After a couple week's vacation, 'The Unclaimed Angel' Ian Brody is back in action. After taking off a week, and Trauma [44], I'm back and I'm better than ever. I know, I know, that's hard to believe, Ian Brody is already the biggest sensation going in PCW right? Well what if I told you I was going to make Diagnosis even more interesting to read this week. After spending some time during my vacation watching 'The Man With No Name' series on DVD, I have decided to make this week's Diagnosis a special 'The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly' version. Thank you for your applause, I know this is a great idea... you don't have to tell me.
Live on E! from the Pure Class Arena in Greenville, South Carolina
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Beginning...
The Good: Seth Sinn back on Trauma doing something other than getting his leg injured.
The Bad: Amerian Nightmare's choice to come to the PCW Arena when he's not even booked or currently a paid member of the roster.
The Ugly: As awesome as it may be, American Nightmare just might be as injured in the legs as Seth Sinn was from American Nightmare's attack a few months ago on Sinn. Guess we won't be seeing American Nightmare anytime soon... unless it's in a wheelchair. HA!
Match 1 | Genesis Rules Match | 'Wolverine' Anthony Douglas versus Brian 'Atlas' McNight
The Good: Brian McNight, I should have figured you for a smarter man than you actually are. Now I'm not saying you are a good wrestler by any means. You barely got any offense in on Douglas. But anyways, smart move by not letting Anthony Douglas get to you on the outside. That could have been devastating.
The Bad: Tapping out in less than SEVEN seconds! Damn boy, this just reinforces my point from 'The Good', you suck!
The Ugly: That spinebuster was ugly. Just plain ugly. I could barely watch it... First of all he couldn't get his arms around McNight and second of all he didn't even throw him down on his back. That was more of a sidebuster. HORRIBLE!
After Match Melee with Seth Sinn & Anthony Douglas...
The Good: Yet another appearance by Seth Sinn. This guy was classy on 'Dialed In' a few weeks ago, although he got a little snappy when I gave him a little 'Unclaimed' attitude, and I'm really glad to see him start regulating for all the crap that he has taken.
The Bad: The bad is that Anthony Douglas didnt' get his ass handed to him. Stupid officials and security guards. I wanted this resolved, and now nothing is going to happen til at LEAST next week. Damn you 'VP'!
The Ugly: Well in the time that I've been watching PCW, I haven't once actually SEEN Alejandro Walker. If any of my 'The Ugly' marks made more sense, it's this one. That is one UGLY dude, and that beard has to be worse than anything I've EVER seen.
Match 2 | Singles Mmatch | Jade versus 'Mr. Showtime' Mikey Wryght (w/ Perfection)
The Good: Seeing Jade on PCW television is always good. No further details needed...
The Bad: Seeing Perfection on PCW television is always bad. No further details needed, although I will say she is hot, but her attraction to that asshole Mikey Wryght makes her a whore in my eyes.
The Ugly: Jade's offensive production in this match. You are better than this. You have all the tools needed to be the most dominant woman in PCW history and somehow you can't get over Mikey Wryght? Come on, you're better than this.
Al Laiman's proposal for Kyle Time
The Good: Kyle Time is a up and coming PCW Superstar and a great addition to the PCW roster.
The Bad: Being asked, by the man that single handedly drove Geno into the ground, Al Laiman to allow him to coach Kyle Time and help him to become all he can be in PCW.
The Ugly: Seeing a PCW good and PCW bad talking about collaborating. That's a quick way to make a PCW Release for Kyle Time.
Match 3 | Genesis Rules Match | 'Dynamite' Dan Ellis versus Kyle Time
The Good: Great back and forth wrestling between two *newer* PCW superstars. Great until...
The Bad: Non Compos Mentis and the way he destroyed the ending of this match. I was certifiably confused as to who would win this match, but NCM decided to make the decision a little easier and a little faster.
The Ugly: The way I was robbed of watching a great match with a great ending. I grow to dislike Non Compos Mentis a little more each week. The guy is so insecure he has to put his veteran nose into some rookie business. Is this guy for real? Somebody please strip him of his title til he grows some balls.
Mikey Wryght speaks his mind
The Good: A great International title match for Collision Course was announced.
The Bad: 'Mr. Showtime' Mikey Wryght is involved in it.
The Ugly: The way Grimm is going to maul and screw Mikey Wryght ONCE again (Or at least according to what Mikey Wryght had to say).
Match 4 | Debut Triple Threat Match | Rodney Phoenix versus Chris 'X' Chrime versus Mark Brown
The Good: The Sharpshooter. Ever since the days of Bret 'The Hitman' Hart, I have been a huge mark for this move and seeing it used, and used right is awesome to see.
The Bad: That Figure Four on the turnbuckle was bad, are you really trying to hurt people in PCW already Phoenix? This is a tough place and hurting someone is not the way to get things started, although it IS a good way to become a target.
The Ugly: Never take your eyes off your opponent Mark Brown, that's a rule of thumb in wrestling, or so I've heard. When you do you get hit with Russian Legsweeps and etcs...
Rodney Phoenix Post-Match Show
The Good: Nothing.
The Bad: The PCW Squash... lame, lame, lame.
The Ugly: The PCW Squash... lame, lame, lame.
Match 5 | Non-Title Handicap Match | Grimm versus 2Guys
The Good: Grimm continues strong heading into the Collision Course PPV match that was challenged to him earlier in this night.
The Bad: Grimm was better than this match. I would have guessed he would have won a mile away. Put him against any other two PCW stars and he has a harder time. 2Guys, at one time you impressed me, do something! Prove my remarks as mute. Until then I'm riding you hard, not that way you idiots.
The Ugly: The way that Menace and Jackle can't get the job done even when they are fighting a handicap match. It makes me sick. How much longer do we have to see these guys job? I mean, they are hurting themselves even more than the PCW rankings.
Miguel Malone interviews Non Compos Mentis
The Good: There was no good from this. I don't care to see Miguel Malone or NCM again tonight... please.
The Bad: Miguel Malone for thinking that he has any right, because he is some hack's nephew, to badger a PCW roster member. Am I glad he did it to NCM? Yes. Would I put up with it with anyone else? No.
The Ugly: Where did this 'Sofia' come from? Did NCM buy her services at the local County Fair? I heard they buy by the pound there, NCM must have paid alot.
Match 6 | North American Championship Match | Non Compos Mentis versus The Byrd
The Good: The Byrd's offense in this match. He showed a lot of heart and almost did all it took to win the North American Championship. Too bad he didn't...
The Bad: Byrd losing the title match. I really wish Byrd was able to screw up all of Dan Ellis and Non Compos Mentis plans, but he couldn't. Damn him...
The Ugly: That DumDumDrop was SICK! I don't like NCM ONE BIT, but that move looked amazing. A few more of those and a change of attitude could turn me into a converting NCM fan. But that will NEVER happen.
Match 7 | World Championship Match | Ace Anderson versus Pegasus
The Good: Great back and forth match. This match was a PCW Instant Classic. Easily the best match on the card so far.
The Bad: A World Title match placed BEFORE a Tag Team Titles match? What a shame, this match should have been the main event for sure.
The Ugly: Ace Anderson has been winning like it's nobodies business. I was kind of hoping that Pegasus would win. Even if Pegasus would suck as champ, it would be nice to see a fresh face.
Match 8 | Tag Team Title Match | Lantlas & Prophet versus Loco & Jason Willard
The Good: New champions for the first time since I've been here. It's nice to see... now if only it was on the waists of some deserving superstars.
The Bad: This match got very sloppy. Thumbs to eyes and the like, why not just turn it into a street fight for the tag titles. This match should have been throw out from the start.
The Ugly: A title changing hands in such a horrible match is just plain ugly.
