Live on E! from the Pure Class Arena in Greenville, South Carolina
In the Beginning
Details: As usual, the necessary pyrotechnics display and light show start up, which means Trauma is about to begin. And, like always, the camera pans across the arena, showing the 3000 plus crowd in attendance. As the camera pans around the Pure Class Arena, we are treated with the sight of Kyle Cross, who is scheduled to face Slither for the World Championship later tonight, sitting amongst his legions of the Crossfire Army. But, we are pleasantly surprised when we see, sitting in almost the same spot Kyle Cross is in but on the opposite side of the arena, former North American Champion Angelica Night! Fresh off her injury, she's sitting in the front row waiting for the show to begin. She's surely there to have a good time and to cheer on her close friend...or lover as it has been rumored...Pegasus when he battles against The Prophet later on tonight. And with that, the show begins...
Match One: Singles Match
Midnight Crow vs. Aeris Almasy
Referee: Roberto Garcia
Match Details: The opening match of the night saw managerial specialist Aeris Almasy, who was accompanied by her latest charge Crazy Boy, take on the PCW's newest Superstar Diva Midnight Crow. The match pretty much saw Midnight completely dominate, showing the World Aeris should stick to ringside and not inside the ring. Midnight continued to show her dominance until late in the match, when Crazy Boy's pestering interference was causing Aeris to gain momentum. But that was only short lived, for a former charge of Aeris's, "Pure Class" Tony Brass, came running down to ringside, evening up the score. Actually, Brass didn't stick around, and neither did Crazy Boy, for Brass chased him straight to the back. Aeris, making the mistake to paying attention to the antics at ringside and not her opponent in the ring was caught off guard as she turned and was met with the Decapitator off of the top ropes by Midnight. Three poundings of the mat later, Midnight was declared the victor.
Winner
PCW.net Exclusive: Landon Divine
Details: The lights in the arena dim out and we are given a cinematic-feeling atmosphere as the PCW-Tron turns on. On the screen, scrolling down, these words can be seen written in bold, white text on the pitch black Tron: "The following you are about to witness is a PCW.net Exclusive. Due to the documentary-type style we are delivering this to you, no edits were made. It may contain vulgar and/or disturbing languages and/or images. Parental Discretion is advised." And with that, the Exclusive begins.
[Landon, noticing the camera's are filming on him]
"Get that fucking thing out of my god damn face!...."....."No better yet, stay right there. I have something to say. This WHOLE title match was a conspiracy from the beginning from the masterminds known as Pure Class Wrestling. They knew when the biggest Superstar they would have ever seen signed on the dotted line, that they would be running scared of what I'd bring to them : Ratings. Think about it. NO ONE else on this piss pour roster can deliver like Landon Divine could. Now....now everything has came full circle and better into the light. Alejandro Walker, Slither and ESPECIALLY Kyle 'fucking Cross did this to screw me over and that's EXACTLY what happened...."
[Landon stops talking momentarily to let his heavy breathing calm down. Rubbing his temples in frustration, Divine begins to close his eyes and go deep into a trance. That is broken up once he reopens his eyes and turns to look into the camera. An arrogant smile comes onto his face and the left brow gets raised.]
"Those three men will have hell to pay and will pay very dearly. They won't know when it's coming, but the revolution will be happening. The crusade is going to happen. Those three men must be taught a dear lesson. They must pay the hard way and they shall. So Walker....Slither....Cross...and the fans of PCW...this isn't the last you've heard from Landon Divine. The day will come where I re-emerge......"
[And now Landon pushes the camera down away from him and exits out of his locker room and we head to a commercial.]
Match Two: Singles Match
"Pure Class" Tony Brass vs. Overdose
Referee: Travis Wilson
Match Details: Tony Brass is a lucky man. Aeris Almasy did indeed have the power to make his contract null and void. However, after a phone call to "The Captain", he vetoed Aeris's decision and allowed Tony to continue doing what he's doing for a living. And tonight, that means "Pure Class" was going up against PCW's newest Superstar- Overdose! Though he was a rookie here in the PCW, Overdose was no joke, as he took it to Tony Brass in an evenly matched, and very entertaining contest. Neither man really got the upperhand on one another, and when one did, the other fought back just as hard. It wasn't until late in the match, when Aeris Almasy and Crazy Boy decided to stroll down to ringside and interrupt the concentration of Tony Brass, who, after hitting a devastating Powerslam, seemed to be on the edge of winning this thing. And, once Aeris had Crazy Boy trip Tony Brass up after Brass bounced off the ropes, Brass had enough, leaving the ring and going to the outside. Aeris and Crazy Boy then tried to high-tail it up the aisle, but Brass was right on their case- forgetting he still had a match to finish! Brass chased them to the back, and Overdose was given his first PCW victory after a count of ten by Mr. Travis Wilson.
Winner
After the match...
Details: As Overdose was announced as the winner, the PCW-Tron clicked on and we are witness to Tony Brass and Crazy Boy brawling backstage. Aeris is there screaming at the top of her lungs, telling Crazy to, "Kick his ass!". But even with all her cheerleading, it was pretty much even. Officials poured into the area and separated the two. This one folks, is just heating up.
Match Three: International Championship Rematch
The Prophet {Champion} vs. Pegasus
Referee: Eddie Lane
Match Details: ("God Send Death" by Slayer echoes out of the system around the arena as the lights all shut down. Pegasus appears on the stage as a single spotlight illuminates him kneeling upon the stage. He stands and the lights flicker back to life as he makes his way to the ring. Mark Long begins to introduce as he is almost halfway down the ramp.)Mark Long: Making his way to the ring now, from Minneapolis, Minnesota... standing 5 feet, 10 inches and weighing in at 213 lbs, the challenger, Pegasus!
(Pegasus walks around the ring for a few seconds before finally settling in to a corner. The instrumental version of Amazing Grace begins to play throughout the arena as one dozen Gaelic monks, appropriately enough known as The Faithful, garbed in heavy flowing, crimson robes lead the way, walking in two lines alongside the entrance-ramp.)
Mark Long: On his way to the ring now, from Los Angeles, California... weighing in at 255 lbs, and standing 6 feet, 7 inches... he is the PCW International Champion, The Prophet.
(Between the two rows at the very back, The Prophet is seen towed in on a small, portable podium, dragged by the final two monks. When the last two monks reach the ring, the podium is stopped and the Prophet steps down and into the ring where he strips to his wrestling attire from a form-fitting red-leather robe. He then steps into the corner opposite from Pegasus. Mark Long steps out of the ring as Pegasus and Prophet stare each other down intensely. The bell signals the start of the match, but for the first few seconds, neither man makes a single move. They simply stare each other down, until finally they both begin to approach the center of the squared circle. Standing only a few feet from each other now, their eyes locked as they then begin to circle each other methodically. Pegasus spots Angelica sitting out in the crowd, and a smirk crosses his face for an instant as he makes the first move. Grabbing the Prophet's arm, he tugs him into position for a quick hammerlock. The Prophet just laughs at this, as does Pegasus. Pulling The Prophet's arm out to his side showing there was no pressure applied before, Pegasus raises the arm and points at Prophet, yelling out "He's the champ." Dropping his hand, Pegasus quickly slides out of the ring and grabs the International belt, along with a microphone. Sliding back in, he hands the title to Prophet and then raises the microphone to his lips as the crowd lets its disgust known.)
Pegasus: Ladies and gentleman, I give you the winner of this match, and still PCW International champion.... The Prophet! Confused? Allow me to clarify things for you. The Prophet opened up my eyes. There is only SO MUCH that a man can accomplish when doing God's work. But when he allows his past to hold him back, when he allows...~Looking at Angelica~ ...LOVE....to hold him back, he is nothing. The Prophet, on the other hand, has God on his side. He showed me what true power is. He has helped me to see the errors in my ways, and now I can truly focus on what I was given to do. For that, I can never fully repay you Prophet...but I gladly offer you my help, and I will join you in your crusade. I gladly give up my past and the problems it caused, and I will join you and the rest of your Faithful.
(With that, The Prophet laughs wickedly as he begins to turn and face out from each side of the ring, looking especially hard towards Angelica Night in the front row, letting a small but OBVIOUS wink to fly her way. Grinning from ear to ear with an eerie similarity to the Cheshire Cat, he smiles as he begins to lead Pegasus from the ring, shouldering the belt and laughing all the while as the pair retreat.)
Winner
A Sexay Message
Details: Though Sexay Jay was suspended by Aeris Almasy at Return to Glory, he has other ways to make a living, as he is currently on tour with his rap group Trifection. A small sampling of his hit single, "Get Yo Gat" off the 30 Round Records released CD, "Ridin Through" played and then we seen Sexay Jay, along with K-Muny and Glock Fine in the background, saying the following, ""Ayo, to my homies in the PCW, straight ride this, Imma be back. To T-Brass, Double A, and El Loco Boyo, ya'll just some sucka bitches, no lies. And to da fans, much love, y'all gon' be ready when I come back, aight?
Match Four: Non-Title Handicap Match
Ace Anderson {sole Tag Team Champions} & LoKi {North American Champion} vs. Jay Summers {CWF World Champion}, Sean Hunter, & Crazy Boy
Referee: Tyrone Little
Match Details: Before the match, we were told that Ace Anderson's tag team partner and friend Benjamin Banks had suffered a spinal injury during his match at Return to Glory, and because of it, is now temporarily disabled. So the original match, which was a 6 Man Tag Match now turned into a 2 on 3 Handicap Match as LoKi and Ace Anderson was to go up against Jay Summers and Crazy Boy, both making their PCW in-ring debuts, and Sean Hunter. The match was a good one, with frequent tags in and out on both teams. LoKi and Summers however, though no matter how much either one of them wanted to get a hold of the other, was somehow, almost miraculously, never tagged in at the same time. In an interesting twist however, Tony Brass came running down to ringside during the match, and the referee allowed Tony Brass to fill in for Benjamin Banks, now making it a 6 Man Tag once again. But that didn't last long, for, as soon as Brass got onto the apron, he jumped off, and chased Crazy Boy into the back yet again. The two weren't seen for the rest of the night and that left us with Jay Summers and Sean Hunter pairing off against Ace Anderson and LoKi. The match went pretty well and even, even if Summers and LoKi weren't ever in the ring at the same time. The finish of the match came when Sean Hunter went to the outside of the ring, picked up one of the Tag Titles Ace brought to the ring [he brought both, since he was going to vacate them after the match] and tried to sneak attack, much to the disapproval of the fans, Ace Anderson with the belt. But Referee Tyrone Little caught it, and called for the bell, signaling the disqualification and the win.
Winner
A Forced Pairing...
Details: Before any more of an incident happened, "The Captain" Alejandro Walker made his Trauma [13] appearance by stepping onto the entrance ramp an announced the following:
"Before you LoKi and Summers get into it, I just booked ya a match at the next PPV, which'll be called Deception. It will be a Title vs. Title Ladder Match. So don't ya get into anything now. As for Sean Hunter and Ace Anderson. Ace, you don't like Hunter, but too bad. And no vacating the Tag Titles. I forbid it. I have another idea in mind though. Hunter, I don't know why you had hit Ace in the head for. That title you holding, it's yows. That's right! Ace Anderson and Sean Hunter now PCW Tag Champions! I luv it!"
New Tag Champs. Title vs. Title Match at Deception. Interesting stuff.
Match Five: World Championship Match
Slither {Champion} vs. Kyle Cross
Referee: Richard Stevens
Match Details: Slither, fresh off his victory at Return to Glory, had probably the biggest task of his career in this match- he had to successfully defend his World Championship against former World Champion Kyle Cross. After both men were introduced, the match began. The match went back and forth, both men putting their body to the extreme to win this. Referee Richard Stevens didn't really want to call this match off because of count-out or disqualification as he allowed both me to fight outside of the ring without counting the mandatory ten count, and both men took liberties by fighting into the crowd and smashing one another on the guardrail, the ringpost, and the metal stairs. It wasn't until both men made it back into the ring that the real chaos ensued though. At around the 18 minute mark, as both men were hammering punches at one another, from out of the back came a former International Champion- PEGASUS! He came running down the aisle with a chair in his hand. He jumped into the ring, and with a sickening, THUD![/i] layed both Champion and Challenger out. Richard Stevens, as much as he didn't want to do it, called for the bell and had to disqualify both men.
Winner
After the match
Details: Seconds later, as Pegasus stare blankly at the carnage he had done in the ring, Angelica Night came storming into the ring. The fans cheered as she tried to talk some sense into Pegasus, but, without any sort of emotion, he leveled her with the chair. The fans booed.
And with that, the PCW-Tron kicked on, and laughing mercilessly was International Champion The Prophet. The last image we saw was him laughing...laughing....
