The scene opens up in a quaint little cul-de-sac in Columbia, South Carolina. The houses look nice, but aren't anything TOO fancy. In the middle of the area stands a small, yet cozy two story
house. Sitting in the driveway, sits a 2017 Shelby GT 500, along with what looks like a Honda Accord. A figure, shown as Tyrone "Crazy Boy" Smith, steps out of the Shelby and looks at the house, shaking
his head slowly. He hasn't seen his aunt Barbara in about 15 years, but here he was, looking for his mom that stabbed him in the back. All he wants is answers. All he wants from his mother is Why she did
what she did. But he is tired of this wild goose chase. He is tired of looking. He walks up to the front door and takes a deep breath, ringing the doorbell that is next to the door, hoping to come face to
face with the aunt he hasn't seen in years.
After a few moments, a frail looking middle aged lady opens the door and peeks on the front porch. She stares at Tyrone for a minute before cocking her head to the side, trying to remember who he is.
"Hey Aunt Barbara."
She looks on in confusion at first, before something clicks in her head and she quickly walks out of the house and stands right in front of the Hall of Fame superstar.
"Tyrone, is that you?"
Crazy Boy nods and gives his aunt a quick hug. She closes the door behind her and looks up at the veteran superstar, him being almost a foot taller than her.
Yeah, it's me. How you doing?"
Aunt Barbara gives a quick thumbs up and looks at the car, Cassie sitting in the passenger seat, nodding her head slowly.
"That must be your wife that I heard about from Linda so much. She seems nice."
The Crazy One cringes and closes his eyes at the sound of his mom's name. Aunt Barbara notices his expression and looks at him quizzingly.
"Something the matter? I know I haven't seen you in 15 years, but I know that's not the reason why you are here. To shoot the breeze with me."
Crazy Boy opens his eyes and nods his head slowly, taking a deep breath. This is his mom's sister after all. He doesn't want to do anything that will upset her, but he needs to know. The butterflies
enter his stomach as he manages to get his words out.
"I'm... looking for mom. I heard she was here recently. I just need to talk to her."
"Well, I'm sad to say that she hasn't lived her in about 6 months. She decided to head to Kansas to stay with her mom, your grandma, because she is in horrible shape and may not last
much longer. That's what she is at now."
Tyrone winces at the news that his grandma isn't doing well, but he forces a smile, knowing that he finally knows where his mom is.
"Thank you, Aunt Barbara. I have a show coming up, so I'll go hit Kansas afterwards. I promise I will come back to visit you. We have a LOT of catching up to do."
Aunt Barbara nods and hugs her nephew, each waving goodbye, as The Crazy One bounces back to his car, with a new purpose. He slides into the driver seat and looks at Cassie, nodding his head
enthusiastically.
"She's in Kansas at my grandmas house. After the show, we're finishing this."
Cassie remains quiet, but nods her head, as the Shelby peels out of the driveway and starts the trek down the road as this promo comes to a close.
Static and Fade.
End.
