Love that once hung on the wall……used to mean something but now it means nothing……

The past. It’s an interesting concept.
Everything before this time makes up your past and you’ll never escape it. Stacy Jones found this out very recently. Three years of hell had finally passed. She was no longer bound by a “no wrestling” clause, ensuring she’d spend her focus on the CEO position at her family business. The fact of the matter is though, no matter what, that’s not where it ends.
May 29th 2014, a normal day to most people but to Stacy…it was a day she had hoped would never come. The news she had dreaded. It came to her in a letter and it read:
“Miss Stacy Jones,
We regret to inform you that the search for your husband has been ended after 3 years of searching.
Early on Tuesday evening, police and investigators found a body, deep in the depths of a lake on the outskirts of Osaka. The body showed signs of foul play and the police suspect this was murder.
There were multiple lacerations on the corpse but our coroner determined the cause of death to be blunt force trauma to the occipital lobe. More will be explained in person.
We request that you come immediately to Osaka to identify the body and officially take custody of his possessions and estate.
We are so terribly sorry for your loss and for the three years of uncertainty you have had to endure. May you feel relief now that you can have closure.
Signed, Misoki Tikao, head of Criminal Justice, Osaka, Japan.”
There were a lot of things swirling through her mind but closure wasn’t one of them, neither was relief. Just when you close one door on life, you find that the door may be closed but it’s not locked and things can come creeping out. The past is the past and the present is what matters but still, the past is what makes us who we are today.
Stacy’s past was chequered to say the least, her career had began many years ago when she was a fresh-faced californian girl from a preppy high school in the bay, full of promise, full of potential. Those days were foggy to her mind, back when the world was her oyster and she could have been and done anything. But loss…loss is a strange thing. It affects us all in such profound ways.
They say that bad luck comes in threes and so far this was true. Her parents, Martha and Graham, founders of the business she now owned and managed, killed in a car crash on their way to see her graduate from high school. Bad Luck One. Stacy had just started wrestling and her parents didn’t approve. She’d never get a chance to show them how good she was. Never. Time is a fickle bitch. Once it’s gone, it’s gone and no matter your success, no matter your wealth, nothing can buy that time back.
Things changed that year.
Stacy dyed her hair black, she wore dark make-up and clothes and made new “friends”. The pretty cali girl was gone, replaced by a gothic chick with an attitude problem. Did she blame herself for her parents death? Maybe… Did she blame society? Sure. She dealt with things in her own way, if she couldn’t handle her life, then shed the skin and become someone else, leave Stacy Jones to deal with her life and become someone new with a fresh life. Thus…she became Havoc, a persona she took forward to her wrestling career. With a new thirst for vengeance, for violence, she was unstoppable, putting her family aside in her mind and focusing on fighting, winning until this vengeance became her, became her entirely.
She couldn’t keep it inside anymore, or in the wrestling ring. 18 years old and Stacy was devoid of all hope and emotion and now she sat in a police holding cell, mascara dripping down her face, creating the effect of wet black veins down her alabaster skin.
To be continued………

Tag Teams….I’ve had some experience with tag teams. Stacy Jones and Galaxy, known as Crimson Tide, 2 time Tag Team Champions. Stacy Jones and Miss Perfect, known as Divine Intervention…Stacy Jones and Jordan Blayze…The Trailblayzers. It’s been a long career and I’ve done so much.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a tag team expert but I’ve done it, I’ve won with them and lost with them. This week I team with Justin Michaels, or “Stormm” and take on Nathan Saniti, the clown I beat down last week and his new girl-pal Kelli Starr. Now Kelli is on a roll and beating Eira last week was an upset so she’s a threat. I think we’ll manage though.
Yes, I have a lot on my mind, right after the show this week, I have to head to Japan, my old home….and right now, I have to use the feelings I have inside and focus them on my match this week. I’ve qualified for the tournament so that’s done. This week, I just have to get through a tag match. Starr and Saniti are stepping stones. I’m undefeated and I intend to keep it that way…
Bring it on guys, cos me and Stormm are leaving with the victory.
