Nathan Saniti and The Anarchist like this

Rick Majors stepped into the PCW Arena carrying his gym bag, the same way he had many, many times over the past few years. But tonight wasn’t any night. Tonight was the night he would be saved.
He walked down the hallway and entered his locker room. He placed the bag down on the bench. He checked his cell phone. No messages. There are never any messages.
He reached into his bag and pulled out his headphones. He put them on, plugged them into his phone, and sat down on the bench. He closed his eyes.

9:10pm
He left the locker room in his ring gear and made his way to the Gorilla position. He was about to be saved. He walked by a TV that was showing a promo for the next match: his match. Rick Majors vs Kelli Starr vs Seromine for the PCW International Championship. Thoughts were racing through his head.
The whole world thought that Kelli and Rick would team up on Seromine. Seromine had personally insulted them both. He had tried to hurt them emotionally and physically. Tonight, Seromine was going to get what was coming to him. He was going to lose his title and he was going to lose it to one of his biggest enemies.
To be honest, the world wasn’t wrong for thinking that. Seromine had personally insulted Rick. Seromine had hurt him emotionally and physically. Kelli Starr and Rick Majors have a history of teaming together.
But Seromine did what he did because he wanted to save Rick Majors. He wanted to tear him away from his past. He wanted to give him a chance to be reborn.
Seromine believed in him. Kelli Starr hurt him because she didn’t believe in him.
Rick Majors and Kelli Starr had been on the same side of a battle many, many times. At the Trauma 196 Icey Awards, Kelli was brutally attacked by The Darkness. Rick Majors arrived with a baseball bat to even the odds.
At Return to Glory VII, Majors and Starr teamed up to defeat the Shaw Brothers. Nathan Saniti joined their side at the conclusion of the match, helping them fend off The Darkness. Rick and Kelli were kicked out of the arena that night for attacking the Shaw Brothers after they injured Saniti.
Majors and Starr teamed up again at Trauma 197, once again stepping into the ring with the Darkness. At Trauma 200, Rick Majors teamed up with Kelli Starr and Nathan Saniti once more. They were joined in battle by Dan Fierce and Lantlas. Then, at Collision Course 5, Majors and Starr, among others, ran out to face off against Seromine’s Followers. Time and time again Rick Majors and Kelli Starr have been allies.
They had worked on the same side for almost eight months. He had come to her aid frequently and, yes, she had often come to his. He even stood shoulder-to-shoulder with her “friend” Nathan Saniti on numerous occasions. It is tough to truly trust someone in the wrestling business, but Kelli Starr and Rick Majors displayed unity on several occasions. He trusted her. She should have trusted him.
She didn’t. While she seemed to stand by a freak like Saniti despite everything that he has put her through, she didn’t do the same for Majors. She did not try to accept him. She did not try to understand him. She did not care about him. She didn't even try.
When asked about teaming with him to face Seromine and Destiny just a few weeks ago, she called teaming with him “crazy” and “insane.”
She wrote about it on her God damn blog!
“I don't understand. I mean, I could see Rick Majors doing his best not to let me get totally killed, but has literally no one else considered how bad Seromine is trying to be to my state-of-aliveness?”
That was that bad, to be honest. It wasn’t especially flattering, but it wasn’t that hurtful either. But he memorized that entire blog post. Because that one comment wasn’t all. She wasn't done.
“Rick Majors is so confused they're about to send him to a Pray the Gay Away Camp”
And then…
“I don't know how to process this, not when Rick Majors scares me almost as much as Seromine does.”
RICK MAJORS SCARES ME ALMOST AS MUCH AS SEROMINE DOES
RICK MAJORS SCARES ME ALMOST AS MUCH AS SEROMINE DOES
That’s it.
What else was he supposed to have done for her? He saved her from a crazed gang of violent psychopaths. He had her back time and time again. He put himself in harm’s way for her. He risked his own safety. He supported her and came to her aid whenever she needed it. He even accepted her bizarre relationship with Nathan Saniti despite not understanding any of it.
RICK MAJORS SCARES ME ALMOST AS MUCH AS SEROMINE DOES
“Who the fuck do you think you are, Kelli Starr?” His thoughts were screaming inside his head now. “I scare you as much as Seromine does!? I do!? ME!? REALLY!?”
He tried to calm himself down. He needed to go out there and perform. He wanted this to hurt Kelli, not just physically, but emotionally. To do so, he needed to convince her that nothing was wrong, that he was on her side, because then it would hurt even more when she realized he wasn’t. She had placed Rick Majors and Seromine on the same side, long before he even considered that option. She caused this. In a strange way, for that, he should be thanking her.
“Seromine wants to save me,” he thought. “Despite our past, Seromine understands my pain. Seromine knows that I need help. Seromine is there for me.
You are not, Kelli Starr. You may have pretended to be, but you were never truly on my side. You do not understand me.
Do I scare you, Kelli!? Do I really, really scare you!? JUST. WAIT. You don’t know fear. Not yet. You don’t know pain. Not yet. But you will. You will, you fucking stupi….”
Rick Majors was stopped on his way to the ring by Shane Dodge.
“Can I get a quote for the website before the match, Rick?”
“Of course, Shane.”
“How do you feel about your match tonight?”
“Well, it’s obvious to everyone that Seromine needs to be stopped. He has taken things too far and someone needs to put an end to his reign of terror. You’ve seen what he’s done over the last few months. Hell, you saw what he's already done tonight! But it ends right now.”
“You’ve teamed up with Kelli Starr in past. Will you guys be working together again tonight?”
“I hope so. Someone needs to take down Seromine and the two of us can and will do just that. As for the International Title? Once Seromine is out of the picture, we’ll have a respectful contest between the two of us.”
“Thank you, Rick.”
Rick Majors walked away, thinking of what an incredible liar he was becoming.
If he could lie to Kelli, why couldn’t he lie to Kelly? Why couldn’t he have told his ex-wife what she wanted to hear, long before she became his ex-wife? Why was this new ability only developing in him now? Was Seromine already influencing him? Had his salvation already began?
“Put those thoughts aside, Rick,” he thought to himself. “Put the past aside. You don’t have to live there anymore after tonight. You can finally accept life as it is today. You will be saved. Go to the Lord.“

He was back in his locker room. He and Seromine hadn’t spoken since the ring. They didn’t need to. They knew what they were doing. They knew where this was going. Seromine was such a visionary, such a great thinker, that he could form intense spiritual and psychic connections with people. Despite being physically alone in this room, he did not feel that way.
For the first time in years, he felt a part of something.
It was as if years and years of baggage and pain and anguish and confusion were suddenly lifted. When he hugged Seromine, he felt the touch of God. He felt welcomed. He felt acceptance. He felt forgiveness.
"Thank you, Kelli Starr. Thank you for causing me to realize that I needed help," he thought. "Thank you for showing me that I needed salvation. Thank you for pointing me to Seromine's side. I hope the pain you feel tonight will keep this memory with you forever."
It was everything that he had hoped for. He had been saved. His soul had been saved. His mind had been saved. He even felt younger, as if his body was no longer weighed down. Praise Seromine. Praise the Lord.
