I think both these guys are great promo men. They really are. My vote is for Foley.
What I have noticed though is that a lot of the votes were given to Attitude Era-Modern Era wrestling personalities. (And yes, I know The Brain and The Body just made it to the Final Four.)
Not that it's a bad thing, it just shows that the voters are more familiar with the product over the last ten-twenty years than say, the last twenty-five to forty. But to each their own, I guess. I do have some results to dispute, however:
I don't think Savage should have lost to Flair (although, admittingly, that could be a bit of biased thinking on my part.) I don't think Lawler should have lost to Sweeney. Michael Hayes should DEFINITELY NOT have lost to Sting. Magnum T.A. should have had more votes in his match with Rude. Shane Douglas probably should have defeated HBK. Both Terry Funk and Arn Anderson should have had more votes against Jeicho. There's no way Christian should have had any votes against Heyman. Sting SHOULD NOT HAVE defeated Nick Bockwinkel. Edge should not have defeated Raven. Dusty Rhodes probably should have defeated Billy Graham. Scott Steiner should have defeated Owen Hart. The Undertaker should NOT have had as many votes as he did against Michael Hayes. (Really people, if you're not familiar with a superstar, Youtube that bitch.)
...Anyway, those are my opinions. Anyone want to add?

I'm still biased, Jericho is my all time favorite, so that's who I went for

I can't say I was ever in love with Macho Man, but I'm with ya, Luis. That dude should have gotten a lot farther than he did.

Anyone want to add? I think it's subjective to the audience voting. If you polled the 18-25 demographic on who the greatest football player of all time is, I doubt you're going to get a lot of votes for Sammy Baugh and George Blanda. A lot of people vote on what they experienced, because that's what made it great to them. For instance, I saw Larry Sweeney at his best in person. I know of Lawler's exploits, but it was far before my time. Therefore, it was more impressive to me. It may not be the universal opinion, but it was mine. All of this is subjective to not only opinion, but experience. And in my experience, no one can cut as many different kind of promos in as many different characters as Mick Foley. He can capture an audience, make them love him, hate him, laugh, cry, anything. He's truly one of the greatest to ever speak inside a ring, almost to the point where I wonder if he would've made more of an impact in other endeavors without the wrestling stigma attached.

I absolutely know it's all subjective. I just thought more of us would have at least tried to be more objective.
I do say, the beauty of these "tournaments," is that the pairings are random. That randomness can either work in a person's favor or knock them out sooner than thought.
Oh, and in case I didn't mention, my vote is for The Mickster too.
