD will also be giving direct feedback on potential cards before they are posted for general viewing.
So, again, effectively immediately, the new HoCD is Hank. If you have storyline suggestions or questions, please contact him. If you need to send in segments, please PM them to him. He will delegate and be the liaison between the handlers and myself in regards to results.
For the time being, I will still forward all information sent to me to Hank, but I do ask (respectfully), that you, again, contact him via PM if you need something answered about a storyline or results.
Thanks, and I hope this move continues the success of PCW,
“The Icemann” Luis Malave
