Fade In
We open up to a local park in Biloxi, Mississippi. It is a blustery day, so not too many people are out and about. The wind kicks loose dirt and leaves around when it picks up. Looking up you can see a gray and cloudy sky. PCW Superstar and the most recent Hall of Famer, Tyrone "Crazy Boy" Smith sits on a bench along a paved walkway. The bench is a old metal and wooden bench. The metal frame is an off white with spots of brownish red rust stains showing through. The bolds holding the one by two boards onto the metal frame are all rusted at the top. The wood itself is worn looking. Many of the boards are warped from the years of use, and some have small cracks. No paint and color is on them besides the dull gray color from years of weathering that theyve gone through. The bench cracks when Tyrone is seen moving into a relative comfortable position. The grass around the bench seems to be worn then from the various types of people walking on it, and sitting on it. His arms are crossed over his chest and he leans back on the back of the bench until he seems to look like he's asleep. Looking into his eyes it is hard to tell what his current state of mind is or what sort of emotion he might be radiating.
CB: Trauma 199. Who would have thought that we would make it to almost 200 Traumas in PCW. And I've been around for over half of them. And last Trauma, at 198, I teamed with friends and rivals alike and showed Alexa Black that her and her gang of "darkness" isn't as invincible as they say they are. I showed that going against a man having everything to prove, despite being enshrined in the Hall of Fame, that you dont get anything without a little loss of blood and a whole lot of sweat, along with a little bit of insanity. Just last year, I was nothing more than a broken down shell of myself, floundering in my career, wondering where I was going, but we all know what kind of man I wound up being. This year, I got inducted. I have been on one of my better rolls of my PCW career. I've slowing getting in the head of Alexa Black and the Darkness. I'll have to be putting Alexa Black on the backburner for a little bit as I turn my focus on someone new. Ill be fighting a guy who has really made a name for himself in his debut, becoming one of the fastest rising newcomers the PCW has ever seen in Seromine.
The mix of opponents hes beaten and who he hasnt beaten leaves him in the middle. Distraught and wondering if he can move on, and thus he did. Any great wrestler would find some way to bounce back off of any major defeat that Crazy Boy has endured in the past couple of years, and he has in a big way.
CB: You wish to bring up my past with (un)Stable, and my faults in which everybody already knows. Find something new to get at me because its old news, and it sure as hell isnt very interesting anymore. Lets face it Seromine, you are talented in that ring, but that's all you are: a one trick pony. The only thing people know you for is your supposed followers and cult that you have. They may worship you now, but when you are called out like the fraud that you are, where will you be then?
With a heavy sigh and a shake of his head Crazy Boy adjusts to let the numbness go away before he sinks back down into the seat. People always have to have someone to look up to. People have to have someone to latch on and worship with all of their being. People like Seromine are those kind of people. While you have those hard working people who do anything to get a little recognition and a little noticablity, you have people like Seromine who can make people worship his feet by hollow words. The Crazy One represents those of the back breakers, aiming to please and entertain the best way possible, and he would proudly accept that title if told so. Hes worked hard to get where he is in the company, and by God he will not let anybody get in his way after he's worked hard to get the spots hes been given.
CB: Seromine, its not like I dislike you at all really. It the type of person whom you represent that I hate so much. You tell people your shallow views and that's the only right way. You have no open mindness, and it's a sad, pitiful way of living. If you don't you'll feel that if you fail to make it anywhere if you dont have that backing of your so called "friends". The only thing that I can tell you is that you are a sad, pathetic excuse of a human being. I'm just being frank. I don't know about you, Seromine, that while I was busting my ass doing my best to get my feet under me to get a solid wrestling base set, you were out trying to spew whatever bullcrap came into your mind. Maybe you should have stopped spewing nonsense and brainwashing anyone that will lend an ear to you and actually trained , imagine how much further you would already be in your young career. You're already brilliant in the ring. You could already be a world title contender if you would just focus.
Why would a man agree to face somebody that he knows will want to hurt him, and try to end his so short career, all to show an example to Alexa Black was beyond Tyrone. Maybe Seromine wanted to use Crazy Boy for his purpose of showing that he has what it takes to prove that he is just as capable of a wrestler that he has shown for months now. Maybe he wanted to show that he can be just as demented as someone like The Crazy One. The wind blows a bit of his hair around and he shakes his head.
CB: You see, Seromine, the thing with me is I lost focus of what I wanted to do and how I am starting to win my matches when they count. I wasn't winning them to retain a title or to prove that I can still win where it matters. I was winning them to earn respect from people that wanted to show me such disrespect and scorn over the years. People have written me off for a while long now since I last lost the North American Championship 2 years ago. I lost that focus and when I did people started to doubt my abilities to win some of the biggest matches in my career so far. I would consider this match a turning point in my long career. It would be something to help me regain what I once had to do to become a serious competitor. Seromine, your wrestling ability is impeccable, but careless. You sometimes have your head in the clouds, and your ego is off the radar. If you are going to get past me, you are going to have to buckle down, man up, and bring me everything that you have, otherwise you are just going to get ran over like many other people have against me.
The camera shifts slightly to look at a figure of a man slowly walking up behind Tyrone. His brother, Carlos, just stands there behind him, arms crossed. Carlos places a hand on his shoulder and then pats it lightly as he then slowly makes his way around to sit next to his brother. The Crazy One on the other hand hasn't moved since his brother came up to him. A grin comes across his face, but nothing else has really changed The air outside seems to change as a small droplet of rain falls upon the white gray colored paved walking path.
Carlos: Don't forget those couple of years back when you were at the peak of your career in PCW. You are a two time North American Champion and now a Hall of Famer. You were and still are a dominant force to be reckoned with. There were times when you beat certain people that they would respect you for it, and other times when you didn't beat them, but still had their respect none the less. Because they knew your heart and determination at becoming a great of our business.
CB: It's exciting that Seromine will be the first man that I get a hold of to get back to my old self and to show Alexa that I'm not the same person that she faced even a couple of months ago. I'll pull out all of the stops to just crush him to here to holy hell.I'll show everybody that Seromine is a fraud and he should be a lonely, bitter man. Maybe then, he'll focus more on the task at hand. I want him to succeed. I want him to go the extra mile, but I've harped on the fact he isn't ready for this and that he hasnt really gotten the grasp of the severity of the situation when he's in the ring against me. I have my past to back and my bright future to look forward to. Let's hope that this match will open your eyes and that, although you are extremely talented, you are not as good as you think you are.
Carlos: I agree on that aspect. Lets get out of here before it rains like hell.
Tyrone nods before he gets up. He looks around as the white gray pavement starts to get more grayish as the water droplets starts to build up. He and Carlos walk towards the parking lot and the bottom falls out. Could this be a sign of what is to come? Is the bottom of The Crazy One's pent up frustration with Alexa and the entire situation coming to bounds? Only time will tell.
CB: Seromine, Trauma 199, you are going to get a rude awakening and are going to get a taste of your own medicine. You wont have those damn followers cheering you on, or spewing any of that nonsense that you talk about. All you will be doing will be fighting the fight of your life.
The car doors are open, and quickly close. Then they pull out and take a drive towards the apartment complex where Crazy Boy lives at.
