When I threw someone an offer to come to the PCW, this was her response:
Now granted, the quality of the roleplayers, I would say, aren't the problem here, because we all know you guys have talent. It's the damn lack of committment, loyalty, and urge to wanna see the fed succeed. I try to be as lenient as they get. I try and keep a friendly relationship between myself and all of the handlers in the fed. I keep the rp limit moderate. I do updates. I do results [and most of them right on time]. I create angles, that I think, work pretty well. I've been looking for new recruits. I've been looking for a webmaster, as some of you may know, to put the PCW on a more enjoyable site, not because it matters to me, but as a bonus for ya'll.
Now, I know alot of the people involved with the PPV have had some unfortunate things that has happened during the last week, week and a half. Deaths, sicknesses, moves, lost of net access, those kind of things I can understand. It's the people who aren't having those significant things that annoy and sadden me. The entire purpose of efedding is a fun place to create your own characters and bring them to life in their own realm. WRITING IS A REQUIREMENT IF YOU WANNA BE AN EFEDDER! Why join, if you aren't going to rp? Why join, if you don't want to rp? It just doesn't make any sense.
I'm not asking for a ton of work. I'm looking for maybe 2 rpz a week from whoever is booked. I'm looking for a minimum of 1000 words, but even those who write shorter than that, I don't say nothing. What I was trying to get to was, a 1000 word rp probably takes about 25 minutes. There's no way it should take this long, but, let's say it took 2 hours. You're telling me, your schedule doesn't allow 1-4 hours a week to rp? I find that hard to believe.
For the most part, everyone who has joined the PCW joined because they wanted to. I've made sure, if I asked someone to join, to ask them, "If you join, you SURE you're going to be active? I'm looking for maybe 2 rpz a week. That's not a lot, is it?" And mostly every single one of them told me, "That's nothing. I can handle it. There's no point of joining a fed and not rping." It's sad.
So, I'll be releasing roster cuts following the PPV results. Most of the people who are cut probably aren't even going to read this post. Out of the remaning members I'd have, I'd say about 1/3rd of them will be on LOA. So I'm guessing we'll have about 8-15, probably closer to 8 than the 15 though, of active people. Horrible. But I'll continue to progress. I'll continue to look for people to join. If, the active people in this fed, know anyone who would be willing to join, then please, send them my way. I could use the help.

"well it was a good pitch but i don't think i'm gonna join because i've had better offers from feds that have better quality roleplayers. it's kinda sad you only have 9 roleplays for a ppv."
