I'm more than willing to help, but there's a bit of a problem... I've never written a wrestling match before, and while I can describe step-by-step what's going on, I don't know the names for most of the moves. If this is something you think can be worked with or around, by all means, hit me up and we'll see what we can work out. I have no issues offering time or effort, I just don't know that I'd do a very good job, is the point. xD

I'm not much better; I find myself having to look up even some basic moves in profiles. Some moves have outlandish names...

And, usually you can fill in the blanks between trademarks and simple moves like armdrags or bodyslams with strikes.

This is true. In my opinion match flow and story takes precedence over listing a bunch of moves. While it's cool to visualize the moves, and the moves go a long way toward representing the wrestler's style, the most important thing is the progression of the match and the back-and-forth action; moments of advantage, reversal of momentum, pinfall attempts, pacing, etc. I think you'll be able to do this no problem, Kris, and if you're worried, there's only over a hundred shows to draw from in the archives Our summary results used to be like 2 paragraphs. Now they're more like 5-10. It's cool to see how far we've come not only as roleplayers but as match writers as well.

For the record, I'm not wholly opposed to having 2-3 paragraph matches on Trauma. My view, however, has always been that people who roleplay should be rewarded with a good showing on the results, not a couple of sentences.
That said, if you guys are comfortable with that kind of showing as opposed to a 'semi-summary' I can pitch it to the rest of the mule team and see what comes of it. So, what do you lot think?
I love good results that everyone enjoys, but I'd by lying if I said the smaller length wouldn't help us get these matches out quicker. It's up to you guys.

It only takes a few minutes to type out a match in the current summary style, from the few times I've written. I'd prefer to keep them the way they are.

Considering the effort that goes into roleplaying and the quality of the fed, it's rewarding to the handlers to have longer results to read. I know I don't mind taking the hour or so it may take to read the entire results given that they're always well written.
When it's all said and done, the results are basically the only reward we get for playing this game, aside from the chance to write and converse with the community. Imagine if we RPed and after the deadline were just given a list of winners. Buzz-kill!
Once upon a time when it was only one or two people doing the results (Luis plus a mule or two on occasion) and the deadline was every week, it made sense to have shorter results to get them out quickly and save the big bang for the PPV.
But this is the point of building a team of mules: to produce quality results of considerable length within a reasonable timeframe. If we ever have to resort to dark matches or something, short summaries would obviously be alright for those. But for now, I'm very impressed with the results of each show. We should do everything we can to maintain that quality.
And from the amount of people volunteering to be mules on top of the quality mules we already have, it seems like we're doing very well in that regard.

If there are any others who are interested in becoming a mule, whether temporary or permanant, please let myself, Murdoc, or Eira, know.

Welp, I'm gonna volunteer myself for the Head Mule position. If anybody objects, I'll graciously take the paybump down to Permanent Mule.

Just to make it official, although I already confirmed it with Luis, I'm a permanant mule. Though it's likely I'll probably only be able to write one match per show.
