Live on E! from the Pure Class Arena in Greenville, South Carolina
In the Beginning
Details: Trauma opens up with the usual pyrotechnics and the playing of System of a Down's, "Chop Suey." The cameras pan around the arena, highlighting numerous fans and their signs. But instead of the first match opening up the show...
Let’s Make it a Series
Details: ...A video package appears on the PCW-Tron, highlighting the upcoming Best-of-5 series between Justin ‘Stormm’ Michaels and ‘The Gambit’ Andreas Lasiewicz, to decide the true winner of the Icemann Invitational II. It recaps last week’s shocking announcement, as well as showing clips from the match the two had at Living a Legacy. The PCW-Tron fades on the words “There can only be one winner.” and the camera pans to the ring for the start of the first match.
Match One: Singles Match
Gravedigger vs. Bob Diehard
Referee: Roberto Garcia
Match Details: The match begins with a staredown, but not a very effective one as Gravedigger towers over the still relatively tall Bob Diehard. Diehard doesn’t waste any more time, as he stomps on the toe of Gravedigger, uses his speed advantage to get around to his back, and jumps into the air. He grabs the shoulders of Gravedigger and falls backward, driving the back of his opponent into his knees. He begins to stomp down on the legs of the monster, hoping to immobilize him. It doesn’t last long though, as Diehard attempts a leg submission. Big mistake, Gravedigger kicks him away with his strong legs. The Freak of Nature makes his way to his feet, as Diehard charges. Gravedigger bends down, and hoists up his opponent above his head in a Gorilla Press. Gravedigger walks over to the ropes, and tosses Diehard right out of the ring onto the floor below. Gravedigger steps over the top rope, and climbs down to the floor. He rolls Diehard into the ring. Gravedigger picks up Diehard and signals for his finisher, but Diehard dropkicks the giant in the knees. Gravedigger stumbles, but does not fall. The next few minutes of the match have Diehard attempting to come back on offence, but Gravedigger shutting him down with his size. At the seven minute mark, Gravedigger manages to hit The Burial, pinning Diehard for the three count in a convincing win.

A Strange Video
Details: As Gravedigger and Diehard have disappeared behind the curtain, the PCW-Tron springs to life. Elegant text crosses it, however it isn’t forming coherent words. Soon, the text changes, to form words that can be made out. ‘His words rest within me...’ A flash as the text changes once more, to incoherence. It changes once again, lighting up in gold, ‘Make him remember...’ The same thing happens once more. After a sequence of gibberish, text appears again. ‘Follow your destiny...’ The PCW-Tron flashes a brilliant blue and yellow, and the text appears with the words ‘The Majestic’ in silver amidst the flashing. Just as suddenly as it came to life, the PCW-Tron fades, the words ‘Zaccheo Ortiz’ flashing for a split second before disappearing. Everyone looks stunned, as they don’t know what just happened.
Match Two: Genesis Rules Match
"Mr. Showtime" Mikey Wryght vs. Jade
Referee: Steve Shaw
Match Details: With Mr. Showtime out to prove that he still has it in him to be competitive, and Jade out there to show why she is the new PCW Genesis Champion, and only the third female champion in PCW history, this match is set to be one of the better low-card matches of the year. It doesn’t disappoint, with both competitors coming out with fire in their eyes. Dropkicks from Jade, combated by chops to the chest from Mikey, a few quick arm submissions by Jade, responded to by some leg submissions by the former International Champion. For five minutes they fight back and forth, and surprisingly, Mikey hadn’t used any Mikey Wryght like tactics. No eye pokes, eye rakes, back rakes, low blows (not that she’d feel it as much), nothing. At just about the five minute and thirty second mark, the tide turns in Mikey’s favor. He manages to hit Jade with a cross-arms back drop. The Champion downed, he once again goes to his bread and butter, the legwork. Taking out the strong legs of Jade, he would be sure to win the match. As he puts her in random leg holds for about two minutes, she somehow manages to grab a hold of the bottom rope when Mikey forgets where he is in the ring. Mr. Showtime is forced to break the hold, to his dismay.
Jade climbs to her feet on weary legs, and as Mikey advances, she catches him out of nowhere with a backflip kick, Pele style! Mikey is caught off guard, and takes a foot to the face. He falls back, and Jade uses this time to climb to the second rope. A second rope moonsault landing perfectly on Mikey leads to a two count, with Mikey getting his shoulder up a little after the second slap of the mat by referee Steve Shaw. The time limit is drawing near now, with about three minutes to go, and Jade has the advantage. She continues to keep up her assault. With about thirty seconds to go, Mikey catches the foot of Jade as she goes for a straight kick. He did his scouting, and knows an enziguri is coming, so he ducks it. As Jade turns around, he catches her with a spinning European uppercut. Jade falls down, and Mikey picks her up by the hair and shoulder. He hooks her arm over his head, and delivers a fisherman’s suplex. As the referee gets down to count the pinfall, the bell rings. Mikey gets up, thinking he has won, but it turns out the time ran out just as he made the bridge. Flustered, Mikey leaves the ring, but to appreciative clapping fans.
Winner
Match Three: Triple Threat Match
Silence [w/The Voice] vs. Brad Moore vs. The Byrd
Referee: Tim Jones
Match Details: Silence makes his way down to the ring with The Voice as Brad Moore and The Byrd are waiting in the ring. Surprisingly, they aren’t attacking each other, as it seems that they plan on working together to eliminate the monster from the equation. As Silence steps over the top rope, both men charge him, but he sticks out both arms and double clotheslines them both to their backs. Brad Moore is up first, and he is quickly Shadowplexed, which is an overhead choke toss. The Byrd gets up and timidly advances on Silence, who quickly makes him pay for the hesitance by connecting with a hard throat thrust that sends shivers down the spine of everyone in the arena. Silence picks up The Byrd, connecting with a backbreaker. He then somehow, almost effortlessly, flips The Byrd face down from the backbreaker position, and delivers a gutbuster. Brad Moore is slowly making his way to his feet, and The Voice yells to Silence to alert him of this. Silence glances back, seeing where his opponent is staggering in place, and bounces off the closest ropes. He charges across the ring with surprising speed for a man his size, and crashes his right boot directly into the face of Brad Moore. Brad Moore falls to the mat in a heap, not moving. The Voice yells for Silence to turn back to Brad Moore, and makes a motion with his hands as though he’s snapping a bone. Silence picks The Byrd up onto his shoulders upside down, and starts violently shaking the helpless opponent in a torture rack. He stops, and then drops down onto his knees delivering what he calls The Reticence. He lets The Byrd fall to the mat, and looks to The Voice for more direction. As though he can’t decide what to do on his own. The Voice points to Brad Moore, still lifeless on the mat, and screams “Silence him.” Which hardly makes sense, for Brad Moore isn’t even moving.
Regardless, Silence picks up the unmoving Brad Moore, and positions him for his Silencer finisher. He drops down to his knees, driving Moore’s head to the canvas. He rolls Brad Moore over next to The Byrd, and pins them both. Tim Jones makes the count, and the match is over in a scary win by the monster Silence.
Winner
Match Four: Singles Match
The Prophet vs. Anguish
Referee: Eddie Lane
Match Details: As both men circle each other in the ring, Anguish decides to advance on Prophet, getting some sort of jump. Or so he thought. As soon as he made his way toward the former International and Tag Team Champion, Prophet spins and nails his opponent with a HUGE Fifth Nail. Anguish hits the mat hard, holding his face. Prophet chuckles a bit, a smirk on his face, and then picks up Anguish. He locks him in a bearhug, squeezing as hard as he can. He drops Anguish out of the bearhug after about twenty seconds, Anguish falling stomach down on the mat. Prophet delivers a few knee drops to the back of Anguish, and then locks in an Iron Claw to the back of the downed Anguish. Anguish writhes in pain, but will not give up. The Prophet picks up Anguish by the head, and as Anguish is to his feet, he is downed with two Mongolian chops to the neck. Two more minutes of sheer domination by The Prophet ensue, until he finally picks Anguish up in a somewhat deja vu, considering this move made an appearance in the last match, only different this time. Prophet’s own variation. The Prophet drops down in the Argentine Backbreaker, which he calls the Crucifixion, and then while kneeling, he begins to wrench the back of Anguish. After taking so much damage to his back, after only a few seconds in the hold, Anguish has no choice but to tap out.
Winner
Match Five: Tag Team Match
2Guys vs. Non Compos Mentis & Seth Sinn
Referee: Travis Wilson
Match Details: As though they are in some sort of mutual agreement, Seth and Non Compos Mentis don’t even argue before the match. There is a few seconds of intense staring, but a surprise to everyone in the building, they don’t touch each other. Non Compos Mentis and Menace start off the match, and Non Compos Mentis comes out firing right away. A running knee to the head downs Menace, and Non Compos Mentis hits him with another knee to the head, dropping down onto him. Non Compos Mentis backs off from Menace, waiting for him to get to his feet. When Menace does, however, he quickly tags in Jackle. Jackle surprises Mentis with a hard clothesline, knocking him down, this bringing a laugh out of Seth Sinn. Non Compos Mentis quickly gets to his feet, flustered, and is knocked down with another hard clothesline from Jackle. Non Compos Mentis once again gets to his feet, Jackle telegraphing one more clothesline, which Non Compos Mentis counters the charge into a drop toe hold. Menace runs into the ring to help his partner, but Non Compos Mentis is to his feet now and sees him coming, hitting him with a drop toe hold as well. Travis Wilson sends Menace back to his corner, as Non Compos Mentis is now picking up Jackle. NCM quickly hits Jackle with a vertical suplex, before looking over at Seth. Seth calls for a tag, but Non Compos Mentis just shrugs him off. Seth waves his hands at Non Compos Mentis as if to say whatever, and Non Compos Mentis turns his attention back to Jackle. Non Compos Mentis whips Jackle off the ropes, and hits him with an STO. He stands up and turns to Menace who is standing on the apron, looking like he’s ready to get in the ring. Non Compos Mentis takes a few steps toward Menace, and then is surprised as he is rolled up by Jackle. 1...2..NCM barely kicks out! This causes for more laughter from Seth Sinn, who wants to see NCM get humiliated. Non Compos Mentis counters Jackle as Jackle tries to pick up the North American Champion, and Non Compos Mentis punches him in the gut. He whips him off of the ropes, and as Jackle comes back, NCM hits the 3D! He pins Jackle, the referee gets down, and makes the three count before Menace can break the count. Non Compos Mentis simply rolls out of the ring, and goes to the back carrying his North American Title. Seth Sinn soon follows, shrugging his shoulders.
Winner
Match Six: Singles Match
Grimm vs. Sean Hunter
Referee: Steve Shaw
Match Details: The match begins in a stand-off, neither man making a move. They both nod, and then begin to circle, with Sean coming in for a tie-up, but Grimm’s unorthodox style having the situation end up in Hunter on his back being choked out by Grimm. Steve Shaw makes the mandatory five count, and Grimm lets go at four. Grimm immediately returns to the choke, and the referee begins the count again. This time when Grimm lets go, the referee backs him away from Sean Hunter, who gets to his feet. This time, the men actually do tie up, and after a bit of a power struggle, Sean gains the upper hand by delivering a knee to the gut of Grimm. Quickly, Sean hits a snap suplex, grounding the Abomination of Desolation. Sean gets to his feet and goes for an elbow drop, but Grimm rolls out of the way, animal instincts taking over. Grimm gets to his feet, and as Sean Hunter does this also and advances, Grimm hits Sean with a headbutt. Shaking the cobwebs, Sean makes a decision. He’s going to brawl with Phinehas Grimm. Sean charges and tackles Grimm, totally catching him off guard. He begins to unload on Grimm on the ground, but Grimm soon rolls and mounts Hunter himself, delivering punches and elbows. Sean manages to get Grimm off of him, and both men stand to their feet. A quick stand-off ensues. A few seconds later, they’re back at it. They start exchanging lefts and rights, and Sean, outmatched in the brawling aspect, begins to rock back. At the ropes now, Grimm gives Sean a powerful irish whip, and as Sean comes back, Grimm delivers a big spinebuster. Sean is down now, and Grimm begins stomping on the stomach, chest, legs, arms and head of Sean Hunter. Grimm goes to the top rope now, and awaits the standing of Sean Hunter. As Sean gets to his feet and turns around to look at Phinehas perched atop the turnbuckle, Phinehas dives off for a missile dropkick. Sean quickly ducks and Grimm goes sailing past him through the air. With a hard thud, and a slight groan, Grimm hits the mat.
Sean takes a page out of his opponent’s book and starts stomping down Grimm. He then grabs the legs of his opponent, and locks Grimm in his trademark move, the Perfection Personified. A modified Texas Cloverleaf. However, as Sean has the Perfection Personified locked in, Grimm refusing to tap but not really going anywhere, ‘Prophet’ Marcus Murdoc makes his way down to the ring. Sean sees this, and he lets go of the hold. Prophet stands in front of the ropes, yelling up at Sean, mocking him. Sean yells out at Prophet and doesn’t realize that Phinehas is slowly making his way to his feet. Prophet points behind Sean, who realizes what is happening, and turns around, managing to duck a clothesline. Grimm bounces off the ropes, and out of nowhere, hits The Harvest! He drapes an arm across Sean, as Steve Shaw drops to his knees to make the count. 1....2...3! Grimm picks up the victory, thanks to the help from The Prophet.
Winner
Skylar Appears.
Details: ‘The Way I Am’ by Eminem starts up over the PA system, as Skylar Marshall appears at the top of the ramp while Grimm is having his hand raised, ‘Prophet’ Marcus Murdoc is outside of the ring, and Sean Hunter is just making his way to his feet.
Skylar: Well I bet you all are wondering who the number one contender is. Well, I’ll give you a hint. I’m looking at him. The number one contender for Lantlas’s World Title, is Grimm. On second thought, I’m not looking at him. I’m looking at THEM. That’s right, Prophet, you’re ALSO the number one contender. Hell, let’s make it a good old four way dance. Sean Hunter, you’re in the match as well!
Skylar pauses to let this sink in.
Skylar: Well, now that I think about it, maybe we should make this interesting. I’m going to add a stipulation to the match. What is it, you ask? I’m sure you’re curious. That’s why I’m going to wait until next week on Trauma to reveal it. Suspense makes for good business, and I’m going to do what’s best for business. My way, my rules.
Skylar disappears behind the curtain as all three men are shocked at the decision just made. What will the stipulation be?
Match Seven: Singles Match
Lantlas vs. James Keenan
Referee: Tyrone Little
Match Details: This match between the World Champion and one half of the tag team champions was sure to be an interesting match, and it didn't fail to disappoint. James Keenan coming in, in many peoples' eyes, as the underdog...he didn't forget to bring his A-game against the Elven Warrior. Even with being outweighed by twenty pounds and looked down on by about three inches, Keenan was the one who started the match off, and with a VENGEANCE!. Exploding from his corner of the ring, he caught Lantlas with a spear that left both men on the mat. Keenan straddled over Lantlas, raining down punch after punch with a fury that few had ever seen. The opening salvo had been fired, and James Keenan was the one behind it. Keenan knowing better than to let Lantlas get to his feet, he manages to keep The Elven Warrior on his back for the first few minutes, a series of various submission holds spiced with a few peppering blows to the back and the head Lantlas finally managing to get his footing for the first time in the mat, he catches Keenan coming in with a throat thrust that drops Keenan to his knees in surprise. Lantlas climbing to his feet now, he leans in the nearest corner to catch his breath for a quick moment before rushing in and dropping Keenan to his back with a thunderous roundhouse kick. Keenan more shocked than anything, he jumps back to his feet only to be met with a clothesline that keeps him down this second time. It was now time to show James Keenan why he was in fact, The World Champion. Not only did he SHOW him, but fully explained it in detail. With no hesitation whatsoever, Lantlas began to thoroughly dissect James Keenan. As he began to hit many of his signature maneuvers, including a huge missile dropkick that netted him the closest of two counts. But every time, James Keenan was right there to keep the fight alive, not willing to give in to the maelstrom of offense that the World Champion was there to dish out. As Lantlas believed himself to have the end of the match well in hand, he began to set up for his Elvish Tale, that bone-jarring Bomb into a facebuster that has left many of the PCW's best laying in a heap. However, James Keenan was still fighting hard enough that he managed to escape the Elvish Tale's narrator, throwing a desperation thumb to the eyes that causes Lantlas to drop him back to the mat. Keenan landing on his feet, out of nowhere, Keenan races in and wraps his arm around The Elven Warrior's neck for the Closing Song. Unfortunately for James Keenan, that escape was only temporary. Lantlas managing to hold Keenan up in mid-air to avoid the Closing Song, in an unbelievable show of power hoists Keenan up onto his shoulders and lays him out with a Flame of the West, netting him the three-count and a victory over a very impressive showing by one James Keenan.

Match Eight: Singles Match
Match One of a Best of Five Series
"The Gambit" Andreas Lasiewicz vs. Justin "Stormm" Michaels
Referee: Richard Stevens
Match Details: Both men make their entrances to a huge buzz. The first of its' type in PCW history, a best of five series of matches...and THIS one would set the pace for the rest. Sure enough, this match set off everything with a bang! The beginning of the match starts off with an exciting back-and-forth exchange, both Andreas and Stormm feeding each other a pair of arm drag takedowns followed by leg trips which leave both men staring each other down yet again. In the same position they started in, the crowd is on its' feet for the athletic tit-for-tat. Stormm clapping along with the crowd, Lasiewicz wasn't so easily grouped in with the PCW fans as he jumps Stormm and lays into him with heavy boots and clubbing blows to the back. As Stormm hits the mat, Andreas stays right on top of him as he stomps on the lower back and throws in a few falling elbows for good measure. Andreas taking a run from the ropes, Stormm has the wherewithal to pull himself to his feet and meet The Gambit coming in with a snapshot-worthy dropkick. Andreas clutching at his jaw, Stormm takes his opening and picks him up to his feet. Grabbing hold of a front facelock, Stormm begins to drop for a DDT but The Gambit stomps on one of his opponent's feet at the nick of time, the facelock being released as Justin hops around a bit. Upon turning to meet him, Andreas catches Stormm with a Polish Hammer that leaves Justin on the mat gasping for air. Andreas capitalizing, he drops to the mat for a quick two-count but nothing more. And so the match goes for the next few minutes: Many near-falls from both competitors, The Gambit throwing his best at Stormm but Stormm managing to get back up from every single attack, even throwing in a few of his own to keep himself in the game. The determination was evident in both men's eyes this night. But on THIS night...it seemed Justin had more of that fire in his soul. The turning point came when Andreas set Justin up for his Four Card Trick, that devastating figure-four leg lock of his. Justin writhing in agony, he begins to scoot towards the ropes. An inch or so every few seconds, Andreas would pull him back to where he started from. Finally though, Stormm's determination managed to pay off for him in the end as he grasps the ropes for dear life, prompting the referee to start the five-count. As Andreas backs away from Stormm, he manages to keep a leg of Andreas' tied up with his own. As Andreas backs away, Justin manages to trip up The Gambit and takes the sequestered leg and rolls up Andreas for the out-of-nowhere three count! Leaving Andreas to complain to the referee, Justin rolls out onto the floor to celebrate his win...signaling 1 and 0 for the series against the Polish Spirit.
