For months, Sadistic and Gem have been at each other's throats. Gem made Sadistic tap. Sadistic pinned Gem. Gem came back. Sadistic taunted. Gem did not back down. Now these two face off one-on-one again with the PCW World Championship on the line. And, to make things more interesting, Eira has been named the special referee.

Psychedelica ("Dollface" Kelli Starr & Nathan Saniti) vs. Tha UnHoly Alliance ("The Anarchist" Jason Willard & Johnny "Loco" Marquez)

A lot of things are returning in this match. The PCW Tag Team Titles will be back. The UnHoly Alliance is back. And the unlikely reunion of Kelli Starr and Nathan Saniti seems to be back as well. Who will walk out with the reinstated championships?

These three teams have been battling it out for weeks in insane brawls. Now technically this match only includes one member from each team, but it's also Underground Rules with the title on the line, so.....

The rules of this match are as follows: When one member of a team is thrown over the top ropes and his or her feet touch the floor, the entire team is eliminated. The winner becomes number one contender for the newly reinstated Tag Team Titles that will be awarded later on in the night.
