Greenville, SOUTH CAROLINA March 1 (AP) ~ It has been leaked from the offices of Pure Class Wrestling that Jonathan Matthews, better known as Johnny Vivacious, has cleared his schedule of his promotional appearances this week. A source close to Club Vivacious has confirmed his intentions stating, “He’s even mentioned skipping Trauma all together.”
The current North American Champion was said to be upset over a recent booking. His time with PCW has seen some huge victories starting with Pegasus and his most recent over PCW cornerstone, The Prophet. Two losses scar the record of Mr. One Night Only; one of which was to Melissa Malone and last night’s tornado handicapped match against Dominion. The meteoric rise of the man in black since his initial impact on January 10 of this year has been well documented on both the PCW and Club Vivacious websites.
This being the last Trauma before the Game Over pay-per-view, Vivacious was booked in a six-man tag team match, allied with S.I.N., against the Tag Team Champions Dominion and their partner, the World Champion, Ace Anderson. There was also talk of a huge announcement to be delivered at Club Vivacious concerning his Game Over opponent, Non Compos Mentis.
PCW has yet to comment on the issue of Vivacious missing Trauma. If Vivacious refuses to show, he makes the main event a handicapped three-on-two and Club Vivacious will obviously not be shown. Not to mention the door that will be opened for fines from the administration.
More on this as it develops.
