And another bites the dust. if you missed the show you can check it out here: mixlr.com/e-wrestling-broadcast-service/pcw-pulse-episode-37-061816-t193-review-194-hypeOn the show this week, the breakdown and review of Trauma 193 plus a preview and my predictions for T194. In other news, there's a couple of mentions on how Ernie (the guy who runs the E-wrestling broadcast service) has seemingly disappeared of the internet, and everybody seemingly abandoning the Mixlr channel (seriously, there were no other broadcasts on the station since Pulse 36). Now I can move it to a personal Mixlr channel and other than the address link would basically bee the same as the current one. Only I'm a cheepskate so I would only get an hour for a show instead of the 3 hours available to us. On the other side, I could run a show at any time or on any day (my personal schedule not withstanding), although I do like the constancy of a weekly show. Anyway, anybody have any thoughts, opinions or just want to throw an extra 2 cents in please do so.

Pulse tends to run for less than an hour and, even on a busy week (results and predictions to go over), you managed just barely over an hour. I'd say paying for a 3 hour time slot doesn't seem necessary unless you wanted to start earlier to allow for some BSing that could take the time longer.
Another thought: You could always post shows in parts if there were still items to discuss and you were approaching that hour mark.

Yeah, I thought about the part thing. But the wording on the free plan says its only 1 hour a day, not 1 hour a show. Which leads me to believe that if I can't just stop at the hour mark and start again. I don't know how that works exactly, which is why I hosted the show on the EWBS tonight. I didn't think i was going to be that close to the hour mark to be honest.

I know 4CW just restarts their radio whenever the hour's up. They've done it a few times consecutively. I don't know if that's one of the cheap plans or what but that made me think it possible.

About an hour is what the show tends to run, so if you'd like to host it on your own channel (or help create an actual PCW mixlr account), that works just fine.
Following your lead on this one, I'll back you whatever your decision. =)

That's weird, right? Wasn't this EWBS thing supposed to be a big deal?

It says Ernie was logged in here 4 hours ago...
Does anyone have a way of contacting him to find out what's going on?

Wasn't this EWBS thing supposed to be a big deal? Yeah, very weird. Which is why I've been concerned and started really thinking the way I did. Turns out its one of the biggest coincidences in the world [note, previous statement may be an exaggeration]. So Ernie was sorry he vanished the way he did. It's personal and that's all anybody really needs to know. As for the other shows, with the exception of apology radio (who many went somewhere else so they can be a bit more random in their scheduling), all the other hosts have had personal shit go down. As a fed that promotes Real Life First, I certainly understand and appreciate this. From my point of view, since I couldn't see any reasoning behind what had happened, its seemed overly strange at this whole turn of events. But now things are more in perspective, I apologise from bringing this all up and the overall point is now Moot. We'll continue with the Pulse at the same bat-time on the same bat-channel.

Well, it's good to hear he's alive at least. (I'd say "and doing well," but only he knows for sure on that one.)

So all I heard from that was it sucks real life gets in the way, but if we're one of two shows left, or the only show, we might be getting some more listeners and hopefully more PCWers like Mister Dontevivus.
