On the last PCW Trauma "This is Gonna Hurt" begins to play as the arena goes dark and smoke begins to fill the stage. Multi-colored lasers strobe in time with the beat, revealing a silhouette in the smoke. As the music picks up an explosion rocks the stage, clearing the smoke and revealing...... Loki! Jerry Andrews: WOAH! Ace Anderson: This guy almost won the whole tournament last year! Jerry Andrews: This is amazing! Loki strides confidently down the ramp as the audience cheers, half way down the ramp he breaks into a sprint and slides under the bottom rope. "LOKI!" With that, the bell rings and the Last Chance Battle Royal is underway! ... Loki turns around and he's immediately attacked by Grimm. Grimm grabs him and he throws him into the corner. Grimm now charges, but Loki dodges out of the way and Grimm hits the turnbuckle. Loki grabs him now but Grimm breaks free. He then sets him up and drops him with Whisper's Wrath! Jerry Andrews: This could be it! Loki pulls Grimm up, but Grimm drives his elbow into Loki's stomach. He sets him up for a piledriver. Grimm lifts Loki up, but Loki blocks it. He then hits Grimm with a back body drop... over the ropes... and down to the floor! The bell rings! "Grimm has been eliminated!" The crowd erupts! "Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of the Last Chance Battle Royal: LOKI!!!" Loki stands with his arms raised in victory as the crowd cheers. Winner: Loki @ 32:41 Jerry Andrews: What a match! What a return for Loki! Ace Anderson: And what a night! Loki just earned himself a spot in The Icemann Invitational Tournament and an opportunity to compete for the PCW World Championship! Jerry Andrews: That's all the time we have! Good night everyone! Thank you as always for watching! |
Tuesday May 12th, 2015
Inside the PCW Arena, the crowd is on their feet. The camera pans throughout the building, focusing on the mass of humanity that is the PCW Faithful. The shot then focuses on Jerry Andrew and Ace Anderson at the announce table.
Jerry Andrews: Ladies and gentlemen, we are...
*STOMP!* *CLAP!* *STOMP!* *CLAP!*
Jerry is rudely cut off by the lights going and “God's Gonna Cut You Down” by Johnny Cash starts up. A percentage of the crowd stomps and clamps along, but mostly they just boo.
Jerry Andrews: Well, I guess we're starting with this tonight...
Sadistic makes his way down the aisle and into the ring, dragging the PCW World Championship belt with him. He smiles and grabs a microphone. The music slowly fades and the Phenom stands in the center of the ring, looking out the crowd with a grin on his face.
Sadistic: Well, here we are. The last Trauma before Living A Legacy. The last show before...
This time it is Sadistic's turn to be cut off as "Dystopic" by Position Music begins to play. Eira now appears in the entrance way and she isn't happy as she makes her way down to the ring. She rolls under the ropes and stands inside the squared circle, face-to-face with Billy Sadistic. The crowd is buzzing as these two enemies size each other up. Everyone is waiting for the first punch to be thrown.
Ace Anderson: Oh man... this is about to explode....
The tension is momentarily broken by the hard edge of "Little Tyrants" by Anberlin. The crowd looks towards the entrance way as Gem appears, not willing to let this meeting in the ring pass by without her attendance.
Gem slides into the ring and all three competitors are now ready to go.
Jerry Andrews: One of these three will leave Living a Legacy with the PCW World Championship.
Ace Anderson: But right now that belt is with Sadistic and he does not want to give it up!
Jerry Andrews: Whether he wants to give it up or not doesn't matter. Gem or Eira definitely want to take it!
Likely seconds before this powder keg blows up, Frank Foley appears in the entrance way. The crowd boos as his words echo throughout the arena.
Frank Foley: Stop! Now it's obvious that the three of you want to battle one another and that's all well and good, but there's a time and a place for that and that time and place is Sunday May 24th at PCW Living a Legacy. Besides, the three of you are all booked in matches tonight and I'm not about to risk tonight's card or the pay-per-view revenue by allowing this battle to take place unannounced here right now!
The crowd boos.
Jerry Andrews: Oh come on....
Frank Foley: There is a full card scheduled for tonight and the first match of the evening is scheduled to take place right now and none of you are in it. So I'd appreciate if all three of you left this ring right now so that the show can begin.
No one moves. Gem, Eira and Sadistic have briefly turned their gazes towards Foley, but no one is willing to turn their back to the other two competitors in the ring.
Frank Foley: Now, please. You are all professionals. Out of respect to the fans here who are expecting the scheduled card....
The crowd starts to boo even more loudly now.
Jerry Andrews: I don't think anyone in attendance here tonight would have any problem watching the three go at it right now.
Foley, frustrated by the situation, turns towards the entrance way and signals. After a brief delay, members of Pure Class Security make their way out from the back and down to the ring. The crowd is still booing.
Ace Anderson: Is this really necessary?
Sadistic takes this opportunity as his rivals are briefly distracted. Gem turns to look towards the guards who are entering the ring, and she's leveled in the back of the head with the PCW World Championship. Eira reacts quickly and she tackles Sadistic down to the mat. The two struggle on the canvas as members of the security team attempt to break them up. The crowd is on fire now.
Jerry Andrews: Here we go!
As Eira and Sadistic brawl, Gem slowly gets to her feet. Guards pull Eira off of Sadistic, but as he tries to stand up, he's kicked right in the back of the head by Gem! Security turns their attention to Gem now, allowing Eira to break free. She charges towards Gem and Sadistic, but is eventually restrained by security. After several attempts to free themselves, the numbers eventually get the best of them and all three competitors are forcefully dragged from the ring as Trauma heads to its first commercial break.
Jerry Andrews: Well folks, we're back and I don't know what to tell you.
Ace Anderson: I feel like it's going to be one of those nights where anything can happen!
"Killing Strangers" by Marilyn Manson begins to blare throughout the arena.
Jerry Andrews: And just like that we're finally onto our first match.
The opening bass and background percussion fill the arena before a sexy guitar solo cuts through the bass line. Marilyn's unmistakable voice leads our villains out from the back. Frank Merritt smirks while surveying the crowd as Bubba Reece capers and jig's his way down the ramp.
"Ladies and gentlemen, the following tag team match is scheduled for one fall..."
Frank cackles as he heads down the ramp, several paces behind his cohort and while Bubba rolls in under the bottom rope, Frank stops at ringside, briefly, before bounding onto the apron. Merritt enters through the ropes while Bubba stands in the center of the ring, his fist raised in the air while Frank chuckles to himself, looming behind Reece.
"... introducing first, at a combined weight of 552 pounds, Frank Merritt and Bubba Reece: THE NOBODIES!"
Jerry Andrews: These guys are both making their PCW debuts here tonight!
"You Are A Pirate!" by Alestorm plays. With very little lighting and effects that simulate lightning, High Tide (in a pirate outfit) walks down the ramp slightly crouched over, as if he was sitting. He holds a large pirate flag in one hand, and in the other he is imitating steering a ship.
"And their opponents, introducing first..."
He does this until he gets to the ring where he motions dropping and anchor and proceeds to hop on to the turnbuckle and dive headfirst over the ropes, rolling into a standing position. Then he climbs the nearest turnbuckle and pulls out a spyglass, looking around at the audience. He mimics loading a cannon and as he motions firing it, he jumps off the turnbuckle into the ring (to imitate recoil) as fireworks shoot from all four turnbuckles.
"... HIGH TIDE!"
Chelsea escorts him into the ring, also wearing a pirate "costume" though she has no illusions of being a pirate, but does it to help High Tide get his point across.
"And his tag team partner..."
The lights flicker and fade out as the pulsating beats of Dope Star Inc's "10000 Watts of Artificial Pleasure" pops on the PA system. Smoke fills the arena as a figure stands in the middle of it.
"... TYRONE 'CRAZY BOY' SMITH!"
All the sudden, Crazy Boy comes out of the smoke and pumps a fist in the air. He walks down the entryway and climbs the ropes of the ring. He bounces around the ropes a few times, pumps his fist in the air one last time.

Frank Merritt & Bubba Reece vs Tyrone "Crazy Boy" Smith & High Tide
Referee: Ed Lane
Jerry Andrews: Ladies and gentlemen, it’s time for our opening match.
Ace Anderson: We’ve got two PCW newcomers getting thrown into the fire here tonight as they face off against two company veterans!
We start the match with High Tide versus Frank Merritt. The two of them lock up. High Tide knees Merritt in the stomach. He then hits him with an elbow to the back of his head. High Tide then grabs Merritt and tosses him down to the mat!
Jerry Andrews: The veteran High Tide with the early advantage!
High Tide pulls Merritt up. He Irish whips him across the ring. Merritt bounces off of the ropes and High Tide goes for a clothesline. Merritt counters with a vicious clothesline of his own, knocking Tide down to the mat hard. He goes for a cover and get two!
Frank pulls Tide up and and whips him HARD into the corner. Merritt then waits for Tide to stagger out of the corner. When he does, Merritt takes him down hard once again with a mafia kick! Merritt then drags High Tide into his corner. He tags in Bubba Reece and the two unload on Tide, despite the referee’s complaints.
Jerry Andrews: Bubba Reece in now and High Tide is getting double teamed!
Ace Anderson: And Crazy Boy isn’t doing anything at all to help his partner!
Bubba pulls High Tide up, but Tide breaks free just as the ref finally gets Merritt out of the ring. Tide leaps up and he hits Bubba with a big dropkick! He then slowly crawls over to his corner.
Jerry Andrews: High Tide looking for a tag!
Ace Anderson: Is Crazy Boy even looking at the ring!?
Meanwhile, Bubba Reece tags Frank Merritt back it. Merritt rushes over and stops Tide from reaching his corner. He then pulls High Tide up to his feet. High Tide suddenly leaps up and he hits Merritt with a spinning heel kick! He then pulls him up. Merritt ducks a shot from High Tide, and hits him with a spear! He then tags Bubba Reece back into the match.
Jerry Andrews: The Nobodies showing off some tag team skill here with these quick tags.
Ace Anderson: And their opponents are... well... High Tide is holding up his end of the bargain, but I can’t say the same for Crazy Boy!
Reece enters the ring and he hits High Tide with a DDT as he tries to stand up! He then pulls him up to his feet. Bubba sets him up for a suplex, but High Tide shoves her away! High Tide then hits Bubba Reece with a big jumping heel kick!
Jerry Andrews: Boom!
High Tide looks towards his corner. Tyrone Smith is staring off into the crowd. High Tide turns back towards Bubba Reece. Bubba Reece suddenly leaps up and she hits High Tide with a big spinebuster!
Reece then goes for the cover 1…… 2…… Kickout by High Tide! Reece stands up. He then walks over towards Merritt and tags him in. As High Tide stands up, Reece holds his arms, and Merritt hits him with a kick to the stomach! Reece then sets High Tide up and Reece and Merritt hit him with a spike piledriver!
Jerry Andrews: SPIKE PILEDRIVER! High Tide is out!
The referee orders Bubba Reece out of the ring. Frank Merritt goes for the cover 1…… 2……
Kick out! Merritt pulls High Tide up.
Jerry Andrews: High Tide kicked out, but he's still pretty out of it!
Ace Anderson: He's basically had to fight this match himself!
Merritt sets him up and hits him with a vertebreaker!
Jerry Andrews: He calls that the Blunt Trauma! It looks like this is it!
High Tide is out on the mat. Merritt then goes for the cover 1…… 2……
Finally Crazy Boy enters the ring. Unfortunately for his team, he does so with a steel chair. He cracks the chair across Frank Merritt’s back, causing the referee to call for the bell.
Ace Anderson: So now Crazy Boy decides that he’d like to be a part of this match!
Jerry Andrews: Well, it looked like Frank Merritt had this match won, so...
Ace Anderson: Frank Merritt DID win this match! By disqualification thanks to Crazy Boy!
Winners: Frank Merritt & Bubba Reece, The Nobodies via disqualification @ 5:32
Bubba Reece enters the ring and he's attacked by Tyrone Smith and his steel chair as well! Slowly High Tide gets back to his feet... and he's knocked out with a chair shot from Crazy Boy as well!
Ace Anderson: What the hell is Crazy Boy doing!?
His statement having been made, whatever it is, Crazy Boy drops the chair and leaves the ring.
The feed switches to inside the parking garage associated with the Pure Class Arena. There are cars parked in the lot, but the abnormality seems to be Shane Dodge idly standing by. Before any questions can be formed as to why Shane is there, he speaks.
Shane Dodge: I'm here awaiting the arrival of returning PCW Superstar LoKi. I'm being told that he should be arr...
Shane is interrupted as a car drives its way into the garage. As the car pulls into a spot, we can see that it's LoKi who was arriving to the building.
Shane Dodge: ...Actually, it looks like the Hall of Famer is here now. I'm hoping to get a few words with him before he gets ready for his match against Non Compos Mentis.
LoKi parks his car and then steps out, his gym bag hanging from his shoulder.
Shane Dodge: LoKi, LoKi...if you have a moment please...
LoKi stops and flashes the briefest of smiles to Shane before stopping to speak.
LoKi: Shoot.
Shane: At Trauma 171, you returned to Pure Class Wrestling in the Last Chance Battle Royal after a lengthy hiatus from the Company. With winning that contest, you earned yourself an Icemann Invitational match against Non Compos Mentis here tonight. Are you concerned about ring rust?
LoKi: To say I'm back at 100% after all this time would be a bit misleading, but I feel good. And besides, Non Compos Mentis just came back from a hiatus too...he should be the one worried about potentially underestimating me.
Shane Dodge: What do you think your chances are of getting past NCM and moving on to the Semi-Finals and perhaps even the Finals at Living a Legacy VII?
LoKi: I've bested NCM on almost every occasion we've had. Without trying to sound cocky, I think history has a good chance of repe..UMMFPH!
LoKi is unable to finish his answer as Grimm nails LoKi from behind with a shovel.
Jerry Andrews: Where did Grimm come from?!
Ace Anderson: OUTTA NOWHERE!
Jerry Andrews: And now he's attacking LoKi with that damn shovel.
Grimm strikes with the shovel numerous times to LoKi's back, causing LoKi to fall to the concrete floor after only the first blow. Shane Dodge can be seen scurrying out of the way as Grimm grabs LoKi off of the concrete and slams him head first into the driver's door of LoKi's parked car.
Ace Anderson: My God, Jerry. Did you see the force Grimm just used to drive LoKi through that door?
Jerry Andrews: Indeed I did, Ace. If you missed it, you can't miss the head-sized dent in the door.
LoKi is clutching his head as he is down against the door. Grimm lowers himself to get within eye level of LoKi and then grabs the Hall of Famer's hair before speaking into LoKi's face.
Grimm: Welcome back to PCW. You should have stayed away. That Last Chance Battle Royal was to be mine. NCM was to be mine. You've put yourself in the way of The Black Hand and The Black Hand struck. I hope you feel as if it was worth it. Good luck with your match tonight.
Grimm releases LoKi's hair and shoves his head back into the car and the feed fades out with Grimm walking off...whistling.
Standing with a foot on a bench, lacing his boots, Sadistic gazes over at an obviously distracted Kelli Starr. Lost in intense studying of the linoleum on the floor, Kelli gives not even a sideways glance to her company. Suddenly, a knock comes at the door... of one of the lockers.
Both confused and curious, the pair try to locate the origin of the knock when it happens a second time. This time, they see the door shake abruptly from the rattling, allowing them to zero in on the correct one. Without opening it, they both peer ever closer, still dumbstruck by the situation.
A third series of thunderous knocks nearly jars the door off of its hinges. Just as Sadistic reaches for the lock, the portal springs wide, belching out purple smoke, filling the small room to utter darkness in an instant. Kelli and Sadistic fight for a breath of clean air, their lungs retching in protest. Kelli lets out a surprised scream, which seems to get quickly distant. Mere seconds later, the very same smoke appears to implode back into the locker from which it came, the door clanging shut as an exclamation point. Sadistic snarls his disapproval when he notices his little "candy girl" has gone missing. He lets out a barbaric yawp, his eyes empty of rational thought from fury.
Jerry Andrews: What in the hell... !?
Ace Anderson: I told you. It's going to be one of those nights!
Jerry Andrews: And something tells me we're only getting started!
Ace Anderson: Because we've only had one match and the card is scheduled to have many more?
Jerry Andrews: Well... not just that... but yeah.
Ace Anderson: Well, up next we have round two between Seth Archer and “Mr. Showtime” Michael Wryght. Last week, these two put on a great technical wrestling clinic that resulted in a twenty minute time limit draw. By order of Frank Foley, tonight will play host to a rematch to see who moves on in the Icemann Invitational Tournament...and the time limit has been lifted!
Jerry Andrews: Nigel Gale and Charles Lim will be switching up officiating duties from last Trauma with Nigel handling this match.
Ace Anderson: Michael Wryght is the greatest technical wrestler in PCW, but Seth Archer held his own and took the Black Hand's mouthpiece to the limit...
Jerry Andrews: Now hold on a minute, Ace. I think Justin Michaels might take exception to the claim that Wryght is the best technician on the roster.
The debate will have to wait because it's time for the match. As "Bulletproof" by 12 Stones rings through the arena, Seth Archer makes his way from the back to the stage accompanied by a large and loud pyro as the guitars hit hard and heavy. He smiles to the fans and makes his way down towards the ring, speeding up to run and slide under the ropes before jumping to the turnbuckles on the far side, climbing each to pose for his fans with his signature "Bow and Arrow Archer pose" before dropping down and waiting for his opponent/ waiting for the match to begin.
Ace Anderson: Although Seth has a big edge in speed and agility, he's at a huge size disadvantage against the much larger Michael Wryght.
"Gold on the Ceiling" by The Black Keys begins to blare over the P.A. system and the arena darkens. A single spotlight begins to shine on the entrance way to illuminate none other than “Mr. Showtime” Michael Wryght. He is wearing a long black and silver sleeveless robe. He stands there with his back to the ring and his arms crossed. The back of the robe is exposed with the words in blue and silver “Mr. Showtime.” Showtime slowly walks to the beat of the music as the only light in the arena follows him to the ring. He walks up the stairs and wipes off his feet on the outside apron. He ducks under the top rope and two other spotlights shoot on him as he spins and puts his arms out. He slowly makes his way to the corner crossing his wrists before raising his black-gloved fist into the air. He pulls his arms down setting off some small pyros behind him, which prompts the lights to return to the arena.

Seth Archer vs Michael Wryght
Referee: Nigel Gale
Nigel gives the two a quick briefing before calling for the bell. This was starts quickly with no feeling out process as the two know each other very well from the previous episode of Trauma. Seth and Michael head to the center to lock up...until Showtime blasts Archer with a clothesline right out of the gates!
Ace Anderson: Right off the bat the grappling goes out the window. I think Showtime may have taken the youngster a little too lightly two weeks ago.
The fans, expecting to see another grappling masterpiece, begin booing as Wryght lays into Seth with a litany of stomps and kicks. Archer makes his way to back to his feet and catches a shuffle back kick to the chin that sends him stumbling into the corner. Showtime is all over him with series of chops – Chops are served! - that smack across his chest. Ten of them, to be precise. Archer looks completely stunned, bewildered, and caught off guard. Seth staggers out of the corner and gets planted with a single arm DDT! Wryght makes the cover. 1...2...kickout!
Jerry Andrews: Archer looks completely off his game tonight. I think he was expecting another grappling showdown and the veteran turned the tables on him.
Showtime is in complete control as he drives an elbow across Seth's sternum. The fans are shocked with Wryght's utter domination as he clamps on a rear chinlock. Slowly, the fans begin clamping and chanting until they all join in unison to help rally the youngster. Suddenly reinvigorated, Seth maneuvers to his knees. He's got one foot under him. The PCW Faithful grow louder and louder. Seth is now standing and he fires off an elbow into Wryght's stomach. Then a second. A third, and Showtime releases the hold. Archer hits the ropes and rebounds with a running clothesline, but Wryght ducks it. Showtime points to something at ringside which distracts Nigel Gale before kicking Archer below the belt! Here come the boos.
Ace Anderson: Oh! Showtime with a low blow! That was colder than a mother-in-law's kiss!
Showtime pushes the action by dragging Archer into the center of the ring and spiking him with a piledriver! Wryght with the cover. 1...2...kickout! Seth barely gets the shoulder up and this match has been all Showtime. Michael stands and peers down at his foe. Archer clings to Wryght's boots in an attempt to pull himself up as Showtime stares down at him without mercy. Out of nowhere, Archer latches onto Wryght's boot and rolls him to the ground in an ankle lock and the crowd roars!
Jerry Andrews: Seth isn't done. Not by a long shot!
Seth continues to wrench on the ankle, but Showtime inches closer and closer to the ropes. Just as Wryght is about to reach the bottom strand Seth breaks the hold...and drops an elbow across the back of his head! Seth hits the ropes in a flash and drills Showtime with a dropkick to the side of the head. Showtime is dazed and reaches up to stop Seth...so Seth grabs the arm and locks in an armbar! Within a matter of seconds Showtime has manages to wrap his boots around the bottom rope and Seth releases the lock.
Ace Anderson: The momentum has fully shifted in favor of Seth Archer!
Wryght is back up and the two move to lock up again. Just like the start of the match, Wryght charges with a clothesline again...but this time Archer ducks around behind and nearly German suplexes Showtime out of his boots! Archer makes a quick cover and hooks the leg. 1...2...kickout! Showtime is groggy and Seth takes him for another ride with a belly-to-belly suplex before heading to the corner. Mounting the second turnbuckle, Archer leaps off and drives his forearm into Showtime's head! Archer with another cover. 1...2...kickout!
Jerry Andrews: Archer has completely taken control of this match and Showtime is in trouble.
Archer measures Showtime and waits for him to get to his knees before connecting with a Shining Wizard! Wryght is down and out, but Seth doesn't go for the cover. Instead, he pulls him to his feet to finish him off for good. Archer locks him in for the Bullseye and spins him to drive his head into the mat, but Wryght somehow manages to somersault out of harm's way! Archer is grabbed unawares from behind by Showtime, spun around, and dropped with the Sweetness!
Ace Anderson: Oh! The Sweetness! That's gotta be it.
Showtime covers Archer and hooks the leg. Nigel slides into position and makes the count. 1...2...3!
Jerry Andrews: One helluva match between these two. Archer was right there until the end. Another strong showing, but tonight Michael Wryght was the better man.
Winner: Michael Wryght via Pinfall @ 16:49
The feed opens up in the office of PCW's medical trainer Doctor Harold Suresh. Sitting on the examining table is LoKi, who is being treated by the doctor. LoKi is holding an icepack to his head as Doc checks on LoKi's back.
Dr. Suresh: ...My medical opinion is for you to take it easy and sit this match out. You just returned to the Company and you shouldn't jeopardize a long-term return by getting into the ring with Non Compos Mentis tonight.
LoKi: Listen, Doc...I came back, and I plan on winning this thing. I don't care what bug found its way into Grimm's cereal this morning, but I'll be damned if that backwoods prick is costing me this match. My concern right now is Non Compos Mentis; I'll go out there and fight. Once I win this tournament, then maybe I'll take it easy. But I probably won't, because then I'd like to give Grimm a little payback, if you know what I mean.
Dr. Suresh: Well, it's your body.
The feed then fades back to ringside for the next contest.
Ace Anderson: We follow up the previous match with another rematch from the previous Trauma. Again, the twenty minute time limit has been lifted from this contest between North American Champion Justin Michaels and Kristoff Michaelson.
Jerry Andrews: Yes it has, Ace. There will be no time limit draw. We WILL have a winner, and that man will walk into Living a Legacy VII...LIVE and only on pay per view...to face off with “Mr. Showtime” Michael Wryght in the tournament semi-finals.
Ace Anderson: These two went at it in a back and forth match at Trauma 171 and I expect more of the same tonight.
As the arena goes dark the rhythm of "The Pride" by Five Finger Death Punch hits and whilst in darkness, Kristoff comes and stands on stage with his head down allowing his hair to cover his face. A small fog begins to drift in underneath him. As the pace quickens and the drums finally come into play, Kristoff slowly lifts his head and arms as flashing strobe lights begin to light up the stage. With the vocals starting, Kristoff allows his arms to drop before walking slowly to the ring.
"JOHNNY CASH AND PBR! JACK DANIELS! NASCAR!"
Kristoff walks past the crowd's outstretched hands by staying in the middle of the ramp whilst walking. He looks around the crowd with disdain before getting to the ring.
"I AM....WHAT YOU FEAR MOST....I AM....WHAT YOU NEED!"
Kristoff steps onto the ring apron and steps into the ring before looking around at the crowd once again before stepping onto the middle rope and leaning against the top rope to stare at the crowd. Finally smirking and then stepping away from the ropes.
Jerry Andrews: This guy is something else, Ace.
Ace Anderson: He might be something else, but he's also the guy that took the North American Champion to a time limit draw. Stormm might get off so lucky this time...
The arena lights dim down to a gentle glow and the sound of pouring rain fills the arena to the brim as an orange fog begins to cover the entrance way. Hardly containing themselves already, the fans start to rise to their feet as a sudden bright flash of orange lights flood the crowd before a deafening crash of thunder rattles the foundation and leaves the arena in darkness. "Immortal" by Eve to Adam instigates a small riot amongst those in attendance as orange flashes, like lightning, illuminate the way for the Force of Nature, and Justin Michaels appears through the curtain and onto the stage with the North American title in tow.
"I AM IMMORTAL, I'LL NEVER FADE AWAY!"
Justin plays to the cheers of the fans from atop the ramp, and marches back and forth while interacting with those in attendance. He nods his head and points towards the fans recognizing all the support they provide before turning his attention back to the ring, and starts to make his way towards the squared circle.
"I'M A LEGACY THAT LIVES BEYOND, FAR BEYOND THE GRAVE!"
Having made it to ringside, Stormm patrols around to the opposite side of the ring and gives a salute towards Ace and Jerry before hopping up onto the apron, and motions to the crowd once more.
"I AM IMMORTAL, I'LL NEVER REST IN PEACE!"
"AND YOU'RE NEVER GONNA BE, NEVER GONNA BE, NEVER BE, NEVER GONNA BE, NEVER GONNA BE, NEVER BE ME!"
Justin climbs through the ropes and immediately scales the nearest turnbuckle and raises the North American Championship into the air for all to see. The flash bulbs surge throughout the arena as the orange lights brighten back to the venue's usual lighting. Justin repeats his actions and poses on the turnbuckle in the opposite corner before hopping down from the corner and his music fades out, but the overwhelming applause does not as he stands the ready for his match.
Jerry Andrews: Much like the previous match, we have one of PCW's veterans taking on a relative newcomer.

Kristoff Michaelson vs Justin "Stormm" Michaels (North American ©)
Referee: Charles Lim
Charles Lim goes over the rules with both men before signaling the start of the match. Both men possess exceptional technical skill sets...whether they decide to use them or not is another question entirely. After circling, the two tie up in the center of the ring and Stormm immediately takes a wrist to execute a full arm drag and twist. Kristoff reverses the armlock, but only for Stormm to reverse it back and transition into a hammerlock.
Ace Anderson: Michaelson is one of the most naturally gifted grapplers on the roster, but Stormm might very well be the best wrestling technician on the planet.
Jerry Andrews: Actually, Ace, Justin “Stormm” Michaels and “Mr. Showtime” Michael Wryght tied for the #1 spot in a 2014 poll from Pro Wrestling Insider magazine in the Greatest Technical Wrestling category, so I think Showtime might have something to say about that.
Ace Anderson: Look at this! I think Kristoff Michaelson might have something to say it, too!
Sure enough, Michaelson has reversed out of the hammerlock into a drop toe hold and floated over into a side headlock. Using the headlock, he leverages Stormm's shoulders to the mat. 1...kickout! Persistent, Kristoff rolls him over again. 1...kickout! Michaelson won't release the hold and he forces Stormm's shoulders down again...or does he? Stormm uses the momentum to roll past his shoulders and take Michaelson onto his shoulders! 1...2...kickout! Kristoff is forced to relinquish the hold and Justin transitions it into a hammerlock.
Jerry Andrews: We're getting quite the technical display between these two here tonight.
Michaelson executes a roll to free his arm but Stormm keeps on him and plants the Leader of the People's face into the canvas while lacing in a half nelson. Kristoff attempts to reach a sitting position but Stormm doesn't hesitate to reach his other arm around and lock in the Eye of the Stormm submission hold! The crowd noise increases as Michaels goes for the tap out. Thankfully, Kristoff is near the ropes and is able to hook the bottom one with the toe of his boot.
Ace Anderson: Stormm was able to lock in the Eye of the Stormm in a flash! Michaelson needs to stay on his toes because he might not get so lucky next time.
Stormm looses the hold and Michaelson works out his shoulder. A lesser competitor would have submitted, but Kristoff has bigger goals in mind. They square up once again and Kristoff uses his speed to nimbly go behind the larger Michaels and take him down with a waist lock. Stormm instinctively sits out, hand fights his way free, and takes Michaelson over with a snapmare. Stormm locks in a reverse chinlock momentarily before laying a trio of knees into Kristoff's spine. Slamming his head against the mat, Stormm drives the point of his elbow into Kristoff's chest! Justin with the cover. 1...2...kickout!
Jerry Andrews: Michaels in firm control, now, and he's turning up the intensity.
Ace Anderson: Or is he?
Kristoff makes it back up and he rattles his brain with a big uppercut. Michaelson hits the ropes and smashes Stormm with a big lunging clothesline that drops the champion. Kristoff with a quick leg drop before climbing to the top rope. It takes Michaels a few moments to stand but when he does, Michaelson is there to meet him with a beautiful missile dropkick! Kristoff makes the cover. 1...2...kickout!
Jerry Andrews: These guys must feel like they're wrestling themselves. Their styles are so similar it's insane.
Kristoff pulls the champion to his feet and plants him with a snap suplex! They both make it back to their feet and Stormm catches his foe with a belly-to-belly suplex! It's turned into a battle of the suplexes. Suplex City, even. Michaelson with a vertical suplex. Justin with a belly-to-back suplex. Kristoff with a German suplex! Stormm with a capture suplex!
Ace Anderson: This is incredible! These two men are suplexing each other all over the ring!
Now it's Stormm's turn to attempt a release German suplex, but Kristoff has the wherewithal and athleticism to land on his feet. Stormm spins around and BAM!!! Lights Out with a Kristoff Michaelson superkick that might have knocked out a tooth! The champion is down and the Leader of the People makes the cover and hooks the leg!
Jerry Andrews: 1...2...3!
Ace Anderson: No! Michaels got the shoulder up!
Kristoff questions referee Lim in disbelief. Working quickly to finish Stormm of, Kristoff hefts the champion up onto his shoulders for his Soul Eater finisher. Spinning around, he goes to plant Stormm, but the champ maneuvers free while locking onto Kristoff's arm! He's nearly got him locked in the Eye of the Stormm again! But Michaelson wiggles free before Justin can get it fully locked in he slams Stormm with a double underhook suplex!
Ace Anderson: We've gone over the twenty minute mark here and these two are still going strong!
Jerry Andrews: These guys fought to a twenty minute draw on the last Trauma, but there's no time limit here tonight and both men are pushing on!
Stormm is on his hands and knees as Michaelson tries to shake the cobwebs free. In an instant, Kristoff is upon him trying to lock in his Drip Feed crossface submission! Michaels fights it for all he's worth, but the Leader of the People is masterfully able to lock in the hold! The fans are on their feet as Michaelson closes in on a big victory. Justin tries to crawl to the ropes and reaches desperately for the ropes, but he can't quite reach. In a burst, Stormm lunges! But the tips of his fingers barely touch the ropes. In an attempt to reverse, Michaels rolls both men...right into the center of the ring with the Drip Feed still dropped in!!!
Jerry Andrews: Oh, no! He's got him dead to rights in the center of the ring!
The fans are stomping wildly and cheering as Michaels raises his hand in the air to tap! Instead, he plants his hand firmly on the canvas. Using his size and power, he presses himself to his knees. To one knee! To his feet, with Kristoff hanging on like a vice! Justin tries to shake and shrug Michaelson free, but he's holding tight! Then there's a crack and Stormm is able to slip his arm free. Somehow rotating around, Justin is able to grab hold of Kristoff, lift him into the air, and faceplant him into the ground with the Flash Flood! It's all Stormm can do to roll Michaelson over and collapse on top of him.
Ace Anderson: I can't believe it! How in the hell did Stormm manage to reverse the Drip Feed into the Flash Flood! Amazing!
Charles Lim makes the dramatic count as the fans count along! 1...2...3! Stormm immediately rolls onto his back after the hard fought contest as his music hits and the fans go nuts.
Jerry Andrews: That was one helluva match, Ace! It's official. Justin Michaels will face Michael Wryght in the semis at Living a Legacy!
Ace Anderson: We'll find out once and for all who the greatest technical wrestler in Pure Class Wrestling is.
Winner: Justin Michaels via Pinfall @ 24:41
The scene opens to find Pure Class Wrestling’s Michael Malone seated in a cozy booth across from the silvery haired Eira. Both appear in casual attire, steaming ceramic mugs in front of each in the comfortable looking atmosphere.
Michael Malone: Hellllooooooo PCW Universe. I'm Michael Malone and I'm stoked to bring you the first episode of 10 Questions. As you can see, I have the lovely Eira with me tonight...Eira, I can call you lovely without worrying about having my face melted off by your boyfriend right?
(Eira levels a deadpan stare at Malone, the interview clearly off to a promising start.)
Eira: Consider that your first question. In answer, I'm certain my husband has better things to do than chase reporters.
MM: Darn, alright. I feel I'm safe for now. Moving on...in just a few weeks, you will have an opportunity to fight for the PCW World Championship in a Triple Threat Match featuring Gem and PCW World Champion Sadistic. What do you think your chances are of walking out of Living a Legacy as champion?
(She spends a few moments considering the question, Malone taking a sip of his beverage while the gentle background sounds of a coffeehouse filter in through the audio.)
Eira: I would say they're better than Gem's, and about on par with Sadistic's. I know the wrestler gig is to talk about how badass you are in comparison to your pathetic opponents, but I'd rather not set myself up like that. Don't get me wrong - Gem is a good competitor, but quite frankly I think she's out of her league. Her one win against Sadistic or I was against Sadistic... after he'd already competed. As for Sadistic... I can beat him, but no one can really predict how the dice will fall. I just know I'm going to enjoy putting the hurt on him.
MM: For the newer fans out there, can you explain where this hatred for Sadistic came from?
(Eira’s jaw clenches and her brow furrows, Malone’s quick glance to the camera prompting her to school her features into a neutral expression. Or as near to neutral as it was likely to get, given the question.)
Eira: There are a few personal issues. He helped in causing needless, permanent damage to my person, and as everyone now knows he willfully caused me to lose a pregnancy. Of course, these things can happen in this line of work, but for us it goes deeper. Everything he stands for is anathema to me - I suppose we could just call it a professional conflict of interest.
MM: And Gem...Where did your animosity towards her come from? Most of the PCW Universe, including myself, believed you two had a fairly decent, if not respectful, relationship.
(A frustrated sigh lifts from her as she shakes her head in negation.)
Eira: Many people, Gem included, seem to be mistaking blunt honesty for animosity. I have no personal problems with Gem beyond feeling she was given an unfair, undeserved push by the company. To go from fresh out of the Underground to the World Title picture isn't something one sees often. I myself had to fight tooth and nail to get out of the Genesis Division. To see her get what looks like a free ride is infuriating. But that's with her situation, decisions made by Frank Foley - not with her. The only negative feeling I have for her is impatience with her infantile outlook on things. If everyone really were out to get her - she would have been well gotten by now. Leaving aside entirely the promo she recorded where she held her femininity up as a point against Sadistic's skills. This industry is unwelcoming enough to women, we don't need to make it worse for ourselves by discounting an opponent's abilities because they 'beat a girl.'
(Malone nods thoughtfully, expressing neither agreement nor disagreement.)
MM: Going back to Murdoc for a moment, did you know he was in the building at Trauma 171 or was it as much of a surprise for you as it was for the PCW Universe?
(An odd look crosses Eira’s face, not quite a vulnerable expression but nearer to it than the viewers had seen so far.)
Eira: ...I had no idea he was here. I could even go so far as to say it was MORE of a surprise to me than the rest of the PCW Universe.
MM: Well, that certainly was a shock for all of us watching, so I can only imagine how you felt being there. it was for you. How are things at home between you two now? Is it strange to be competing in Murdoc's old stomping grounds without him here with you, by your side?
(Eira’s expression closes off again.)
Eira: That was two questions, not just one. My home life with Murdoc is no one's business but our own. I've been at PCW long enough to find the likes of Nathan Saniti or Tha Joka stranger than the company itself, whether or not Murdoc is here with me. As hard as I fought to be seen as a competitor in my own right without his presence overshadowing every success I have, I can honestly say it's been just fine.
(Malone chuckles...)
MM: I was hoping you didn't catch the two-parter thrown in there...
(...but his chuckle quickly disperses as Eira stares into the man, unflinchingly.)
MM: ...Moving on, you mentioned Nathan Saniti and Tha Joka...at Trauma 172 they go up against Dollface and one of your opponents at Living a Legacy- Sadistic. Who do you have winning that match?
(She considers the matter for a moment, then shrugs.)
Eira: I can't quite say. Dollface and Nathan seem to be having some kind of conflict- we all saw his peculiar behavior the last time he was put in the ring with Starr. As for Starr, she seems to have shaken off a lot of that inhibiting sentiment, so I think her and Sadistic are a stronger team. Then again, with as angry as Nathan is and as violent as Tha Joka is, they make a force to be wary of. It could be anyone's win.
MM: Do you plan on getting involved in the contest?
Eira: No.
MM: But as we all know, plans can change. As my final question, do you have anything you want to say to the Superstars in the locker room that may find themselves watching this?
(A wry smile crosses her face.)
Eira: Give that new kid Buck Brochamp a swirly.
MM: Alright folks, those are the questions and I've run out of time. Eira, I thank you for being the first guest of the show and I wish you nothing but continued luck and success.
(Eira reaches across the table to shake his hand, and gives him a sweet [if disturbing] smile.)
Eira: It's been a pleasure, Mr. Malone.
Halfway around the arena, Nathan Saniti spins a still shaken Kelli Starr to face him, looking her softly in the eyes as she regains her composure.
Nathan: I apologize, my dear. I didn't mean to frighten you.
Kelli: I'm not SCARED I'm SURPRISED. There's TOTALLY a difference, and it's hardly the gentlemanly thing to do. Shouldn't you have issued an embossed invitation or something?
Clearly flustered, Kelli adjusts her coiffure, looking anywhere but at Nathan. Nathan appears downtrodden.
Nathan: My dear, I only wished to get you away from those whom you align yourself with. I must look into your eyes and know this is exactly what you want.
Kelli spies Sadistic emerging around the corner. Her eyes become more guarded, her voice hurried. Her eyes examine the floor once again. She mutters under her breath as if trying more to convince herself of her words than Nathan.
Kelli: I already told you. They are just misunderstood.
Nathan, glowers at her, unconvinced.
Nathan: If you truly believe they are misunderstood, please explain it to me. Here. Now.
Kelli still refuses to meet his eyes, his height making it easy for her to keep her gaze fixed on the pattern of his scarf.
Kelli: Everyone is misunderstood by someone. I know how they feel, with everyone thinking they know them. Thinking they are OWED something by them.
Kelli shrugs, her bright curls spilling over her shoulders.
Kelli: PCW expects them to behave a certain way, to do things the way PCW wants. Frank Foley doesn't seem to be very involved, and there are too many different people here for it to devolve into anarchy. People would be hurt, Pure Class Wrestling would fall apart. I'd lose the closest thing to family I have. We'd lose everything we have here.
Kelli's lower lip trembles, a delicate flush coming to her cheeks as she finally meets his eyes, creamy jade staring into unsettling green-yellow.
Kelli: We will lose everything if things don't go right, don't you see that, Nathan?
Nathan lifts her face to his, yet still she diverts her gaze.
Nathan: Miss Starr, it's just you and I here. Your cryptic speech confounds me still. How, praytell, will we lose everything if the Hand fails?
Profound hurt chokes Nathan's voice.
Nathan: Please...
Tears well up in Kelli's eyes, a lost, helpless look upon her pretty face.
Kelli: They are in control, Nathan.
She shakes her head violently, shoving herself away from him. In the distant background, Sadistic inches closer in an attempt to overhear the conversation. Only Kelli sees him coming.
Kelli: THEY are in control of PCW. We have nothing to fear from cooperating with them. Only by being friends with them will we all thrive. Until such time when you see the truth in things, I'm afraid we don't have much to say to each other.
Kelli begins to part ways with Nathan. Nathan puffs his chest confidently.
Nathan: A mere leather and gold strap hardly dictates policy in this world, my dear. The only thing they have true control over is you!
Kelli quickens her pace down the hallway.
Nathan: If control of the situation is what you fret over, then I shall wrest that control from them by hook or by crook. My only fear is that you will be caught in the crossfire once this unfortunate set of circumstances begins. I cannot guarantee your protection if you continue down this path!
Kelli begins to sprint down the hallway back toward the dressing room. As she does, Nathan spots Sadistic watching on. Under his breath, Nathan grimaces his fury. He spots Sadistic leading Kelli by the waist back down the Hallway to the dressing room. A dark fury overcomes him as he bolts down after them.
Nathan: You! If you so much as lay a finger upon her...!
Sadistic smirks with a raised brow, bursting into laughter.
Sadistic: If?! Oh, I can assure you, magician, her treatment has been harsh and rigorous. And I'll let you in on a little secret... She loved every minute of it.
His taunting cackle too much for the Mystical Madman, Nathan speeds his stride as the couple vanishes into the locker room Nathan had stolen Kelli from. Snapping the door wide, Nathan peers inside, his rage unsatisfied by the empty room. Through gritted teeth, a warning comes.
Nathan: Hands and hearts alike may be broken in this war.
Back at ringside, the crowd looks to the entrance way as "Black Widow" by In This Moment roars out and they know who is coming out from backstage and they start booing loudly almost drowning out the music.
Ace Anderson: This is the third time in three weeks she's interrupted our broadcast.
Jerry Andrews: It's about time Frank Foley or ANYONE stopped this senseless violence.
Alexa Black steps through the curtain her face lit up with a wicked smile. She walks slowly down the ramp as the booing intensifies as the PCW faithful don't hold back their hatred of this evil woman.
As she continues to walk down to the ring as the crowd grows louder and louder so even the announcers can't get a word in over the booing. The music fades out as Alexa stays in the ring with a microphone.
Alexa Black: "Hello PCW fans!"
Loud boos and jeers erupt from the crowd.
Alexa Black: "It seems that PCW management has continued to ignore my warnings and simply carry on as if I don't matter to them. Our beloved PCW President Frank Foley has chosen to ignore me. He instead has chosen to stand by and watch as all his employees are attacked. What a great boss! Seriously boss of the year right there folks."
"So Frank I'm giving you a choice tonight: Either you, A) Come out here and talk to me, or B) I come back there and it will be VERY unpleasant."
The crowd boos.
Alexa Black: "You can't hide from me I know where your office is what your schedule is and what your doing here tonight. Your PA gave you up Frank... She gave up everything...With a little gentle persuasion."
Ace Anderson: Yeah right I bet she terrified the poor PA into it!
Alexa Black: "And you know I'm a woman of my word."
Ace Anderson: Is she threatening her boss? I can't believe the nerve of this woman! Who does she think she is?
Jerry Andrews: Well thus far she is the woman who does what she wants when she wants...
Alexa Black: "You've got 1 minute to get out here and just to show you I'm not kidding..."
She grabs a camera man kicks him in the gut setting him up from the Widowmaker.
"Enough!"
With that, Frank Foley appears on stage with a microphone in his hand.
Frank Foley: "Alexa, you know that I'm a fair man. I've tried to work with you. WE'VE tried to work with you. PCW has been nothing but supportive and understanding when it comes to your background and your history but, Alexa, this is too much. I simply cannot have you coming out here every week and senselessly attacking members of my staff. It stops tonight."
Alexa Black glares at him, still holding the camera man hostage.
Frank Foley: "You wanted us to notice you? You wanted me to notice you? I've noticed. I've noticed that you like violence. You like brutality. That's fine. We can work with that. You want a match Alexa Black? Well how about you step into the Underground!"
The crowd cheers.
Frank Foley: "At Living a Legacy, you will compete in an Underground Rules match... against Buck Brochamp."
Alexa Black smiles. The crowd seems confused.
Frank Foley: "And Bubba Reece. And Frank Merritt. And Crazy Boy. And High Tide. And Seth Archer. And Kristoff Michaelson. And LIGHT."
Now the crowd cheers again. Alexa looks intrigued.
Frank Foley: "You may have noticed that the Underground Champion LIGHT was in that list. That's because the match will be for the PCW Underground Championship. And it will be a ladder match."
Another cheer from the crowd. And a smile from Alexa Black.
Frank Foley: "Oh, but Alexa, don't think that I am rewarding you. I am not about to reward your violent actions. Because, yes, if you win the match you will be named the Underground Queen. But if you lose? If you lose you'll be suspended from PCW action until I say otherwise!"
Foley turns and walks away. Alexa Black is enraged. She decides to take her anger out on the camera man in her grasp. As she raises him up, "Holy Man" by One Minute Silence roars out of the speakers as most of the PCW faithful look to the curtain as the mystery man who has been following Alexa around steps through the curtain with a smug smile on his face his cane in hand as he walks down the ramp.
Jerry Andrews: Now what is going on!?
He is dressed in a black pinstripe suit black dress shirt and a crimson tie. His round face has a black goatee and is covered in raven black hair.
Ace Anderson: Who the hell is this?
Jerry Andrews: I don't know Ace. All we know is that this is the mystery man who's been tailing Alexa over the past couple of weeks and is now making himself known.
He slowly makes his way down completely ignoring the fans who are and makes his way to the ring and walks up the steps and steps between the ring ropes before asking for a mic to address the crowd.
"Hello Alexa."
Alexa looks shocked and confused at this man who stands before her. Not quite sure what to make of him she decides to make good on her promise and starts to drive the poor camera man into the mat.
As she does, the man looks directly at her....
"ALEXANDRA NO!"
She looks at him.
"PUT HIM DOWN NOW!"
He stares at her and to the shock of everyone puts the poor camera man down onto the mat
Ace Anderson: What the hell?!! Who is this guy?
Jerry Andrews: And how the hell is it that he can control Alexa when no one else could?
The man asks for silence before speaking his distinct southern twang is noticeable.
"Ladies and gentlemen my name is Orin Boyd and I am the solution to your problem. As you know Alexa here has been out of control for far too long so now I am going to be in control. From now on I will be her manager and anything to do with her goes through me. Y'all have a pleasant evening."
He smiles and tucks the cane under his arm before turning to Alexa who is standing there like a statue.
Ace Anderson: If that's correct then this man controls one of PCW's most violent and unpredictable competitors. And for the rest of us that isn't good at all.
Jerry: No it isn't.
Orin Boyd: Come Alexa!
He leaves the ring and she follows him obediently up the ramp to the back.
Saniti is once again the prize of the cameraman's vision as he's caught strolling with purpose down another corridor, this one leading to the locker of his team mate, Tha Joka. He raises his cane, still tense from his encounter with Sadistic earlier. Just as he's about to rap on the door, it flings open. Joka springs his head out like a jack-in-the-box.
Joka: We gave at the office!
He bobs back inside, pushing the door shut, only to yank it ajar again.
Joka: We don't want any!
Nathan's patience begins to wear thin as the cycle repeats.
Joka: Unless you're selling thin mint... OW!
Nathan positions his cane firmly on the ground after having applied an unwanted knot to Joka's noggin. Joka grimaces in mock pain, rubbing his newly acquired welt. Nathan looks nonplussed by the antics.
Nathan: First off, congratulations on your win over me, my good man. I shall be rooting for you to take the prize.
Joka becomes incensed for no apparent reason.
Joka: DON'T YOU TELL ME WHAT TO DO!
Nathan raises a palm to quiet the situation, leaving Joka perplexed.
Nathan: Since you and I are now teammates this week, I thought it beneficial to go over some strategies before our match. PCW is plagued far too much by indecisive outcomes, so perhaps it would be better if we first discuss what NOT to do so that we may emerge the victors.
Joka smiles menacingly.
Joka: I was to understand Mr. What-Not-To-Do was mah epithet. So... you mean, don't do this?
Joka promptly kicks Nathan in the groin, doubling him over. Nathan struggles briefly to catch his breath. Standing slowly and gingerly, he regains his vertical base. Smiling politely, he continues.
Nathan: Indeed. We shall also refrain from doing this...
Nathan wallops Joka with a haymaker right, sending him reeling to the floor. An unsettling Cheshire grin parts Nathan's lips, his eyes devoid of stability as he glares at the recuperating Joka. As he rises, Joka's eyes and Nathan's meet, as they come nose-to-nose. Joka reels back, planting a hard right on Nathan's jaw. Neither man's smiles fade as Nathan returns the favor. Joka delivers another punch, and is met in return. Back and forth, they exchange blows for a few seconds until they hear security thundering down the hallway. Aa the security team rounds the corner, both men wipe away any traces of blood from their lips, Nathan using a handkerchief, and Joka using his arm. Neither man breaks their grin or gaze as Nathan chimes in, wrapping a friendly arm around Joka's shoulders.
Nathan: Now that we've settled what not to do, let's talk about a REAL strategy, shall we?
Nathan leads Joka into his dressing room, snapping the door shut with a puzzled pile of po-po's pondering the portal.
"This is Gonna Hurt" by Sixx:A.M. begins to play as the arena goes dark and smoke begins to fill the stage. Multi-colored lasers strobe in time with the beat, revealing a silhouette in the smoke. As the music picks up an explosion rocks the stage, clearing the smoke and revealing Loki. Loki strides confidently down the ramp as the audience cheers, half way down the ramp he breaks into a sprint and slides under the bottom rope.
Once in the ring, Loki springs to his feet and runs at the back rope. Bouncing off the rope, Loki comes back to the front, with his arms raised, crossed at the wrist. Pyros launch in sequence from the turnbuckles as Loki holds the pose. As the music dies down, Loki retreats to the corner and waits for his opponent.
Suddenly the lights go down, followed by the screech of the PA system being wrenched into action with heavily synthesized tones. The Tron stutters through black and white images of urban decay, throwing weird shadows across the crowd. The repetitive tones last for ten seconds until more join them into a strict beat and letters begin to emerge from the chaos on the big screen…
“N… C… M”
… And the arena erupts with the heavily synthesized tones and hard bass of ‘Through This Pain (You Heal)’ by Faderhead, combined with a shock of intense white strobe lights that punctuate the darkness. As the beat continues, a single spotlight shines into the crowd and finds Non Compos Mentis himself in the stands! Over the roar of the PCW fans the vocals kick in, and the ‘Born Psycho’ walks intensely through the crowd toward the ring.
“I disrespect you, dissect you, reject you,
The second you start to speak,
I try to see you, low-key you, and be you,
But you are way too boutique for me
You celebrate the world's mistakes
Cause you're so idle, you can't fail
You celebrate your worst mistakes
Cause you're an "idol" - you can't feel”
Mentis hops the security barrier and begins to walk around the ring, taking his time to look over the thousands of fans in attendance before turning toward the ring.
“I can't heal you from the pain (Through this pain you heal)
And I can't keep you entertained (Boredom makes you feel)
I can't wake you like cocaine (Cause you're deep in sleep)
And I can't keep you entertained (Through this pain you heal)”
Slowly he climbs onto the apron and steps through the ropes into the ring. As the vocals of Faderhead climax the PA system shuts off with a jarring immediacy and the lights return to normal, leaving only the sound of the PCW Faithful. Mentis removes his jacket and throws it into his corner, then readies himself for the match.
Icemann Invitational Tournament Singles Match
Non Compos Mentis vs LoKi
Referee: Ty Little
Non Compos Mentis vs LoKi
Referee: Ty Little
Ace Anderson: Loki vs NCM. Man, this brings back memories of the old days.
Jerry Andrews: Well, this certainly isn’t the first time these two have tangled.
Ace Anderson: Far from it. In fact, Loki once eliminated NCM from an Icemann Invitational Tournament in the past.
Jerry Andrews: Do you think that trend will hold?
Ace Anderson: Whether I think it or not, we’re going to find out here tonight.
Ty Little steps forward to issue a few brief words, Loki offering a nearly obsequious handshake to the referee while NCM contents himself with a grim nod - then the bell is sounded and the match begins!
Loki and NCM circle each other like wolves, NCM watching Loki with undisguised wariness - which only seems to add to Loki’s faint smirk. Loki breaks the eye contact first, lunging straight at NCM for a grapple, the two men locking up in the center of the ring! They trade a few stray blows while each fights to gain the upper hand. A quick break, then straight back to it, the submission savvy Loki twisting NCM up into a standing hammer lock! A brief struggle and NCM reverses, wrenching his opponent’s arm up and back and using the leverage to shove Loki away! Loki compensates with a quick shuffling step back, lurching forward and grabbing the outstretched arm Irish Whipping NCM into the ropes! The canny veteran NCM uses that extra half-second delay as the ropes absorb their impact to get his legs under him; using the rebound push from the ropes to power forward into Loki, driving him down to the mat with a nasty looking spear! He tries for a quick pin, but Loki gets a shoulder up before the one count. NCM reaches down and hauls Loki to his feet, Loki fighting out of it with a vicious surprise right hook to the side of NCM’s head!
Jerry Andrews: Whoah!
NCM goes down like a felled oak as the crowd cheers in reaction to Loki, while Loki himself wastes no time in clamping an ankle lock on NCM! NCM attempts to break the hold by way of brute force, even going so far as to attempt a few kicks in Loki’s direction - but none make their mark! Loki’s only response it so twist the lock in tighter, forcing NCM to struggle towards the ropes as Ty Little steps forward to monitor the situation! After a couple long, tense moments NCM finishes his Army style crawl to the ropes, gripping the bottom rope with one hand while Little is immediately on Loki who releases - a few seconds later, of course.
Ace Anderson: Hm. Was it me or did he let go a bit too slow?
Jerry Andrews: Well he DID let go, and Little didn’t warn him, so...
Ace Anderson: Still though.
Jerry Andrews: Still nothing - he’s been gone for HOW long? It’s only reasonable to expect a little bit of ring rust, right?
Ace Anderson: If you say so.
No sooner does NCM gain a vertical base than Loki is on him again, attempting to pull back towards the center of the ring, but NCM fires back with a few heavy strikes, knocking Loki far enough back to lay a brutal heart kick into the center of Loki’s chest! Loki staggers back, clutching his chest as NCM lunges forward to grab Loki in a hold, hoisting him bodily into the air in an impressive show of strength to flip him into a fireman’s carry takeover! Loki crashes down to the mat at the inevitable conclusion of the move, NCM going in for a pin attempt.
...1!
...2!
.. - kickout!
NCM rolls smoothly away, getting to his feet while he waits for Loki to follow suit.
Jerry Andrews: I knew he’d kick out!
Ace Anderson: Bit slow on that, too.
Jerry Andrews: Hey, he STARTED the match injured!
Ace Anderson: True enough. I still wish I knew what the hell that had been all about.
Jerry Andrews: What I want to know is what's with NCM? Hasn't been a cheap shot or rule breaker since he got back!
Ace Anderson: Are you complaining?
Jerry Andrews: I - I'm not sure.
Loki finally on his feet, NCM lays in a series of strikes, Loki returning the barrage with a salvo of his own! Back and forth the men battle with punches, until Loki gets in a lucky elbow to the side of NCM’s skull! NCM staggers back, and with his opponent reeling Loki fires off at NCM with a heavy handed punch straight to the head - which NCM dodges! Ducking under the punch, NCM grabs the arm and flings Loki to the mat with a simple hip toss! Hauling Loki to his feet but bent at the waist, NCM locks his arms under Loki’s elbows at an uncomfortably high angle - and HAMMERS him down to the mat with the Fractured Mind! With Loki senseless on the mat, NCM goes for a cover:
...1!
...2!
...3!!!
Winner: Non Compos Mentis via pinfall at 13:19
Ace Anderson: A big win for NCM!
Jerry Andrews: And he advances in the tournament! Our final four is set!
We see Orin Boyd and Alexa Black backstage. They are in a dimly lit part of the arena well away from the rest of the staff and superstars backstage. It's quiet and isolated which is a good thing.
They are standing face to face with the shorter Boyd looking up at Alexa with a smile on his face and a confused and shocked look on Alexa's. Her mind is racing at what she has seen and what has happened. She is still processing it as Boyd stands there waiting .
After a few seconds of silence Alex manages to find her voice again and speaks to him.
Alexa Black: "You.... But how? I thought you were..."
Orin Boyd: "Dead? No no my dear I am not dead I am very much alive and standing before you as your new manager."
His distinctive southern twang punctuates his words.
Orin Boyd: "After Date With Destiny you thought that Team Omega killed me with that piledriver on the flaming chair?
It put me in the hospital for a long time yes but it didn't take me out. I survived and not only that I came back to manage many superstars to championship gold. I was and still am a very successful manager today. I came here because I have been hearing rumours about a female wrestler running around destroying people and running a muck. I knew it could be only you that was doing that."
He looks right at Alexa.
Orin Boyd: "I have come here to help you. You need to harness your rage and use it at the right time. You need to focus. That's why I'm here with you and I together we can take PCW and turn it on it's head! Work with me and I'll make you a star!"
He holds out his hand and Alexa looks at him for a few moments not sure wether or not to accept it. Then she smiles and nods before shaking his hand.
Alexa Black: "Ok. You and I will show this company what it means to be truly dominant."
She turns to go but as she does he speaks again.
Orin Boyd: "Oh one more thing I took the liberty of hiring you a new bodyguard since you very unfortunately dismissed your last two. But this time I did something different and your bodyguard will be a woman."
Alexa Black: "A woman?"
A curious look crosses Alexa's face.
As she says that a HUGE woman steps out of the shadows and into the light. She is taller than Alexa and very heavily built.
Orin Boyd: "This is Lashawnda Tyson. She will be your 24/7 protection from now on."
Lashawnda Tyson: "Hello Alexa I'm a big fan of yours it will be my honour to protect you."
The two ladies shake hands
Orin Boyd: "Well now that that's all sorted lets go out to dinner my treat."
The three of them walk out a nearby door and continue talking as we cut away back to ringside.
"Ladies and gentlemen, the following is a non-title, falls count anywhere match!"
The arena turns red and black with the crowd growing into cheers, the bells of the song ring, and "Heaven Knows" by The Pretty Reckless plays! The Bear in his bear skin emerges from behind the black curtain with his head lowered. The eyes of the dead bear skin shin and glimmer in the dancing lights. Finally Cory lifts his head and with his expressionless face scans the crowd before a smile cracks across his face and he begins his descent towards the ring.
Jerry Andrews: Here we have Cory Steel, a mainstay in our Underground division, heading out to try and make a statement against four other strong competitors.
Ace Anderson: He’s gonna have to fight pretty hard!
At the bottom of the ramp standing beside the ring apron the massive hands of The Bear reaches up grabbing the top rope, he pulls himself onto the ring apron, and removing his beard skin laying it down he ducks into the ring. The hulking monster bounces off the ropes once inside the ring for a few before stopping in his corner to tie his hair back. Watching and wait with his gray eyes.
"Introducing first….Cory “The Bear”….STEEL!"
The arena lights lower to a shadowed dimness as "Dystopic" by Position Music begins to play over the PCW speakers. The somber opening notes soon joined by a heavy drumbeat, gradually augmented into what sounds like a full orchestra. At 0:41 when the vocals begin, a 20 foot pillar of purple flame explodes out of the center of the stage, the roaring fire screaming up to the rafters as smaller flames burst alight and race towards the ring. The conflagration dies down, and twin purple spotlights angle in to reveal Eira. She stands absolutely motionless for a few seconds, her left leg with its gleaming, spiked black metal knee brace crossed in front of the right; arms outstretched and head tipped back in a mockery of the Crucifixion. She lowers her arms and walks towards the ring, her relentless stride perfectly in sync with the heavy background beat, following the trail of flickering purple flames to either side of her path.
While Eira keeps her primary focus on her goal, she offers an occasional smile or nod in response to fans on her way to down the ramp. Reaching ringside, Eira slowly ascends the stairs and walks to mid-apron ... wiping her feet before slipping between the ropes to enter. Swinging her long, silvery white braid behind her, she remains absolutely still and waits with predatory focus for the match to begin.
"His first opponent, EIIIIIIIIRA….."
Jerry Andrews: Eira looks business tonight and she usually gets the job done Ace.
Ace Anderson: That’s indeed right, she does and she’s been a beast lately.
The hard edge of "Little Tyrants" by Anberlin's opening chords sound throughout the arena as Gem appears at the top of the ramp with Grant at her side. As the full power soars out over the PCW Faithful, she makes her way down the ramp. Gem awkwardly but enthusiastically moves glides along, acknowledging her fans, touching her hands along their outstretched reach, occasionally offering a smile or nod of appreciation as Grant follows. Aggressive, edge vocals with a counterpoint of intense, percussive guiar support joins the music as Gem approaches the ring, her gaze tightening on her goal. Her trademark focus comes to the fore as she ascends the steps and wipes her feet on the apron, stepping between the ropes and stretching out as she waits for the match to begin, Grant taking up a position ringside.
"Now in the ring, GEM!"
Jerry Andrews: Gem is on a roll as of late and she comes in here off a massive match last week.
Ace Anderson: Can she win tonight and keep momentum going into Living a Legacy? Her and Eira already got into it a bit earlier tonight....
Sparse percussion resonates throughout the arena and is soon joined by a droning, distorted bass line. At that, A Perfect Circle’s ”Counting Bodies Like Sheep to the Rhythm of the War Drums” stomps out of the speakers and marches through the aisles. The drums, the distortion, the voices – all work to herald the arrival of Grimm.
Don’t fret, precious, I’m here. Step away from the window.
He walks out to a single blue-white spotlight, stops to bask in the light and shadows, and scans the crowd. The Lord of Misrule closes his eyes and sighs before making the long walk to the ring, ignoring the fans along the way. The spotlight follows. The words work their way up through the layers of the song.
Go back to sleep.
Phinehas climbs up onto the apron and slides in between the ropes. Hopping up onto a turnbuckle, he casts his gaze out over the crowd with his arms at his side, eyes shifting to take in the sea of faces spread out before him. Grimm then drops down. And waits.
"Now in the ring…Phinehas Griiiiimm!"
Jerry Andrews: Grimm is a vicious beast. He's already showed that tonight with his unprovoked attack on LoKi!
“ALL OF THE LIGHTS!” hits the speakers as the lights drop out inside the arena. As the horns of the song start to sound, LIGHT jogs out onto the stage and starts bouncing up and down warming up for the match. He heads down the ramp, light on his toes and clapping his hands with the fans. In one easy hop, he moves from the floor and up to the ring apron, lit by a single spotlight the entire time. He jumps over the top rope and runs across the ring, jumping up to the middle rope and pointing to that side of the arena as the lights in that half of the building come up. LIGHT jumps off the middle buckle, twisting in mid air and slamming his fist to the mat as the lights in the rest of the building come up. He stays on one knee, and looks up directly into the camera outside with a smile before standing up and waiting for the bell.
"The final competitor and the PCW Underground King…..LIGHT!"
Ace Anderson: The Underground King seems to have recovered from that horrible bear trap attack...
Jerry Andrews: Who knows if he's 100%, but he brought it when it counted and that’s why he holds gold.
Non-Title Falls Count Anywhere Match
Cory "The Bear" Steel vs LIGHT (Underground ♚) vs Eira vs Gem vs Grimm
Referee: Ed Lane
Cory "The Bear" Steel vs LIGHT (Underground ♚) vs Eira vs Gem vs Grimm
Referee: Ed Lane
As the bell rings, out of nowhere, Cory Steel blindsides LIGHT with a punch to the face, not even letting the King get out of the starting blocks with both men fighting in the corner of the ring as Cory seems to be fired up and gunning for LIGHT. Meanwhile, Gem and Eira seem to be having harsh words with one another until Gem lands a hard slap on the cheek of Eira, not a girly slap but one that may have resulted in Eira needing to check her dentist is free.
Jerry Andrews: That slap will knock the taste out of your mouth, Ace!
Ace Anderson: I’ve been on the receiving end of slaps like that in my time, they will rearrange your face!
Meanwhile, Grimm laughs as he rests against the ring ropes, letting the other four members of the match fight their own battles. LIGHT is fighting back against Cory, managing to kick him in the stomach, doubling over “The Bear”, setting him up for a quick DDT to the mat. This gets the attention of Grimm who walks over and stands on the fallen body of Steel, laughing at LIGHT, beckoning him close with a hand.
Jerry Andrews: I’ve never seen Cory Steel used as a floor before!
LIGHT doesn’t back down and approaches Grimm with a running spear but Grimm dodges it easily, waiting for the Underground King to rebound off the opposite ropes, grabbing him and hitting him with a DDT of his own, slamming the young upstart so hard to the canvas that the crowd squeals and cringes at the sound of the devastation. The two smaller males now both face down on the mat as Grimm steps off of Cory’s back and focuses his attention on the two girls.
Eira flicks her silvery braid back over her shoulder and shakes off the assault, grasping Gem roughly by the arm and pulling her into an Irish whip, bouncing the young girl from the ropes before grabbing her by her short hair and dragging her into a gutbuster over her knee. As she collapses on to the mat, Grimm runs up behind Eira and wraps his arm around her neck, holding her in a blatant chokehold but the referee Ed Lane indicates no foul due to the rules of the falls count anywhere match. He needn’t bother however as he followed up the move with a rear naked choke drop.
Ace Anderson: Eira bites the floor now with that hard choke drop!
Jerry Andrews: Grimm is vicious tonight and he’s taking names.
During this commotion, both Steel and LIGHT had gotten to their feet with Steel gathering his strength as he rested against the rope, LIGHT suddenly bouncing off the opposite rope and launching a missile dropkick at Cory’s face, knocking him over the top rope out to the floor outside with LIGHT whipping back off the rope again and launching over it with a palancha, landing on the body of the fallen Cory.
Jerry Andrews: Woah!
Meanwhile, Gem and Eira are fighting tooth and nail. Gem hits Eira with her range of martial arts strikes, only returned in kind by the Muay Thai kicks and jabs of Eira’s own arsenal. Grimm stands back, happy once more to watch others do his dirty work for him until he rushes them and shoves both women over the top rope to the outside. The crowd boos loudly until Gem and Eira got to their feet and ignore Grimm completely, going right back to their fighting.
Ace Anderson: Eira and Gem continue to go at it!
Cory had gained the upper hand on LIGHT outside the ring, grabbing the luchador by the back of the mask and using his strength to drag LIGHT up the short ramp, out to the back of the arena going backstage out of view. Grimm hopped over the top rope and decided to get on Gem and Eira’s battle by seemingly teaming with Gem for a moment and helping her lift the silver-haired beauty and slamming her body down hard on the steel steps outside of the ring.
Jerry Andrews: Teamwork in a match like this? Unconventional but if it works, it works.
Ace Anderson: It’s every man for themselves but if another can help you, you take it!
Gem doesn't wait to thank Grimm, instead kicking him in the stomach with a hard karate kick, strong enough to push back the much bigger Grimm. Now on her feet, Eira follows suit from Cory and LIGHT by grabbing Gem and dragging her up the ramp, but unlike LIGHT, Gem fights back, trying to punch her way out of grasp but her arms are too short to reach from this angle but eventually she gets a kick to Eira’s shin, then shoving her backwards to the ramp, hitting The Shine, almost knocking out Eira but instead grabbing the thickly tied braid of her opponent and dragging Eira backstage just by her hair.
Jerry Andrews: Where are the going!?
The cameras just zoom in now on Grimm who remains alone out by the ring, shrugging as he paces the ring for a short time, deciding on what to do.
Ace Anderson: Grimm is the only one left in the ring! Get some cameras and find the others!
The backstage team rushes around to get cameras backstage. Grimm heads over to the production team and grabs one of their huge TV cameras, shouldering it himself as he stomps up the ramp, the TV feed switching to “Grimm-View” as he heads to see what was going on backstage. Grimm heads through the curtain where he walks past carnage, including the fallen body of Cory Steel, bleeding from the arm and LIGHT who has somehow been thrown into a large dumpster filled with pipes and discarded glass.
Jerry Andrews: Grimm could make an excellent cameraman here in PCW if the wrestling doesn’t pan out!
Ace Anderson: What the heck happened to Cory and LIGHT? Damn, this is what happens when we hire fat, slow cameraman!
Jerry Andrews: Those two are down and OUT. I don't know if they'll be able to continue on in this match!
Grimm continues to wade through the mess backstage, looking for Eira and Gem. Suddenly, he is blindsided when Gem jumps from a nearby girder and karate kicks the expensive camera right into the face of Grimm!
Jerry Andrews: Oh man! We got an up close view of THAT!
The attack knocks Grimm and the camera to the floor where the hardware hits the concrete and shatters. Gem smiles down at the fallen man, preparing to deliver The Shine once more, slamming her knee into Grimm’s bearded jaw. Grimm doesn't stay down long though and as he gets to his feet and he starts to wander back through the curtain after Gem. He reaches out to grab her, but she dodges his grasp. Gem however loses her footing, falling through the curtain onto the ramp, back in the view of the arena’s TV cameras with Grimm in hot pursuit. They both head down towards the ring, Gem deftly scaling the apron and getting into the ring, her fists up, waiting for Grimm, showing no intimidation.
Ace Anderson: We’re about to see a fight and they’re only packing fists!
Jerry Andrews: What I’m wondering is where the hell is Eira?
Ace Anderson: The last we saw, Gem had her and we saw the carnage backstage…I dread to think what Gem has gone and done with her!
Jerry Andrews: Either way, we're somehow down to only two competitors left in this match!
Grimm answers Gem's challenge, getting back into the ring and facing off with her. Grimm swings with a big right hand. Gem dodges it and returns fire with a stiff kick to Grimm's midsection. Gem grabs him now, but he breaks free and shoves Gem down to the mat. She slowly stands up, but Grimm drops her with a big clothesline! Grimm pulls Gem up now, but she escapes his grasp once more and then hits him with a missile drop kick.
Jerry Andrews: These two going move-for-move with one another!
Ace Anderson: They're the only two left in this match and it doesn't look like either of them will be backing down! I love it!
Jerry Andrews: You have to commend both of these competitors for showing up and performing at such a high level here in this match!
Gem slowly gets to her feet. Grimm follows. The two face off once again. Suddenly they are interrupted with a loud BANG and the arena goes dark! There are loud shouts and the sounds of fighting as the lights slowly flicker back up. When they do, Grimm is down on the floor, knocked out unconscious, blood streaking into his beard.
Jerry Andrews: Wait, what the heck is going on here? I couldn’t hear it but I can’t see a thing!
Ace Anderson: Oh my god…is that? YES IT IS!
Standing above him, not the expected face of Gem but instead, LoKi, crouched down in his black and red trunks and boots, his fist stained with blood and a big grin on his face. The crowd reacts madly to this and Gem, now outside the ring turns around when suddenly, a big man appears behind her and smacks her on the back of the neck, knocking her down onto the ramp hard. The camera looks up and sees that it’s the PCW World Champion, Sadistic. LoKi looks up to the ramp and Sadistic stares back as all match participants are incapacitated.
Jerry Andrews: We saw LoKi get attacked by Grimm earlier tonight and it looks like he's now decided to repay the favor!
Ace Anderson: And then Sadistic comes out and knocks out Gem? What is going on here? This is a pier six brawl!
Ed Lane, the very scared referee who had been cowering behind the announcers desk looks towards the ring. LoKi and Sadistic have been forcefully removed by security, leaving destruction behind. Both Gem and Grimm appear to have been knocked unconscious.
Ed Lane turns to the ring announcer and discusses the situation. The two remaining competitors do not stir as the conversation takes place. Finally an announcement is made.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, with all match participants unable to compete, this match ends as a no contest."
The crowd boos.
Jerry Andrews: Well that one ended very differently than I expected!
Ace Anderson: Dammit! Grimm and Gem were going at it and I was loving it! This sucks! One of those two deserved to win!
Jerry Andrews: Well, I guess that's what happens when you make enemies here in PCW: The come back to bite you.!
Match Result: No Contest @ 19:01
Jerry Andrews: Ladies and gentlemen, thank you as always for joining us here tonight! The next time we see you will be on pay per view for Living a Legacy!
Ace Anderson: It's going to be a huge night and we have some new matches just signed to tell you about!
Jerry Andrews: That's right! We've just gotten word of HUGE match that has been signed for the event. At Living a Legacy you will see, one-on-one, Grimm take on LoKi in a contest that should be downright brutal!
Ace Anderson: Wow! But that isn't all! As announced by Frank Foley earlier tonight, we're going to have an unprecedented NINE PERSON LADDER MATCH for the PCW Underground Championship!
Jerry Andrews: LIGHT will put his title on the line against Tyrone "Crazy Boy" Smith, High Tide, Frank Merritt, Bubba Reece, Seth Archer, Kristoff Michaelson, Buck Brochamp and Alexa Black!
Ace Anderson: And, remember, if Alexa Black does not walk out of that match with the Underground Title, she will be suspended until further notice!
Jerry Andrews: And then, of course, we will have our huge double main event! First, we'll see Sadistic finally have to put his money where his mouth is when he faces off against Gem and Eira in a triple threat elimination match for the PCW Championship!
Ace Anderson: I simply CANNOT WAIT for that one!
Jerry Andrews: And The Icemann Invitational Tournament will come to an end at Living a Legacy! One man, either Non Compos Mentis, Tha Joka, Michael Wryght or Justin Michaels will solidify their legacy and be named the winner of this tournament! And to the winner go the spoils!
Ace Anderson: The winner of the tournament receives The Icemann Invitational Tournament Trophy, a $100,000 cash prize and a contract for a title shot at ANY title at our next pay-per-view, Return to Glory VI!
Jerry Andrews: What a night it's going to be! And, Ace, that isn't all!
Ace Anderson: It isn't!?
Jerry Andrews: No! I've just been given notice of one more match and it involves two of the competitors in our next contest! At Living a Legacy, you will see Nathan Saniti defend his PCW International Championship against.... Kelli Starr!
Ace Anderson: Oh wow!
Almost as if on cue, "Prescription" by Mindless Self Indulgence begins to play.
"Doctor"
"Patient"
As the frenetic percussion and rapid vocals sound out over the PCW loudspeakers, the entire arena's light system begins to strobe with a rainbow of multicolored lights flashing over the crowd and the entranceway as Kelli dances out into a white spotlight and the cheers of the crowd.
"Ladies and gentlemen, the following tag team match is scheduled for one fall."
As the uptempo music continues, she makes her way down the ramp, giving high-fives, blowing kisses, dispensing hugs, and posing briefly for pictures with fans as she makes her energetic way to the ring! As she reaches the ring, she slips under the bottom rope and bounces around, pink sparks showering down from the ceiling as she darts from one corner to another and hops up on turnbuckles to fire the crowd as she waits for the other competitors in the match.
"Introducing first, 'Dollface' Kelli Starr!"
As the opening to "Paint it Black" twangs over the speakers, the Phenom strolls out from the back; slowly and deliberately. His nasty grin tells you that something bad is about to happen, and only he knows what it is. The fans definitely don't like him, and his mannerisms clearly illustrate that the feeling is mutual.
"And her tag team partner. He is the PCW World Champion: Billy Sadistic!"
After walking down the aisle, Sadistic casually rolls into the ring and climbs up onto the second turnbuckle. His arms at his sides and his chin held high only serve to incite the PCW Faithful further.
"And their opponents..."
The crowd in attendance wait patiently and suddenly the lights in the PCW Arena slowly dim to complete darkness, save for the bits of light coming from several entrances and the flashes of cameras going off. A video package begins to play on the big screen above the entrance as Prelude (The Family Trip) by Marilyn Manson begins playing through the sound system in the arena. The video package on the big screen is a parody of the scene from Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory with Joka taking the place of Willy Wonka at the bow of the boat. The minute long song and video play out with Joka reenacting the memorable scene. At the end Joka looks down and Joka walks out onto the stage dressed in a tattered white old timey evening gown. He brings a mic up to his mouth and looks up into the camera.
"Stop the boat!"
The crowd begins booing him viciously as Monster walks out behind him. Monster raises both of his huge arms into the air and red pyrotechnics explode on the stage, with Doll-Dagga Buzz-Buzz Ziggety-Zag opening in unison with the explosion. Red lights fill the arena and Joka begins headbanging, whipping his long green and black dreadlocks in the air as the crowd boo louder, with a few cheers sprinkled in. At the beginning of the song when the words "All the goose step girlies with the cursive faces. We know it's all Braille beneath their skirts" are sung, Joka lifts up his ankle length white dress over his head and then turns around and playfully bends down, lightly flipping the dress up as Monster crosses his arms and looks out into the hate filled crowd. Joka begins skipping down the ramp to the ring as Monster slowly walks behind him. Joka reaches the the ring and with one fluid movement, rips the dress off and throws it into the crowd as he windmills his dreads; fans in the front row all jumping up to catch the dress as Joka stops headbanging and seamlessly jumps straight up to the ring apron outside of the ropes.
"... first: Tha Joka!"
Joka walks over to the corner post and crawls up it like a spider, jerking erratically and violently, looking out into the crowd with a maniacal look on his face. Joka jumps down off the corner turnbuckle as the huge seven foot Monster steps over the top rope and Joka spins into the middle of the ring as Monster meets him. Joka flips off the crowd as Monster raises his huge arms in the air and red pyrotechnics explode from the turnbuckles.
"And his tag team partner..."
"White Rabbit" by Collide begins to play.
Psychedelic lights of green and purple brighten the ramp and walkway with no rhyme or reason. He saunters out of the back as casually as an English Gentleman on a Sunday stroll, cane in hand and hat atop my head. He barely notices the audience reaction, whether good or bad most of the time, though he will acknowledge them if they're cheering.
"... the PCW International Champion: Nathan Saniti!"
About a third of the way down the ramp, he stops as smoke billows out from underneath him. Just as it envelops him completely, he tosses my hat into the ring, where it hovers and begins to spew smoke of its own. As the smoke on the ramp clears, he has disappeared. As the smoke from his hat clears, he appears right there!
Tag Team Match
Nathan Saniti & Tha Joka vs "Dollface" Kelli Starr & Sadistic
Referee: Joseph Buckland
Nathan Saniti & Tha Joka vs "Dollface" Kelli Starr & Sadistic
Referee: Joseph Buckland
Jerry Andrews: There's been a lot going on between all of the competitors in this match over the last little while.
Ace Anderson: And I feel like it's all going to explode here tonight!
The match starts with Billy Sadistic and Nathan Saniti. As soon as the bell rings, Saniti charges at Sadistic. He tackles him down and starts to unload on him with fists until the referee is forced to pull him off.
Jerry Andrews: Well, that’s unlike Nathan Saniti!
Ace Anderson: But not unexpected given everything.
The referee admonishes Nathan, which gives Sadistic a chance to strike. He hits him hard in the back of the head with an elbow, sending Saniti down to the mat. Sadistic then smiles and he tags in Dollface. Nathan stands up and he finds himself face-to-face with Kelli Starr. The two circle. Starr goes for a lockup, but Saniti avoids it. He dodges her yet again. She lunges forward once more and he takes her down with an arm drag. He releases the hold and both competitors get to their feet once again. Saniti circles her, but suddenly she takes him down with a spear!
Jerry Andrews: Well then!
Dollface looks down at Nathan. She then slowly walks over to her corner and she tags in Sadistic.
Ace Anderson: The World Champ is back in the ring!
Saniti gets to his feet and he runs towards Sadistic. Sadistic side steps him and he drives Saniti into the corner, Sadistic grabs hold of the second rope and begins to drive his shoulder into the gut of Nathan Saniti. Sadistic grabs Saniti and whips him into the opposite corner. Sadistic follows in with a BIG SPLASH!!
Jerry Andrews: What a move!
Sadistic begins to chop at the chest of Nathan Saniti. Saniti hauls off and hits Sadistic in the throat with a stiff fist, He grabs the doubled over Sadistic and throws him down to the mat. Saniti runs off the ropes and drops an elbow onto Sadistic. He then starts to unload on his opponent with stomps. Saniti breaks the hold and goes for the pin. 1 . . 2. . .
Jerry Andrews: Kick out!
Saniti walks back over to Sadistic and picks him up, he drags Sadistic to his corner. He then wrenches Sadistic's arm and tags in Tha Joka. Joka climbs to the top rope and jumps down on a double axehandle onto Sadistic's arm.
Sadistic falls down and Tha Joka goes for the pin.
Jerry Andrews: 1 . . 2 . . Sadistic kicks out!!
Joka bounces off the ropes at the still reeling Sadistic and clotheslines him to the mat. He reaches down deep and begins to pummel the forehead of the World Champion. Sadistic grabs the side of Tha Joka's head and rolls him over, he drops a few elbows into the temple of Tha Joka. Sadistic picks up Joka.
Jerry Andrews: He is getting ready to do something here.
Sadistic blasts Joka with a couple of uppercuts, sending Joka sprawling onto the mat. The champion stomps across the small of Tha Joka' back a couple of times before he is able to roll out of the ring. Sadistic wait for Joka to get back in the ring.
When he does, Sadistic locks his arms straight out in a deliberate choke, jamming Joka into the turnbuckle. Referee Joseph Buckland admonishes him and Sadistic breaks the hold. He brushes off the ref and looks for a huge right hand.
Jerry Andrews: Ducked it! And a knee to the gut there by Tha Joka.
Ace Anderson: Look at this!
Jerry Andrews: Big move!
Joka grabs Sadistic and he drops him with an exploder suplex.
Sadistic crawls over to his corner and he manages to tag in Dollface before Joka can stop him.
Starr pulls Joka up. She drops him with a reverse Russian leg sweep. She then pulls him up once more. He breaks free and takes her down with a DDT. Tha Joka then leaps over and tags in Saniti. Saniti steps into the ring and looks at Starr, who charges him and hits him in the head with an elbow. Saniti is driven back into the corner, and she hits him with a few big shots to the midsection.
Jerry Andrews: Starr unloading on Saniti here!
Ace Anderson: I didn’t really expect this!
Starr grabs him by the hair and pulls him out of the corner. She hits him with a European uppercut. Then a kick to the gut. Starr then leaps up and hits him with the Cherry on Top! Kelli then climbs the ropes and connects with the Sugar High!
Jerry Andrews: This could be it!
Starr goes for the pin, 1 . . 2 . . KICKOUT!
Ace Anderson: Near Fall!!
Starr goes to pick up Saniti and he shoves her backwards. She takes a step towards him and he dodges out of the way. The two finally lock up and Saniti Irish whips her off of the ropes. She rebounds and he.... does nothing but step out of her way. She stops running but, before she can turn around, he quickly rolls her up!
Jerry Andrews: And... kickout!
Ace Anderson: Saniti almost had it there!
Saniti tags in Joka. Joka charges at Dollface, but she dives out of the way and tags in Sadistic! He enters the ring and the two competitors immediately start trading rights and lefts! Sadistic finally gets the advantage when he drops Joka with a thumb to the eye. The referee scolds him, but he ignores his words. Joka manages to slowly crawl over and tag in Saniti though. Sanitit hits the ring on fire, unloading on Sadistic. He attacks back Sadistic up into the corner, where the World Champion covers up, try to absorb the blows. Saniti pulls him out of the corner and swings at him. Sadistic dodges it. He then kicks Saniti in the stomach and drops him with a Sadistic DDT!
Jerry Andrews: That’s it! It’s over!
Billy Sadistic doesn’t go for the cover, however. Instead, he smiles, walks over to his corner and he tags in Kelli Starr. She pauses briefly but then enters the ring. Nathan Saniti is still down on the canvas. She slowly covers him.

Jerry Andrews: Nathan Saniti kicks out!
Suddenly Sadistic is back in the ring and he’s unloading on Saniti with stomps!
Ace Anderson: Oh, come on! Stop this!
Joka charges into the ring and he attacks Sadistic, evening the odds! Saniti slowly gets to his feet as Joka charges at Sadistic. He hits him with a big clothesline and the two competitors both fly over the ropes to the outside! Inside the ring, Saniti turns around and he’s hit with the Candygram!
Jerry Andrews: The Candygram! The cover!

3!!!
Jerry Andrews: The victory!
Winners: Sadistic & Kelli Starr via pinfall @ 21:58
Outside the ring, Joka hits Sadistic with a right hand that sends him over the guardrail and into the crowd. He struggles to stand up, but he's attacked by Gem!
Jerry Andrews: Gem returning the favor now!
Gem unloads on Sadistic and she throws him back over the guardrail to ringside. She tries to grab him from behind, but Sadistic kicks free and makes his way around the ring towards the entrance ramp.
Ace Anderson: The World Champion is high-tailing it out of here!
Sadistic stumbles up the ramp when he suddenly bumps into... Eira! She isn't happy and she attacks the champion, dropping him with a right hand. Meanwhile, in the ring, Kelli Starr pulls Saniti up. He shoves her away. He is about to throw a punch when he realizes who he is facing. He stops and stares at Kelli who looks ready for battle. Before we can see what's going on there, the camera switches to ringside where Joka has some company in the form of NCM!
Jerry Andrews: What is going on!? Everyone is out here!
Not quite! More are coming! Leaping over the guardrail to save Sadistic from Gem and Eira is "Mr. Showtime" Michael Wryght! His attack doesn't last long however as Justin "Stormm" Michaels charges out to tackle him down to the floor! Then, just to make things more confusing, Grimm rushes out to save his Black Hand teammates! But he's decked by LoKi and the two begin to brawl!
Ace Anderson: This is madness!
Jerry Andrews: Everything is happening!
PCW security rolls out of the back to try to control this ridiculous situation, but they are having a hard time doing so! Somehow, Sadistic gets his hands on the PCW World Title and he swings it, aiming for Eira's head! She ducks and Sadistic takes Gem out with the shot! Eira then drops him with a big spear and starts unloading with punches!
Jerry Andrews: I don't even know what to say right now! But we're out of time! See you at Living a Legacy!!!
