The Anarchist and Joey "The Handyman" Handy like this

*Holden’s “Skull and bones” symbol hangs center screen, as we have started to grow accustomed to, however, there is no radio static. After several seconds of silence a loud squeal of feedback erupts from the speakers. An unknown male voice, unaware that a mic is live nearby is asking questions. It is not the Preacher from the sermons.*
Man: -on't know if this thing is even on…it is? We're broadcasting, now?
*He clears his throat upon learning they are live, whoever and wherever they are. His voice is older, a little hoarse, and almost as if he were slightly out of breath.*
Man: If you are listening….let me tell you a fable…the real Dragon and Serpent. You see, the two were once upon a time, sent to Earth for their actions. Some may have you believe they were sent down as punishment when, in reality, they crawled up from below with a mission.
*The sound of a Zippo lighter flipping open, the wheel being thumbed as to ignite the wick, and the inhale from what is assumed to be a cigarette.*
Man: The Two came here together but, initially, separated. The Serpent made his way to sunny California, to bask in the warmth of the sun like the cold blooded reptile he is. He enjoyed the sun, and its warmth, while the old Dragon embraced Anarchy and wrapped himself in its colors. He caused havoc and left chaos in his wake…
The Dragon eventually parlayed his experience and charisma of being the Anarchist leader into being a false profit, forming a flock, and shepherding them towards the Abyss. In time, Fate used her influence to bring the two villains back together. The Serpent was there when one of the Dragon's greatest Acolytes betrayed the mighty Dragon. He stood by the Dragon's side when the World began to see the cracks in the Dragon's charade as a profit. And embraced him, and has sworn allegiance to the Dragon yet again, as he has begun to fly the flag of Anarchy yet again.
They are a rotting, festering wound near the Heart of their organization. Long gone are the days of heroes to rise up against the Villains. The Anarchist and the Avatar….the beginning of the end....
*A squall of static drowns out the broadcast as Holden's symbol fades to black.*
