Trauma 245 Feedback
Joey Handy vs. Razor Blade
This match couldn't have been written more perfectly. Joey looked like the amateur that he is supposed to be.
Razor Blade gave it his all, but luck played out in Joey's favor. Barely. Joey tries to make friends and influence people at the end of the match, only to have Alexa make an attempt at attacking him. I have to say that I'm really enjoying working with
Alexa Black again. Guess I'll have to use my Trauma "off" to recover and regroup. Or not. Guess you'll have to wait to find out.
David Hunter Promo:
Wow. The champ's a bit cocky. I love it. It'll be good to see how this develops down the line, but it's a fitting promo to hype up the main event. Will
David Hunter remain the same "humble" guy, or will he lose his cool and his gold?
Seromine/Grimm Seg 1
Oh this is going to be a good one. With the influence of Lucy in the mix, this may become a mystical battle of the ages. Just don't feed me to
Grimm. Ever. I can't wait to see where this one goes by the time the PPV comes around.
The Anarchist may have bitten off more than he can chew, but it looks like Lucy may even the odds a bit.
Holden Ross Vs. Cory Steel
This was a brutal match between
Holden Ross and
Cory Steel. How did these two get through this match without getting DQed or counted out? The UG division just opened up when these two hover in the ranks. Cory pulls off a win, but these two behemoths will collide more in the future, you can bet on that.
Seromine/Grimm Seg 2
The circle of mannequins was a downright creepy resonation. *shudders* That's the fifth ring of hell for me. Glad to watch Grimm "harvest" these bastards. Lucy and Seromine were less impressed than I was. OCD, much?
Crazy Boy vs. Muscles Malone vs. Sicko
Sucks that John, wasn't able to get anything up this week, but it's nice to see CB back in the mix of things. These two would have had enough trouble betwixt themselves. Throw the demented clown into the mix, and that's a recipe for nope and bloodshed. The smaller men got in a few good shots, but this match was Sicko all the way. Looks like
Tyrone "Crazy Boy" Smith is a glutton for punishment, if he's got designs on retribution against the grease painted menace.
Horacio and Dominator seg/ Dominator vs. Microburst
Dominator / Mortimer issues another challenge, just daring
Stormm to try and take down the Giant of Time. So what do they do? They bring in a midget version of Stormm to toss around like they're in a bowling alley. Poor guy got pummeled until... *lights go out* (not gremlin related) and Stormm makes a grand entrance and an even grander statement.
Seromine/Grimm Seg 3
This is shaping up to become Armageddon when these two meet. (Seriously. It's there in the bible. Just look it up.) Good thing Loki stepped in, slapping their wrists and sending them to different corners together. Does that ever really work? Guess we have to save the good stuff for the PPV, but it was a nice build-up of the tension between these two.
Kyle Shane/ Gerard Angelo Seg
Kyle Shane comes out and delivers in 7 million words what he could have said in five. Finally,
Gerard Angelo comes out and responds in 3 million words what he could have said in two. Just kidding guys. This was a great seg that raised the tension between two bitter rivals. I shocked it didn't come to blows. Yet. This will be a great match when Mass Destruction comes around.
Tyler Scott vs David Hunter
Who knew this would have been such a magnificently brutal match? *slowly raises his hand* Both of these men wanted this match, and it showed in their RPs. There were some beyond brutal spots in this match, with
Tyler Scott and Hunter trading blows for a bit before the carnage really starts. Steps, chairs, monitors, fan beers, musical instruments (DAFUQ?), and trash cans fly as these two pull no punches to dismember the other. I thought this match was going to go on forever, but Hunter just barely missed getting his shoulder up in time. Damned brutal match. Well earned win and a loss that's nothing to be ashamed of.
And then... An ice cream truck appears and a wild Sicko appears! But he's not the real threat. Holden Ross clubs Scott from behind. Hunt and Ross double team an already beaten Scott to add an exclamation point to their newfound alliance. Hoo boy! This may be a bad thing for the UG division.
