Apocalypse gets my vote because any time you hear about a future where a guy like this exists and do everything you can to prevent it, that's a pretty good sign of villainy. You're 'fighting' against him before you even see him out of the fear of possibility. Sure, the 'uberpowered' thing is a bit of a drag but it makes for interesting writing when the heroes still have to, somehow, defeat this apparently unstoppable force.
Unless I have that totally wrong. In which case I'm ready to be ridiculed.
