I thought this was an especially strong week for roleplays and I believe the match writers did a great job capturing how competitive every match was. But enough from me. What did you think?

After a fun opener from Kyle Shane (seriously, why haven’t we seen a back alley betting pool on this tournament before? It only makes sense.) the action comes fast and furious. Gabriel mentioned in the Shout Box that the RP scores were close, and I don’t doubt it. Everyone sure brought the noise this cycle and the mules rewarded us with some mighty fine reading. Back and forth, barely-missed-pins, no sure winners going into any of the matches…any one of these competitors would have made a solid final four.
Also: not to take away from the final two matches of the IIT, but Jiminy Christmas, Living a Legacy is quite the card! From top to bottom, it’s going to be an intense night.

Everyone involved in the making of Trauma, match writers and roleplayers and all who sent segments alike, really put on one hell of a show.
I love Kyle's schtick at the moment. He's been able to stay in everybody's minds even though he hasn't been in much of an ongoing programme since TIIT started. I can't wait for the day where we can finally do Shane/Dominator. For those of you who don't know, Kyle and I have had so many matches over the years and, as time has passed, Kyle is probably a few 'W's ahead of me at the moment. With Dominator being my strongest character in terms of writing for a long time, it would be cool to see how we match up these days.
My only slight criticism is the relatively short build towards the title matches, but given the timeframes of TIIT it didn't really give much time to build, as winners and losers of the 2nd round were still very much up in the air until the deadline passed and the judges' scores were put it. Props to Tyler Scott on the build on his revamped character though. It's one hell of a statement to immediately challenge Kyle Shane and I do like how that panned out, but given an extra week's build, these matches could have a lot more than just the titles riding on them.
I've already stated in the Shoutbox that Stacy had me majorly worried this week. I opted not to read Stacy's RP until the bulk of my own RP was done (as I do in most instances) and added a few bits and pieces here and there to keep some continuity. When I read what she wrote against what I wrote, I thought to myself "I've really gone overboard on the descriptiveness." But that's my style, so I went with it, but I still had my doubts that I'd done enough this week.
But Stacy, you definitely deserve that shot against Stormm after your efforts. Best of luck to you.
Grimm, Gabriel and Seromine... again, I've said it in the Shoutbox, but this is going to be an absolute blast. It'll no doubt be my biggest test since joining in PCW. With everything else that I've got in mind for when the tournament finishes, win or lose, I can't wait!
Well done, everybody!

I like the way Living a Legacy shaped up. If I had known that Tyler was getting a shot I would have tried to work with him on roping him in for an extra segment, but taken by themselves, having Tyler and Stacy Jones challenging for the World and North American titles is a big shakeup and should produce barn burner matches.
I started the betting pool just because I knew most of the cards were going to be busy with the tournament and I didn't want Kyle to get lost in the shuffle. It was supposed to be one off, but I enjoyed it. I like bringing Kyle into comedic segments backstage because it helps balance him out from the journey into my head that writing rps about him can be.
We got some other strong segments in there from Gabriel and Seromine, Tyler Scott and Stacy and Stormm meeting.
This was a wonderful week for role-playing. And just think how competitive that final four is gonna be. Place your bets, people.

I'm putting $20 on Tyler.
