We are naught but weathered remains, you and I, broken up and scattered throughout water, ice, and air, suspending sediments till the day when I am deposited here and you, deposited there.
Lost, I say, lost is what we are, but only for a brief amount of time, and ‘cross the elements we shall travel as if Life will pass us by. We’re drifting solo. We are frightened, you and I.
It was erosion and the friction of our waves that led us hence, but not to worry, for someday we’ll find what mattered all along. and just like dust, we’ll lithify, each forming into something strong.
