From the Pure Class Arena in Greenville, South Carolina
Introductions
Details: The arena goes dark as ‘Frontline’ by Pillar blares across the arena. The lights come back on as the PCW-tron sparks to life, showing previews of the matches scheduled to happen over the action-packed night. After the video package, the screams still continue as ‘Frontline’ continues. The camera pans for a rolling shot over the crowd at Pure Class Arena, highlighting various signs, including: ‘ICON makes me horny’, ‘The Elven Warrior Lives Forever’, ‘Grimm Makes My Heart Sing’, ‘Jade is SEXXY!’, and ‘Non Compos Mentis Ate My Trash.’ The camera continues to pan, and then stops to focus on several members of the Carolina Hurricanes. However nobody even likes hockey, so the camera continues to pan the audience. As ‘Frontline’ is coming to a close, Jerry Andrews and Mike Williams discuss the night in store.
Jerry Andrews - Well Mike, it’s Deadly Intentions and I couldn’t be more excited.
Mike Williams - The main event is going to be INSANE! Every man as hungry as they’ve ever been, Jerry.
Jerry Andrews - You can say that again, and to think, that’s not all we have in store. We will see the end of the Justin Michaels and Andreas Lasiewicz feud, we will see Silence and Gravedigger go at it, Tag Titles on the line, and Non Compos Mentis meets Jade!
Mike Williams - What a night!
Jerry Andrews - You can say that again, Mike.
Mike Williams - What a night!
Jerry Andrews - Have you been hanging around Pierre?
Mike Williams - I have no clue what you’re talking about...
The two continue to ramble on as the camera pans from the announce table to the ring, as ‘Frontline’ comes to a close and Mark Long is in the ring waiting to make the announcements for the first match.
Match One: Special Attractions Match
Singles Match
Jade vs. Non Compos Mentis
Referee: Tim Jones
Match Details: Non Compos Mentis came to the ring carrying his newly acquired HHW World Championship as well as his North American Championship, and it would be hard to tell which he is more proud of. Jade also came to the ring holding a Championship, the Genesis Championship that she won from Justin Michaels. As Jade gets in the ring, she doesn’t even show signs of being afraid. No, the look on her face is that of sheer determination. She would benefit greatly from picking up a win in this match, as it would give her unfathomed momentum. On the other hand, Non Compos Mentis wants to keep up his tearing pace as of late, by taking down yet another Champion on his way to facing the big dog in the yard. A chance he will definitely get sooner or later, arguably sooner.
All of the belts are with Mark Long outside of the ring, and Timmay calls for the bell. As the bell rings, Non Compos Mentis advances on his much smaller opponent. Jade wisely refuses to get in a collar-elbow with Mentis, as he would easily overpower her, taking advantage. Jade knows her speed and her smarts are going to be the deciding factor in this match-up, because she just won’t be able to match up with the brutish Mentis.
A quick side-roll, and Non Compos Mentis charges right past Jade. He turns, charges again, and another roll from Jade brings her out of harm’s way. Frustration grows on the face of Non Compos Mentis, and he turns to charge at Jade once more. In turn, once more, Jade rolls out of the way of Non Compos Mentis. Rolly poley all around the ring, it is surprising in it’s own that Jade isn’t dizzy. She finally decides to stand up, and Non Compos Mentis doesn’t charge this time. He slowly makes his way toward Jade, who stands her ground. As Non Compos Mentis gets closer, Jade begins to circle around, trying not to let herself get backed into a corner. Non Compos Mentis gains more and more ground, and Jade has no choice but to fight back by delivering a kick to the thigh of the North American Champion.
Non Compos Mentis stumbles a little, and Jade motors around to the other side of the ring. Non Compos Mentis turns and approaches again, and as he gets closer, Jade delivers a kick with the other foot, and speeds around to the other side of the ring. Frustration once again building, however the look of anger turns into a thin smile. A grin, even. Non Compos Mentis approaches Jade once more, and she makes her first mistake of going for another thigh kick. Non Compos Mentis catches her foot, and wags a finger. Quick thinking by Jade brings her foot not captured up for an enziguri, yet quicker thinking by Non Compos Mentis brings him to duck it. Stepping over the head of Non Compos Mentis and landing planted on her toe, Jade comes back over with the same foot, to connect with the jaw of Non Compos Mentis!
Mentis releases the foot of Jade and stumbles back, Jade retreating to a corner while the crowd begins to chant her name. Non Compos Mentis shakes the cobwebs, and moves in on Jade. She goes to pedal around the slower Mentis, yet he reaches out and grabs her by the arm. He pulls her toward him, and delivers a knee to her gut that vanquishes the air from her lungs. A sinister grin once again crosses the face of the Usher of Destruction, and he holds Jade’s arm up while stepping under it, giving her an arm wrench. He torques it, twisting it like a swirly straw, trying to apply pressure on the entire arm of Jade. She winces in pain, and Non Compos Mentis only makes it worse by once again stepping under the arm of Jade, twisting the wrist harder.
Jade manages to roll through, however, and as her back touches the mat, she flips over onto all fours. In a great display of athleticism, Jade goes through a headstand and then pops back to her feet! She manages to catch Non Compos Mentis by surprise, and reverse his arm wrench into one of her own. She wrenches it as much as she can, and then goes to continue it by stepping under the arm much like Non Compos Mentis did, only she moves his arm behind his back in a hammerlock. Non Compos Mentis fights it, and eventually delivers an elbow behind his back to the head of Jade which jars her grip loose. Non Compos Mentis turns around, and nails Jade with a huge clothesline! This knocks the Genesis Champion to her back, and Non Compos Mentis wastes little time.
He flips Jade over with little effort, and hoists her up by her knee. However instead of dropping her down onto her knee, he simply brings up his foot and kicks her in the gut, expelling any wind she had regained. Jade tries to roll away, but Non Compos Mentis begins to drop elbow drops onto her back, one, two, three, four...then he goes for the pin. Tim Jones hits the mat, one...two...Jade kicks out. Non Compos Mentis goes for the pin again, trapping the arms of Jade. One...two...Jade manages to power out using her legs. Non Compos Mentis picks up Jade, and positions himself in a waist lock behind her. Jade struggles, but Non Compos Mentis manages to pick her up and go for a release German Suplex. Once again Jade displays her athleticism, as she flips completely over and lands on her feet. Non Compos Mentis appeals to the crowd as he stands, as is met with a dropkick to the back for his troubles. He goes flying through the second rope and down to the floor. It takes him a few seconds to get up as Jade is regaining her composure in the ring, so Non Compos Mentis decides to go for a stroll. Right around the ring and in front of the ramp. Jade sees an opportunity, and she runs off of the ropes opposite Non Compos Mentis.
Jade feint kicks through the ropes, landing back in the ring 6-1-9 style, as Non Compos Mentis bails up the ramp. The crowd erupts and once again begins to cheer for Jade, to the surprise of Non Compos Mentis. Fans simply love the underdog. Non Compos Mentis makes his way back to the ring, and Jade simply lays in wait, planning her next attack. Non Compos Mentis slides into the ring and charges Jade, trying to catch her off guard, but she is ready. A quick drop toe hold brings Non Compos Mentis down, and Jade heads through the ropes and to the apron. Jade decides to go high risk, as Non Compos Mentis gets up and turns around, she springboards off of the ropes and goes for a seated senton! However, the risk proves to be high, as Jade is caught by the Usher of Destruction. Non Compos Mentis takes a few steps around the ring, trying to keep his footing, and eventually he manages to bring himself to a standstill. Jade leans back, trying to bring her opponent over in a rana, yet Non Compos Mentis refuses to go over top of Jade. He hoists her up, back into the powerbomb position, and slams her down, hard! He holds strong as the referee drops to make the count. One...two...thre, no! Jade manages to push up and out at the last second, narrowly escaping the pinfall. As she kicks outward, she catches Non Compos Mentis in the eye with her foot. He drops to his knees and crawls across the ring to the opposite ropes, using them to bring himself to his feet. Jade grabs the ropes herself, also using them to get to her feet. Non Compos Mentis is up before Jade, but he stalls momentarily. Jade gets to a vertical base, and takes a few steps toward Non Compos Mentis, half dazed. Non Compos Mentis charges for the millionth time in the match, attempting to deliver a brutal lariat to Jade that would have surely severed her head. However, in the third or fourth, (can’t remember which) display of athleticism by Jade, she does the limbo right under Non Compos Mentis’s flailing arm! Non Compos Mentis misses and barely stops himself right in front of the ropes. Jade gets back up to a vertical position, and as Non Compos Mentis turns around she goes Euro, nailing him with a backflip kick! Non Compos Mentis flies through the second rope and first rope for the second time in the match, hitting the floor hard once more. Jade stays down on the mat, and Timmay begins to count out Mentis.
1...2..Mentis starts to get up. Jade has made it to one knee. 3...4...Mentis is standing now, giving his head a few slaps. Jade is almost standing. 5...6... Mentis makes his way over to where Mark Long is sitting, holding the three Championship belts of the competitors. Jade falls onto the ropes, holding on for dear life, just trying not to fall back to the canvas. 7..8... Non Compos Mentis rips the North American Championship from Mark Long, and slides into the ring just as referee Tim Jones reaches 9 and a half. Blinded by rage, Non Compos Mentis raises the North American Championship with obviously intent to knock Jade unconscious, and Jones has no choice but to try to stop him. Non Compos Mentis argues with Tim Jones, who rips the North American Title from the hands of Non Compos Mentis! Out of sheer reaction, Non Compos Mentis punches Tim Jones right in the kisser, knocking him to the mat. Tim Jones calls for the bell, as Non Compos Mentis realizes what he has done. Non Compos Mentis grabs the North American Championship from the hands of the fallen Tim Jones, and goes to hit Jade with it! However, he manages to stop himself after evaluating what he was about to do. He climbs out of the ring as Jade’s theme music begins to play, and she confusedly makes her way over to Tim Jones, who raises her hand. Non Compos Mentis grabs his HHW Championship, as well as Jade’s Genesis Championship, which he throws into the ring. Jade picks it up and Tim Jones raises her hand once more, as Non Compos Mentis walks up the ramp, shaking his head at his temporary brain cramp.

Strange Man Once More...
Details: As Jade is disappearing behind the curtain, Genesis Championship shouldered and saluting her fans, the PCW-tron flickers to life. As was the case on last week's Trauma, a man dressed in a fine suit and a matching fedora hat stands in the shadow of the Southern Jewel, the Pure Class Arena. You can almost hear the fans inside.
He lifts a cigarette with a smooth dip of his fingers into his breast pocket, and brings it to his lips. He drags with thoughtful pleasure, and seems to mull over the right words for the moment.
Man - The night is finally upon us. Here, in the hallowed halls of the Pure Class Arena, a champion takes his last stand against an onslaught of evildoers, recluses, and crybabies. Will he stand tall for one last glorious time, or will he fall under the weight of a moment that he has alone created?
The man in the fedora pulls again on the cigarette, letting the smoke roll in attractive billows from his lips and into his nose. He smiles seductively, then spits, his face twisting into a mask of dark determination.
Man - Inconsequential! Because tonight, from the fog of war, a new force emerges! He will run roughshod over a landscape already charred by the blatant mediocrity of those who dare call themselves competitors!
He throws the remnants of his smoke, and walks to the camera, giving the house a close look at his haunting, bloodshot eyes.
Man - If I may be so bold, this is the dawning of a new day in Pure Class Wrestling, ladies and gentlemen. And just before that dawn, we will take time to dance in the pale glow of the Harvest Moon on the graves of your past heroes...
And then, he is gone, leaving the PCW-tron with a wide shot of the jam-packed PC Arena.
Match Two
Hardcore Match
Silence [w/ The Voice] vs. Gravedigger
Referee: Steve Shaw
Match Details: Silence was first to come to the ring, and much to the dismay of Gravedigger, he was accompanied by The Voice. Silence waited in the ring for Gravedigger to emerge from behind the curtain, yet as Gravedigger’s music came on, mist filled the arena. Gravedigger did not come out for several seconds, and by this time the visibility in the ring was at a minimum.
The face of The Voice quickly garners a startled look as he yells to Silence, pointing behind the monster. Silence turns around as the mist begins to fade, finding himself face to face with the man in the half skull mask. Gravedigger. Gravedigger’s music fleets away along with the mist, with Gravedigger and Silence locked in an epic staredown.
The staredown continues for another fifteen seconds, neither man making a solitary movement. Both refusing to blink, refusing to believe that they would get attacked as soon as they show an opening. Which, they were both right. However, instead of being the first to blink, Gravedigger instead screams at the top of his lungs for Silence to hit him. Silence obliges, and rocks Gravedigger where he stands with a huge right hand.
Gravedigger responds with a huge right club of his own, right across the head of Silence. Silence stumbles a few steps backward, and then steps forward to face Gravedigger. Gravedigger yells for Silence to hit him again, trying to prove his toughness in the ring with the monster, and Silence once again obliges. A BOOMING right hand from Silence sends Gravedigger a few steps back. Gravedigger regains his composure, and steps up to Silence. Both men continue to stare each other down as the crowd shares a mixed reaction. The crowds reaction turns more to the side of booing and jeering, and The Voice yells to Silence.
Silence explodes with a series of throat thrusts that sends the crowd into a frenzy, happy to be finally seeing some real action. Gravedigger steps backward slowly, not trying to give Silence any ground, but the onslaught by the long-haired monster proves to be too much, as Silence gets Gravedigger up against the ropes. Acting fast, Gravedigger manages to stoop down and get under Silence, dumping him over his shoulder and onto the floor! The Voice comes around the ring to check on Silence, but scurries as Gravedigger steps over the top rope and jumps down to the floor.
Not even considering putting on a wrestling match, for that isn’t what he showed up for, Gravedigger looks for a way to punish Silence. He makes his choice and grabs for a length of cord under the feet of Mark Long. Silence stands up, turning around, looking for Gravedigger. He is still a bit lost after falling to the floor hard. Gravedigger comes up behind Silence, holding the cord out, and then wraps it around the neck of Silence, choking him! Silence grabs at the cord around his neck, and at the hands of Gravedigger, trying desperately to get him to let go. However, Gravedigger refuses, so The Voice has no choice but to try to do something. He approaches the two giants and begins to scream random, incoherent things, hoping it will cause Gravedigger to stop. Instead, Gravedigger just pulls the cord harder, yelling at Silence for him to give up.
Silence is left with two choices in the matter. Give up, or get loose. He chooses the second one. How? He bends his knees slightly, and then powers backward with all of his might, bringing him and Gravedigger to the padded floor, with all of Silence’s weight coming down on top of Gravedigger. This causes Gravedigger to loosen his grip, and takes the wind out of the bigger man, allowing Silence to break free of Gravedigger’s stranglehold with the cord. Silence coughs a bit, and massages his neck, however he keeps a close eye on the downed Gravedigger.
Silence searches around for a weapon, and cannot find one in the immediate area. He looks under the curtain surrounding the ring, hoping to find something he can use. While his attention is focused on what is underneath the ring, he doesn’t notice Gravedigger closing in on The Voice. Gravedigger grabs The Voice around the throat, and begins to pick him up, but before he can do anything seriously damaging, Silence brings a garbage can crashing down on the head of Gravedigger! Gravedigger drops The Voice who crawls away, and Silence sets the extremely dented garbage can aside. Silence hooks the leg of the downed Gravedigger as Steve Shaw drops down to make the count. One..and Gravedigger kicks out! It’ll take more than a bump on the head to keep the seven foot six behemoth down.
You would think that kick out after one would discourage Silence, make him frustrated even, but no. It just makes him angry. He gets up and begins to stomp Gravedigger down, stomping right on his head. Gravedigger does his best to cover himself up, and after about twelve stomps, Silence ends the attack. Gravedigger is left against the barricade, hurting a bit, as Silence goes off to look for a different weapon. He comes back with a steel chair borrowed from Mike Williams, who is a bit flustered that he has to stand until he gets a new chair. Silence walks up to Gravedigger, chair raised overhead, who is now on his knees. Before Silence can bring the chair down, Gravedigger throws a punch to the gut of Silence, which causes him to bring his hands down to hold his stomach. Gravedigger grabs the chair from Silence, and smacks Silence on the head with it! Gravedigger gets down to pin Silence, and Steve Shaw drops down to make the second count of the match. One...and Silence kicks out after one as well! Gravedigger, probably smiling under his half skull mask, stands up and grabs the chair once more. He brings it down onto the back of Silence as he gets up to his hands and knees, and Silence goes stomach down onto the floor.
One shot, two shot, three shot, four. Gravedigger throws the chair aside and pins Silence, after four hard chair shots. Steve Shaw counts...one...two...kick out by Silence! Silence kicks out with such authority that Gravedigger rolls off of him, giving Silence time to get up. Silence begins to beat his head with his fists in a fit of adrenaline, and as Gravedigger stands Silence rushes him. With a lift of the leg, Silence connects with a giant running big boot. The match must be over after that vicious attack! Silence hooks the leg. One...two...kick out by the Digger. Gravedigger follows Silence’s trend and throws the smaller, yet still huge monster off of him with tremendous force. Gravedigger gets up, as does Silence. They share a stand off, and the crowd goes nuts. Silence looks to his left, at the ring. Gravedigger looks to his right, also at the ring. Both men walk in opposite directions, to different sides of the ring. Silence comes out with a steel chair, as does Gravedigger. Both men half run at each other, chair held up, and both swing at the same time. The chairs collide in mid air, causing both men to drop the chairs and turn away, the vibrations like death in their hands. Both turn around at the same time, and charge. They collide in a relentless double clothesline, and land in a seven hundred and thirty (That’s almost one McGuire Twin) heap on the floor! After a few seconds of both men laying on the floor, neither moving, Gravedigger drapes an arm across Silence. One..two...kick out. Silence, in a seemingly useless effort, turns over Gravedigger and drapes his own arm across the chest of Gravedigger. One..two...kick out. Both men slowly get to their feet, and they begin exchanging shots, making their way to the bottom of the ramp. Silence begins to gain the advantage on Gravedigger, and in a huge display of strength, picks up his opponent and hits him with a sidewalk slam! The Voice approaches, holding a black bag. The Voice overturns the bag, dumping thousands upon thousands of thumbtacks onto the area right in front of the ramp. Silence picks up Gravedigger, delivering a few shots to the face of Digger, to try to keep him from fighting back. Silence gets his hand around the neck of Gravedigger, right in front of the tacks. Silence attempts to lift Gravedigger up, but he can’t find the strength. He tries another time, but Gravedigger responds by getting his own hand around the neck of Silence. Gravedigger squeezes, causing Silence to let go of his neck and claw at the hand of Gravedigger. Gravedigger hoists up Silence, but Silence knocks Gravedigger in the noggin with an elbow. Silence gets back down onto the ground, but before he can do anything else, Digger explodes, lifting Silence up and chokeslamming him right onto the tacks!
Gravedigger looks to make the pin, and Steve Shaw drops down, careful to avoid the tacks. One..two...thre and SILENCE KICKS OUT! Gravedigger can hardly believe it, yet it just happened. Gravedigger quickly goes over to the ring, looking under for something or other, and he comes out with his silver shovel. He turns back to Silence, still laying down on the tacks, but rolling away from them, trying to get away from the flurry of stings upon his back. Gravedigger raises the shovel above his head, about to bring it down upon Silence with great vengeance and furrrrious anger, yet he is blinded by something. Not a light. Not fate. Not hope. A voice. The Voice, to be exact. The Voice is behind him, yelling obscenities at him, trying to distract Gravedigger before he can dig Silence’s grave. Gravedigger turns around, and before The Voice can run, Gravedigger grabs him with one hand, still holding the shovel in another. Gravedigger drops the shovel, and punches The Voice right in the head! The Voice flies backward, and Gravedigger looks under the ring once more, bringing out a table. The Voice is trying to crawl away, yet Gravedigger quickly sets up the table and grabs his opponent’s manager. The Voice tries to fight back, but Gravedigger hardly feels the punch to the gut. The Voice is tossed up onto the shoulder of Gravedigger, who points to the table. His intent is to drive The Voice right through the table down to the floor, to teach him not to mess with Gravedigger’s affairs again, yet he is hit with an epiphany. He looks over to the steel steps, and kicks the top one off while still holding The Voice on his shoulder. After the top step is moved, Gravedigger walks up onto it. He switches the position of The Voice, while The Voice screams the entire time. Burial onto the step!! The Voice is almost put right through the step with that huge Burial, The Voice is dropped to the floor. Silence witnessed the whole thing while he was making his way to his feet, his back littered with tacks. Silence picks up the silver shovel from the floor where Gravedigger dropped it, and as Gravedigger turns around from talking some unnecessary smack to the knocked out Voice, Silence baseball swings the shovel and clocks Gravedigger right on the head!
Silence brings the shovel down repeatedly onto the ribs and back of Gravedigger. As Gravedigger is on his stomach and attempting climb up, Silence steps over him, straddling, and drops all of his weight down on top of Gravedigger’s back! Gravedigger goes face first into the floor, and Silence brings the shovel around the throat of Gravedigger, choking him. Steve Shaw asks Gravedigger if he is willing to give up, but Gravedigger somehow chokes out a ‘no’. Silence pulls harder and harder on the shovel, squeezing all of the air from Gravedigger. Probably turning purple under the half skull mask, Gravedigger isn’t resisting as much anymore. His head goes limp, and Steve Shaw screams at Gravedigger, trying to get a response. When Steve Shaw doesn’t get a response, he calls for the bell and taps on the shoulder of Silence for him to let go.
