I feel like I have to do this.
As you guys know by now, I won the Deadly Rumble. The DR this year was different in that there were rewards for coming in second, third, and fourth. Traditionally the winner has received a World Title opportunity at the following PPV.
The idea was well intended with the hope that it would get people interested in entering. That didn't work out so well, but that's beside the point.
Gabriel and myself won our individual title matches. We then wound up as the final two in the DR. There lies the issue.
We wound up in spots intended to determine new contenders. In hindsight, I should have proposed staying out of it because we DID win the World/North American championships on the same show.
I dropped the ball and for that, I'm sorry. To everyone. While Rick and I have a plan in place to address the matter on Trauma, it doesn't make the outcome look any less awkward.
I want this to be a place that is fun for all who wish to do the hobby. A place where we can collectively tell our stories and have matches/feuds that are, hopefully, entertaining for you guys to read and participate in.
This was an unintended consequence and maybe it's just me and how I'm feeling. I made a mistake and I hope to learn from it, so that we can better develop things for cohesion in the future.
With all of that said, I'll stop here. Hopefully my words help things, and again, I'm sorry if this has created any problems.

You guys won fair and square. With the limited yet close roster, anyone who suspects foul play needs yo reconsider. This could be a great storyline for everyone to work from. How long has it been since a stable/team has held all the power in pcw as far as titled go?

I said this to you in a PM already, but this isn't 2000 Geeksoft or anything. You'd lose 85% of your roster if this were the case there, but I can't see anyone here having that big of an issue with it, especially if something awesome story wise comes out of it in the long run anyway!

There is a storyline coming up that I hope people enjoy. The relevant people have already been PMd about it. If anyone else has questions, please ask me directly.
I've never been a person to put myself over or to leave others in the dark about the goings on of the fed, so, as I said, if there are any questions or suggestions, please let me know. Thanks.

Also, for the record, neither of us graded the roleplays for the show. The scoring was done by someone who did not compete and is not an active competitor.

I'm more mad at myself for over committing to the Rumble because I saw not a lot of people were committing to it and I spread myself thin and put out two roleplays of crap. You guys won.

Not that I have to explain myself to anyone, but I had approximately half my usual RP'ing time this cycle, so I was fortunate to get something up at all for my scheduled match that I wasn't completely ashamed of. Stop browbeating me! ** **

I think it's bullshit...
...that anyone would complain. Look at all of the angle opportunities in this, not only for the power couple, but everyone else to capitalize on as well.
This is a game. While I have my own personal beliefs about "those in charge" holding straps, look what we have to work with prior and now. PCW is on an upward swing.
Having nothing to do with the outcomes, we lost a very strong player to LOA. In time, all should see, the absence of a strong writer will affect the roster and stories more than the event outcomes.
I think it is bullshit you felt the need or obligated to defend the outcomes.
It was the best possible scenario... and I can see that having NO idea what the plan is from here. The opportunities for everyone on the roster are plentiful. Grab them!

Thank you for entering, and to everyone who entered. It made the show better. Honestly, anyone who consistently roleplays well will be given multiple opportunities for big matches and titles and main event storylines. There's never a situation where you only have one chance at success.
