He was the main feature to Mark Millars follow up to Kick Ass, and the obscurity of the character is probably what's going to make Joker sail through this one

Apparently, the character is based on the idea of what if you were as gifted in gadgets, riches, and smarts as Batman but as nuts and anarchist-like as Joker? That's basically Nemesis.

So after reading the wiki, he's cartoonishly evil for the sake of being cartoonishly evil. At least that's what I took from it.

Joker to retain here.
You know, with a greatest hero and villain both voted on by us, and these title defense polls, I'm surprised there hasn't been a Champion vs Champion match (yet).

I'm sure... wherever there is a Joker that is worse than the rest, some where there is a Bruce Wayne that will make the hard decisions to take him down.

Actually in the Emperor Joker story arc there isn't.

I promise... If "Emperor" Joker had gotten too big for his britches and threatened enough dimensions with his depravity, some Batman some where would swoop in on his inter-dimensional hover tank and blow his ass away.
What that tells me is this: Emperor Joker may have been a true bad ass mother clown in his own dimension and story arc, but his goal was too small scale to cause a real ruckus in the omni-verse of realities the comic industry has adopted.
If at any time he had been a REAL threat, SOME Bruce Wayne/Batman would have shown up and pounded him into dust. It's a fact.
Tell me I'm lying?
The reason there can't be a Superhero fight for the championship on the good side is that there isn't any heroes left... in the tourney or the ones who got dropped off for whatever reason they didn't make the cut... that have a prayer in hell against Batman.
The same goes for a Ultimate show down good VS evil... Batman Vs. Joker(or ANY of the villains from the bad guy tourney for that matter)... the outcome is inevitable. Batman wins.
I may not know as much about comics as you do, or a couple of other people here, but I do know a LOT about Batman... and there is one rule when it comes to Bruce Wayne: He wins. There is not any goal he has ever set that he has failed to accomplish, with any reasonable limitations mind you... and there has never been anyone in any comic book that he couldn't out-gadget or trick into beating themselves, hero or villain.
Batman Wins. Period.

Actually Superman won. Batman was a non-factor through out the whole event.

Actually Superman won. Batman was a non-factor through out the whole event. He was a non-factor because he didn't NEED to become involved. He is also too smart to waste his time or energy since he has no superpowers. He would have been the guy to save the day, but he knew that Supes had this one on lock down... no need. ALSO: I noticed you didn't tell me I was lying... lol.

I didn't say he wasn't involved, I said he was a non-factor. He was Joker's prisoner. And every day Joker would torture him and murder him. Then he'd rewrite reality to bring Batman back and do it all over again the next day.

Merely keeping Joker busy long enough for Supes to "save the day" again. That is all. He made a sacrifice to endure that so the world would suffer less. At any time he COULD have just gotten up and beat his punk clowny ass, and then gone home to his mansion.
