Greenville, SOUTH CAROLINA Feb 22 (Business) ~ Wrestling superstar Jonathan Matthews, better known as Pure Class Wrestling’s resident bad boy Johnny Vivacious, is proud to call Greenville home.
The Matthews refused to allow us to mention the amenities and modifications they are making to the home, but we can reveal the real estate listing information. The home is a beautiful four-bedroom, three and a half bath on the Cobbs Glyn Golf Club. The 4029 square feet are quality exemplified. The home boasts a vaulted great room with French doors to the deck, a formal living and dining area, a gourmet kitchen, a sunny breakfast room and two of the four bedrooms on the first level. The second level offers a library study, a suite with one of the full baths and the luxurious master suite with a sitting area and tiled master bath.
Matthews did mention turning the basement into a state of the art workout facility, including an regulation sized PCW ring. When we asked of the backyard, where the immaculate swimming pool and two of three hot tubs in the home are located, Matthews said, “We are going to call that Club Vivacious every Saturday night baby!”
While they have stated they are not selling their home in Accident, Maryland, choosing to use the home as a retreat when either of them step away from the public eye, Matthews said, “I am just glad to be closer to the (Pure Class) Arena.” The Accident home will be occupied and kept by Matthews’ sister, Lindsay Matthews.
We here at the Gazette have promised Pure Class Wrestling not to break their kayfabe, but when the city of Greenville welcomed both Johnny and Stace to the neighborhood this morning, it kind of put in perspective what is real and what goes into making the show great!
