Darkness is all that can be scene. From within the darkness you can hear The Byrd ask the cameraman “Are you ready?” Instead of responding with a yes or no the cameraman begins to countdown “5…4…3…2…” A red light shines from the ground revealing The Byrd face. The Byrd’s usually blond hair has been dyed black and his facial appears to have not been groomed in a week. The cameraman does not say 1 but The Byrd takes the red light turning on as his cue to begin. “We are gathered her today to witness the burial of a man named Steven Byrd.” As he said Steven’s name a white light shines down on a casket with Steven Byrd’s picture on top.
“Steven Byrd was a hard worker. Week in and week out Steven would do his very best to entertain wrestling fans worldwide. He put his body and career on the line in all types of wrestling matches hardcore, Cage, Hell in a Cell, Inferno, ladder, TLC, and created and competed in the most devastating match in wrestling history, a Elimination Chamber Hell in a Cell Inferno Match. However, he never received the respect that he deserved. Since He had joined Pure Class Wrestling back in November 2005 he was under paid and poorly booked. Two weeks ago Steven defeated PCW World Champion Ace Anderson. He pinned Ace for the 1…2…3 in the middle of the ring. Something that is almost impossible to do. Now you would think that a victory over the champ would get him a match at PCW’s next PPV, Hostile Takeover. That did not happen instead of being booked in a televised match at the PPV he was placed in a dark match against a young lady by the name of Jade, who is also being poorly booked. Last week, she squared off against, the 6 foot 6 286 pound, Geno in her PCW debut and pulled off an impressive victory. How was she rewarded? PCW management placed her in a dark and placed the loser of that match, Geno, in a match with PCW World Champion Ace Anderson.”
The Byrd looks over at the casket. A tear falls out of his eye while he shakes his head. He whips the tear off his face then begins to speak. “Now a lot of you might be wondering how Steven Byrd died, let me tell you. Sunday morning Steven went for his morning jog. While he was out a women dressed like Jade from Mortal Kombat run past him with a spear in hand. A few seconds later his upper body slid off from his waist and hit the floor.
Suddenly The Byrd shoots up in his bed covered with sweat.
