Now, Hickey dances and prances to the ring to support Heathen, wearing not much more than the chain. And support him she does, the queen of the #ChainedGang isn’t afraid to use the metal links to get an upper hand, adding a lethal ringside advantage to his already vicious and unforgiving arsenal. She’s also speaking for him nowadays, so, despite her Texas-drawl, be relieved. -RPs may be from her perspective.
In the summer of 2018, Heathen Jones and Hickey sent shockwaves of awe and immediate concern through the world of wrestling. Their first appearance, for Alexis Terry’s FORCE, made them an instant commodity within the Championship Wrestling Coalition; however, as was the plan all along, Heathen dragged Hickey to the six-sided ring of Lonestar Championship Wrestling the very next week...

...Eventually, his chaos and carnage lead to a sixty-minute, iron-man match with Justin “Stormm” Michaels for the Pure Class Wrestling World Championship. Let’s not forget, Michaels is married to Johnny Matthews’ little sister, Lindsay -he is Stace’s brother-in-law-. The other stipulation, of course, Heathen would also get the Matthews widow on the end of his chain. Another match, unfortunately, that you have to have fan footage or inside access to see -at least for now anyway-. Heathen lost, Stace was forever freed of ever being on the chain and Michaels retained his title.
Entrance Song: Fire It Up by Black Label Society (featuring Zakk Wylde)
Entrance Description:
Alarms sounded, bells rang, and whistles blew before a false emergency message overdubbed a matching system graphic on the screen.
♫
“Administrators of this arena, with support of local, state, and federal safety authorities, have triggered this safety alert. This is not a test. Please take shelter in your seats immediately and brace yourself to be thoroughly entertained…”
♫
The groovy beat of Black Label Society’s “Fire It Up” brought Heathen Jones idling through the curtain. Filthy from head to toe, his clothes scuffed, stained, and soiled, from the leather of his steel-toed Redwings and covering every inch of his blue Dickie’s coveralls. Both hands wrapped with white tape; in the right, his Mossy Oak mud-jug.
Heathen had stepped through the curtain, directly into a shower of crumpled nacho trays and empty paper cups. The wide brim of his straw orchard hat both shielded and shrouded his beady, soulless shark eyes. Garbage littered the stage and he made them wait as he stood there in it, lifting the dip cup slowly to his lip to spit. A thick, dark trail of tobacco fell down into his thick beard to become encrusted with the bits already there.
As if to call his dog, Heathen quickly patted the side of his thigh. Hickey sultrily danced from behind the curtain, wearing an eight-foot logging chain as if it were a charmer’s snake. She wasn’t wearing much else, newspaper thin flip-flops, a hint of a pair of denim Daisy Dukes and a shirt with Heathen’s face-logo on it.
[Hickey followed Heathen to the ring, he sauntered in no hurry while she almost skipped, prancing to the ring. Neither paid the fans much attention down the ramp. He stopped at ringside, allowing her to go by, and he tapped her bottom as she did. She glanced back at him seductively, before hopping up to sit on the edge of the apron. She tossed the hook of the chain to him and reeled him in.
Heathen and Hickey posed for the roaming camera and a few stills before he slunk up onto the apron to her right and rolled under the bottom rope. On his knees, they kissed through the ropes and she dropped off the apron. Heathen refused to allow the official to check him, checking the official instead to a roar from the crowd. Hickey rounded the ring on the outside and met him in the far corner to wait.
Heathen is filthy, covered in plenty of dirt, head to toe. Steel-toed Redwings. Stained blue Dickie’s cover-alls. Black elbow pads and matching knee pads on the outside of his pant legs. His wrists and hands are wrapped with white tape.
Hickey is wrapped in the 8’ logging chain. She’s wearing newspaper thin flip-flops, shorty-short Daisy Dukes that are worn and torn, and a “Noodle Club” t-shirt -for instance- with the sleeves and midsection ripped away. The neck of the shirt is also torn down the front.
Wrestling Style: Lunatic Brawler; that also knows a few moves really well.
- Wild strikes, fists, elbows, feet, and knees; his head too, whatever.
- He’d rather punch or kick as opposed to locking up.
- He’d rather paintbrush a downed opponent instead of applying a lock.
- He’d rather pit stop a cornered or running opponent versus a move.
- The ring is a weapon, face grinds on the ropes; turnbuckles, posts, apron.
- Cut-offs and take-overs are cheap; face rake, eye gouge, fish hooking.
- Feeds opponent to Hickey; obstructs referee while she cheats. No rest holds.
- In the heat, his move set is designed to crumple the babyface opponent.
- Like the schoolyard bully, he beats up the face for crowd sympathy and heat.
- In the shine, he takes loud -!firework!- bumps for the face to work the crowd.
- He won’t oversell, but his face spells pain well. Limps, hobbles, bleeds.
- They will cheat any and every time they get a chance, stacking up the DQ losses.
Finisher(s):
Hickey’s Will; stalling vertical suplex into a side slam.
Heathen used to use a delayed vertical suplex, holding his opponent in the air while teasing Hickey at ringside before dropping the opponent. Since taking a delight in his violence, the finisher has been modified.
- From an inverted headlock, Heathen lifts the opponent vertical and holds.
- Heathen looks to Hickey, she gives him a thumbs up. He holds longer.
- Blood rushes to the opponent’s head before she turns her thumb down.
- Heathen transitions the move to a side slam for the win -most times.
Broken Halo; Vertigo by Richochet
- From an inverted headlock, Heathen lifts the opponent into a piledriver cradle.
- Heathen sit-out drops with a spin, spiking the opponent’s head into the mat.
- Sometimes, if the legs are caught right, Heathen will lean in for a pin.
- Other times, he has to make a lateral press. Your call.
- Most times, this move is used to setup a huge !POP! kickout for the babyface ending the heat.
Trademarks:
Grindin’; forearm hacksaw.
Heathen thrives on humiliating his opponents and this is his favorite. With the opponent compromised, prone on the floor or mat, he works his right forearm, fist, and elbow across the opponent’s shoulders, neck, face, and head.
- This move is cowardice and always done with the opponent’s back to Heathen.
- With the opponent facing the corner, Heathen hits the ribs and kidneys too.
- With the referee compromised, Heathen will wrap his forearm with the chain.
The Hellbow
In honor of the late Johnny Matthews, Heathen is using the infamous Hellbow. With his opponent on all fours, Heathen steps up on their back and then drops the point of his elbow into the back of the opponent’s head and neck as he steps off
- This move usually picks up a two-count.
Spinal Tap; apron bomb.
While everything on the outside of the ring was meant to be bashed with or into, when opposing The Heathen, there’s nothing more dangerous than the edges of the ring, steps, barrier, table, ramp, stage because he will try to bomb his opponent, spine-first, down onto it.
