PCW Tuesday Trauma Tuesday, April 26, 2005 Live on E! from the Pure Class Arena in Greenville, South Carolina In the Beginning Details: As the show started, we were suprised to hear T.I's "Rubber Band Man" blast throughout the arena. No one knew who was coming out, and the man that came out drew huge laughs from the fans. He was about a six foot four, over 280 lbs. man, with a rubber band tied into his long black and white beard, and was wearing a Hawaiian T-Shirt. He's wearing comfortable looking blue jeans and some black, no name, sneakers. Once he entered the ring, the music stopped, he was handed a mic and explained to everyone who he was. Here's an excerpt: Man: My name is Alejandro Walker. Known to many as "The Captain". Why am I called, "The Captain"? Well, because I'm the leader of the ship, baby! And the latest vessel I am leading? Well, of course, it'll be the PCW! Yeah, yeah. That's right. I'm the NEW PCW President. I might not look the part of a President. But trust me, I know what I'm doing. And the first thing I am going to do is announce the releases of the following PCW Superstars, who just happened to be scheduled into the first match here tonight. So, The Crow, Hellion, and Demon, stay in the back, take the loss, and pack your bags. As some stooge on NBC says, "You're fired!". It sure is going to be interesting to see what kind of impact he'll have on the PCW. Match One: Singles Match Hellion vs. The Crow vs. Demon Referee: Tim Jones Winner: All receieved a Loss via forfeit and their pink slips Match Details: Nothing to write here. All that happened was that referee Tim Jones came into the ring and told Mark Long that it's official. All three competitors received a loss and a pink slip. Match Two: Singles Match Black Ice vs. The Painted Assassin Referee: Travis Wilson Winner: Draw; Double Count-Out Match Details: This was a fairly close match, with neither man getting much of an advantage over the other. The fans weren't clearly behind anyone, and cheered for both men. At one point of the match, the two Superstars were outside the ring battling it out, and they clearly couldn't hear the Official Travis Wilson begin the mandatory ten-count. As they battled up the entrance ramp, The official reached ten and they were both counted out at the 8 minutes and 41 seconds mark. Once they both knew they were both counted-out, they did the classy move, and shook eachothers hand. Backstage Preparation Details: Following the last match, the PCW-Tron clicked on and it showed Xander North, sitting in his locker room, by himself, his hands on his head and his head down, and apparently talking to himself. A few seconds later, a knock on the door was heard, and Xander snapped out of his trance-like state. He answered the door, and a tech guy told him his match was next. A weird smile came across Xander's face, as he left his dressing room. Match Three: North American Championship Number One Contender Match Senor Smurf vs. "Showtime" Xander North Referee: Tyrone Little Winner: Xander North via pinfall Match Details: This was one of more the more, if not the most, exciting matches of the night. Both competitors knew going into this match that the winner would walk out with a chance to face for the PCW North American Championship at Revival. Both came mentally prepared, and the match started off well. Senor Smurf, a former multi-time PCW Champion, came charging at Xander in the beginning of the match, taking him down with a spear. Throughout this whole match, the two exchanged offense and defense, but it wasn't until around the 13 minutes and 22 seconds mark that the match gotten out of control. When Senor Smurf was setting Xander up for what seemed like a Powerbomb to finish the match, referee Tyrone Little was hit with an accidental elbow by Smurf, as Smurf was lifting Xander in the air. Smurf came down with the Powerbomb and rolled over on Xander for the pin, but with the referee being knocked down, no one was there to make the count. After what seemed to be enough time to get a 15 count, Smurf got up and tried to revive the ref. While shaking the referee, Xander pulled something out of his tights, got up, grabbed Smurf, and then decked him in the face, before putting whatever he grabbed, back into his trunks. As Smurf came down, Xander covered him, and, like always, the referee THEN began to stir and make the three count. Xander won the match at the 14 minutes and 12 seconds mark, but receieved a multiple of boos for the way he did it. Announcements from "The Captain" Details: Following the last match, the PCW-Tron came on, and sitting in a Hawaiian-themed office, equipped with both fake palm trees, sand, and coconuts, sat new PCW President Alejandro Walker. He was sipping at a drunk in a coconut with a straw when the cameras came in, but when he noticed them, he put the drink down, as dribble ran down his long beard. He wiped his beard off before speaking and telling everyone that he has made a match for Revival, pitting Pegasus and his International Championship against challenger LoKi. The match would ONLY happen if LoKi defeated Pegasus in that arm wrestling match here tonight. Also, "The Captain" told the world that Sexay Jay's protegees will be barred from ringside during his match for the World Title. Match Four: Non-Title Arm Wrestling Match; if LoKi wins, he faces Pegasus at Revival for the International Championship Pegasus (International Champion) vs. LoKi Referee: Eddie Lane Winner: LoKi Match Details: In the first-ever Arm Wrestling Match in the PCW, we he had LoKi going up against PCW International Champion Pegasus, and, as being announced by the new PCW President, if LoKi won, the two would face off at Revival for the International Championship. LoKi entered the ring with a sling on his left arm. We would later find out why. Pegasus came into the ring with a huge ovation. He had his left arm taped, and the PCW International Championship around his waist. Eddie Lane began to read the two the rules of the mach, stating, there were going to be two rounds. Round one would have LoKi using his right arm and Pegasus using his left. Round two would have Pegasus using his right arm, and LoKi using his left. LoKi would have to win both rounds in order to face Pegasus at Revival. Once the rules was read, LoKi, with his left arm still in the sling, gotten into position with his right hand, and Pegasus did the same with his left, first taking off his title and handing it to Eddie Lane. As the first bell rung, the contest started, with LoKi quickly, and easily, taking the early advantage by slamming Peggy's hand onto the table. Eddie Lane raised LoKi's hand as the winner of round one and told them to get into position for the second round. Pegasus gotten into position, but LoKi began to tell Eddie that Pegasus had something in his hand. As Mr. Lane was checking Pegasus's hand, LoKi reached into the sling, pulled out a lead pipe, and smashed Pegasus in the head with it. Pegasus hit the mat hard, and apparently was knocked out. All this was done in Eddie's face. LoKi then reached down, grabbed Peggy's right hand with his left hand, and slammed it to the mat. Eddie signaled for the bell and announced LoKi was the winner at the 11 minutes and 52 seconds mark. Match Five: Four Way Elimination World Championship Match Sexay Jay vs. Angelica Night vs. Maniac vs. Thorn Referee: Richard Stevens Winner: No Contest Match Details: This match was made because of the announcement last week by the, then unknown, new PCW President. The announcement stated that the winners of the night would face off for the World Championship at the following Trauma. Unfortunetly for current World Champion Innovator, his match was billed a No Contest, and he was stripped of his title for not winning. This match featured four of the top PCW Stars, including the last two PCW North American Champions; Sexay Jay and Angelica Night. This match also signaled the first time in the PCW's history that two women competed at the same time to become the World Champion. The match started off rather quickly, with all four contestants going right at eachother. Surprisingly, one of the favorites to win this match, Thorn was the first to be eliminated when, somewhere between the 7 minutes mark, Maniac was able to catch Thorn with an AWESOME Samoan Cutter and eliminated her. That left the match with three combatants left. Throughout the rest of the match it was pretty even, neither person almost getting eliminated. But at around the 16 minutes mark, when all competitors, and officials, were laid out after a beautiful cross body from the top ropes by Angelica Night caught them all off guard, Xander North came running to the ring, picked up Angelica, who, though hitting the cross body, took alot out of herself, off the mat. He hit her with a beautiful Death Valley Driver and then placed Sexay Jay's arm on her, before reviving the referee who then made the three count. For the second time of the night, the fans booed Xander. This left the match between 2- Maniac and Sexay Jay. The remaninder of the match went back and forth, until, from out of the crowd came former PCW World Champion Innovator. He came into the ring and began laying the boots to both men. Richard Stevens had no choice but to call the match out. Innovator then went to the outside, grabbed the World Title from the announcers' table, and headed up the ramp with it, as the feed faded out. ©2005-2006 Pure Perfection Incorporated All Rights Reserved
