And with that we've hit our deadline. We had a 100% show rate this week, awesome job everyone. Lets keep that up as we continue the cycle.

Can I offer a suggestion, where when the deadline is posted...everyone who no shows is listed? Sure, it's shaming, but we're all a pretty forgiving bunch. Maybe a 'bulletin board' of who no showed would stop repeat offenders from continuing to no show. I've no showed plenty of times in the past, but I think it's a good idea.

While i do want to crack down on no-shows, I'm not sure public shaming is the way to go. There needs to be some sort of punishment for repeat offenders, but i dont think that should be done.

It's not too much shame, though. I'd say it's less shameful than eventually squashing their characters. I imagined it more as acknowledging that no shows can really mess up a good card.
