A somewhat conflicted Hiroshi Yukio parts the curtain with his tree trunk arms and walks backstage following his confrontation with Kyle Shane. His mood is palpable as he strides down the corridors of the PCW.
The cheers of the faithful can still be heard roaring around the arena as he steps through and a waiting attendant hands him his emerald green dragon kimono and sandals. He slides the kimono on and it covers all of him. He ties the sash and nods to the attendant who bows and takes his leave while Hiroshi continues on his way.
Looking around he gave out some high fives and signs some autographs as he goes bemuse that's why he is in this. For them first and himself second.
On one hand it felt good to take that uppity young punk down a few pegs and see him loose that smug smile. On the other hand he knew his behaviour of late had not been at all honourable.
Becoming violent and picking fights was not usually what he would usually do. What was it about Kyle Shane that brought out the absolute worst in him?
He was nothing like the wrestlers Hiroshi had faced in Mexico or in his native Japan. Those were true warriors and men who respected the ring the company and the art of wrestling.
Kyle Shane on the other hand was only in it for fame and fortune it would seem and stuff anyone else.
It was that attitude that irked Hiroshi more than anything else.
And as for his claims of being able to take him down well those were as he proved on Trauma just boastful pride from an overinflated ego.
He had been successful and that couldn't be taken away from him and the PCW Underground Championship was his and that made him a champion but not in Hiroshi's eyes. That title was meaningless with out a true champion Hiroshi thought to himself.
He resolved to make sure that the title would be taken from this brash young upstart and given to someone who is worthy of it.
This is why he knew he had to win the Ice Man Invitational Tournament.
He comes to a door and stops sitting there in the middle is a simple black name plate with white writing engraved with his name.
Outside the door two large security men in suits stand watch and do not move. Both men are imposing but standing in front of Hiroshi are simply dwarfed by him.
The second man sees him and nods before opening the door and allowing Hiroshi access to his room. He steps through and the door closes behind him. Walking across the room he sits in a chair and considers what his next move will be. He knows Shane will use anything to take him down and won't give up until he does.
"More training will be needed" he says to himself. His voice firm and confident.

10:30 PM
A focused Hiroshi stands in the middle of an old warehouse that has now neem converted into a all purpose gym and training centre.
Looking around various things can been seen such as weights for lifting, cardio and exercise machines and a makeshift Sumo ring had also been set up as well as an exact replica of the PCW Trauma ring.
Hiroshi had thought ahead this time and knew that he had to do what he must m. Tearing both mind and body to be at their absolute peak.
Taking a step into the ring he stands with his legs apart and hands on his thighs with one foot bent and planted firmly on the ground. He raises the other high in the air.
As he extends the knee of his leg that is planted on the ground, he strongly brings his other foot down into the ring. This ritual stamping (called shiko) is how he built his amazing lower body strength by conditioning his legs.
He repeats this for 6 or 7 times before continuing on to the next exercise.
Taking a strong stance he pushes his hands forward along with his hip and leg of the same side, alternating between left and right. This is known as Teppo and it teaches the basics of moving their feet and hands as Sumo try to topple an opponent.
Hiroshi sits down planting his backside on the ground while he has his knees extended, opening his legs 180 degrees, and leans forward until his chest touches the ground. Matawari, as this is called, is used to develop flexibility in the lower body, which is important for a wrestler.
He rises from the ground and walks over to a large heavy bag that hangs from the ceiling by a thick reinforced chain.
Next, Hiroshi will engage in what is known as butsukari-geiko, in which wrestlers take turns throwing their bodies into each other.
Taking a lowered stance he slams his huge mountainous body into the heavy bag over and over with a frightening force. An audible this is heard as he charges again and again with the bag flying back wit each hit until with one final charge the chain snaps and the bag flies across the room almost hitting a nearby door.
Hiroshi laughs and his big belly shakes.
"Ha Ha Ha oops. A little too much there. Guess I don't know my own strength sometimes."
He stops and an attendant hands him a water bottle and he takes a huge swig of water before placing the bottle down on a near by table.
"Okada San!"
He calls over an older gentleman who has been silently watching him
"Yes Hiroshi Sama?"
"I want you to hit me as hard as you can with these things" Hiroshi says calmly
A look of surprise come over Okada san's face.
"Really?" He splutters
"Yes really!" Hiroshi replies with a smile
"O-o-ok" he says
He walks over and picks up a kendo stick and Hirosh gets in a easy stance taking a deep breath.
Okada swings the stick as HARD as he can across the back of the larger man but he doesn't budge an inch.
"Again!" Hiroshi demands and Okada obliges swinging with all his might and again Hiroshi doesn't move. Large red marks start to show across his back.
Okada swings again but this time Hiroshi blocks with his arm and the cane snaps in two.
"Now that!"
Okada grabs a stop sign and slams it into Hiroshi's head and it makes a loud dull thunk as it connects.
Over and over again he keeps swinging before Hiroshi counters and punches it out of his hand.
Okada picks it up and looks at it and it now has a large Sumo shaped head print dented into it.
He smiles and leaves the sign on the ground.
"What next Hiroshi Sama? Okada enquires but before he is answered a phone rings and he dashes off to answer it,
"Hiroshi, I have just been informed of your next match. It is against a young lady by the name of Alexandra Tamora."
Hiroshi thinks for a second before replying
"The young lady who claims to be from the future? Most interesting. I've been hearing all sorts of things about her and how she came here supposedly she traveled back in time to come and see PCW at its peak and she is also I fan I hear."
Okada nods at this
"So my question is if she is from the future just what dies she knows about me? It could be everything or nothing. I know nothing of her however but I will not let that be s factor in the match.
Ms Tamora, I have been greatly entertained by your tales of the future and come what may I simply cannot allow you to keep me from my goal of re capturing the Underground Championship.
There is just too much at stake.
You will understand therefore that I must defeat you and I will use all of my knowledge and skill to do so.
So bring your all and I will show you what it means to be a true competitor!"
He turns away from the camera and back to Okada.
"Okada San I want to work on Shane's finishes. I want to know how to counter them and neutralise Shane from using them.
I believe he calls them The Pieces Of Eden and The Lens Of Truth.
Can you find Masato and ask him to come to the training ring?"
"Yes Hiroshi sama" Okada rushed off as the camera fades out
