As you've all probably noticed, every time a YouTube clip is posted, an eBay ad is connected to it. There are also adsense by Google posted throughout the forums. Some of the ads are useful, and others are funny (like how every time James Keenan is on the forums there's an ad for, "Gay Chubby Daters"), but ultimately, they are mostly unwanted and unneeded.
Now, I can not be cheap and upgrade my ProBoard account, effectively putting those ads to rest, OR, I can do the exact same thing for free!
If you guys are getting sick of seeing the ads, I recommend all to switch over to Google Chrome or the Mozilla Firefox browser.
Both Firefox and Chrome are free, safer, more customizable alternatives to the Internet Explorer.
After you download Firefox or Chrome (or if you already have either browser), I recommend to get the Adblock Plus browser extention. This extension acts as a powerful popup blocking tool, and it also blocks most useless adsense ads, including all the ones seen on this site.
Be sure you click the accurate browser extention on the Adblock Plus page.
I figured I'd share this knowledge with you all, hoping to get rid of the ad nonsense some of you guys have been dealing with. Use the tool if you'd like.

If you use IE, setting your security to "high" will also block adsense. The downside is it also blocks YouTube (and its attached ads), but you can always drop your security back down if you want to watch something. It also kills some widgets, unfortunately.

(like how every time James Keenan is on the forums there's an ad for, "Gay Chubby Daters") get bent Tom, I think that's what he was implying... That's why those ads keep showing up for you. This adblocker is amazing! I went to LOP and didn't have to wait a full minute each time I loaded the main page for the damn incredibly slow pop-up to load, then twenty more for the x to close it actually freaking worked. THANKS LUIS!
