Non Compos Mentis
Non Compos Mentis probably isn’t going to like hearing this, but he was his most successful as his alter-ego Sean Rhodes, becoming PCW World Champion for the first and only time by defeating Lantlas at Return to Glory 4 in 2012…a feat that took him seven years to accomplish. However, it was NCM who cost himself the title when he walked out on a match that pitted him against Grimm and Michael Wryght at Mass Destruction 3, the biggest show of that PPV year; the “Born-Psycho” had returned and continues to compete to this day.
So while NCM had an enormously successful total PCW career (currently sitting at 81 victories, 48 defeats, and 10 draws) and ranking in at #4 in the PCW Power 100, he himself may walk out of this tournament because SEAN RHODES won the title, not NCM. Good thing the “King of Hobos” isn’t the only one voting on this thing, but will it be enough?. (NCM d. Nina Arcania in Round 1) (NCM d. LoKi in Round 2)
vs.
Grimm
There’s a lot that can be said about the Gingerbearded Monster of Hangtown, but I’ll allow his PCW accolades do the talking instead. Since debuting with PCW in 2005, Grimm has gone on to:
• Win multiple PCW Championships, including 2 stints as PCW World Champion. • Win multiple Icey Awards. • Win the inaugural Deadly Rumble event. • Amass an amazing win/loss/draw record of 86 victories, 32 losses, and 13 draws. • Rank in at #3 on the PCW Power 100. (Grimm d. Pegasus in Round 1) (Grimm d. Andy D in Round 2)

I'm probably going to seriously sabotage my chances here but I have to be honest... even I would hands-down vote for Grimm.
Fact is the only notable parts of my reign were the beginning and the end. As was mentioned in a previous round, my most notable defense seems to have been beating Puro Power, and he was pretty lucky to get a shot.
Grimm is a legendary World Champion for a reason. I'd vote for him.
