PCW Trauma - June 23rd, 2015 Frank Foley: As you now know, Non Compos Mentis has chosen to face Kelli Starr for the PCW International Championship at Return to Glory. I'd like to take this opportunity to wish both competitors good luck in that match. It should be quite the contest. Foley pauses for a moment before continuing. Frank Foley: That does mean that we still need to name a number one contender who will face Sadistic for the PCW World Championship at that same event. We are going to begin that process here tonight. The crowd is heard cheering. Frank Foley: Tonight we will have two triple threat contests. The winners of these matches will face off against one another in a one-on-one match in two weeks at Trauma 175 with the winner earning the right to challenge for the title at Return to Glory. ______ Eira sets Joka up, only to send him back down with a suplex. She then climbs to the top ropes! Jerry Andrews: FALL OF THE MORNING STAR!!! Ace Anderson: The cover! 1.... 2..... 3!!! Jerry Andrews: Eira wins! She moves on to face the winner of tonight’s second triple threat match! Ace Anderson: She’s one step closer to challenging Sadistic for the World Championship! ______ With Grimm struggling to rise at ringside, Gem climbs to a vertical base, using the ropes for support as she staggers towards Nathan. Grimm to a his feet now, he begins to move in on Gem - slow and with a hitch in his step as he favors one ankle - Nathan finally shaking off the effects of that last headbutt to turn around - but Gem leaps up to grab him around the neck! Her weight bowing Nathan’s back, her feet hit the canvas, taking all of a second to tighten her grip around Nathan’s neck before whipping him around and bringing him to the mat! Jerry Andrews: What Dreams May Come! She got one off! Ace Anderson: Nice to see. She doesn’t get to use that one too often. Jerry Andrews: Great timing though! Russo is immediately present to make the count. ...1! ...2! ... ...3! Grimm halts in the closest thing anyone is likely to see of disbelief on his face, turning to make his slow way backstage. Nathan stirs on the mat as Russo helps Gem to her feet, raising her hand as the victor, Anberlin’s ”Little Tyrants” sounds out over the PCW loudspeakers to the sound of enormours cheers for Gem and indeed all three competitors of the match. Jerry Andrews: What a match! Ace Anderson: All three competitors put up a hell of a fight and now Gem will move on to face Eira for the right to challenge for the PCW World Heavyweight Championship! Jerry Andrews: Oh man... that's going to be great! |
Tuesday July 7th, 2015
The show opens as usual, with the camera panning across the rabid members of the PCW Faithful. The crowd is on their feet cheering so loud that the announce team is forced to yell into their microphones just to be heard.
Jerry Andrews: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to PCW Trauma! I'm Jerry Andrews and tonight we're going to name a new number one contender for the PCW World Championship!
Ace Anderson: I'm Ace Anderson and I'm looking forward to that match a great deal. Gem versus Eira! Two competitors who are VERY familiar with one another! It's going to be a hell of a match!
Jerry Andrews: And it's going to be a hell of a night! And we're getting right to it with our next match!
"Ladies and gentlemen, the following tornado tag team match is scheduled for one fall!"
The opening bass and background percussion fill the arena before a sexy guitar solo cuts through the bass line. Marilyn's unmistakable voice leads our villains out from the back. Frank smirks while surveying the crowd as Bubba capers and jig's his way down the ramp.
“Introducing first, from Greenville, South Carolina...”
Frank cackles as he heads down the ramp, several paces behind his cohort and while Bubba rolls in under the bottom rope, Frank stops at ringside, briefly, before bounding onto the apron. Merritt enters through the ropes while Bubba stands in the center of the ring, his fist raised in the air while Frank chuckles to himself, looming behind Reece.
“... Bubba Reece and Frank Merritt: THE NOBODIES!”
“You Are A Pirate!” by Alestorm begins to play throughout the arena. With very little lighting and effects that simulate lightning, High Tide and Wasp walk down the ramp slightly crouched over, as if he was sitting. Tide holds a large pirate flag in one hand, and in the other he is imitating steering a ship. He does this until he gets to the ring where he motions dropping and anchor and proceeds to hop on to the turnbuckle and dive headfirst over the ropes, rolling into a standing position.
“And their first opponents....
Then Tide climbs the nearest turnbuckle and pulls out a spyglass, looking around at the audience. He mimics loading a cannon and as he motions firing it, he jumps off the turnbuckle into the ring (to imitate recoil) as fireworks shoot from all four turnbuckles.
“... the team of Wasp and High Tide: THE SEA MEN!”
"Sick Like Me," by In This Moment blasts through the PCW area speaker as Nathan Saniti and Tyrone "Crazy Boy" Smith of the (un)Stable step through the curtain. As soon as they do their music is completely drowned out by a mixture of boos and cheers of the PCW faithful.
"And, the third team in this contest..."
Nathan steps out first planting his cane directly in front of his with both hands, a huge unnerving smile on his face. Crazy Boy stands to his right hyped and ready to go.
As they continue to walk down to the ring as the crowd grows louder and louder so even the announcers can't get a word in.
"... representing the (un)Stable: TYRONE "CRAZY BOY" SMITH and NATHAN SANITI!"
They reach the ring. Nathan and Crazy Boy jump up into the apron and enter through the ropes as they wait in the ring for the match to begin.

The Sea Men vs. Nathan Saniti & Tyrone "Crazy Boy" Smith vs. The Nobodies
Referee: Ed Lane
Jerry Andrews: I feel like this one is going to be chaotic!
Ace Anderson: You can say that again!
Jerry Andrews: I feel like this one is going to be chaotic!
Ace Anderson: ...
The bell rings. As expected, the match immediately erupts with all six competitors going at it. Reece grabs Wasp and slams his head into the turnbuckle and Irish whips into another corner and he follows in with a shoulder to the gut of Wasp, he then falls to all fours and Crazy Boy comes flying at Wasp with a cross body into the corner. Reece stands up to be kick in the gut by Saniti and is then sent flying over the top rope.
Jerry Andrews: This is nuts!
Saniti clocks High Tide from behind with a clubbing forearm to the back. He drops him down to the mat and starts to unload on him with stomps. Meanwhile, Frank Merritt grabs Crazy Boy and starts to choke in the ropes and the ref gets in between them and starts a count.

Crazy Boy staggers away from the ropes where he’s attacked by Reece. Reece sends Crazy Boy off the ropes and nail him with a huge clothesline. Wasp enters the ring but gets dropped by Saniti.
Jerry Andrews: I’m having a hard time following this!
High Tide spin kicks Saniti right in the face. Wasp walks over to Crazy Boy and lifts him up but gets slugged in the stomach. Wasp turns around and that’s when Reece quickly nails him with a big boot to the face! Reece gets up and looks at Merritt and they smile as they go after Saniti. They drag him into the center of the ring. Suddenly, Crazy Boy comes flying off of the ropes, hitting both of The Nobodies with a crossbody!
Ace Anderson: Oh my!
The fans erupt as Smith stands up. He doesn’t have much time to take advantage of the situation though as High Tide shoves him from behind into the turnbuckle chest first.
Jerry Andrews: The attacks can come from anywhere!
Wasp pulls Reece up. Reece shoves him backwards. He then walks up to him and shoves him down and grabs his legs and sling shots him into the corner. Meanwhile, Saniti and Merritt are slugging it out in the corner.
Jerry Andrews: This match has to end by pinfall or submission inside the ring, remember that!
Ace Anderson: It’s going to be impossible to get a win with all of this chaos!
Saniti drops Merritt with a big drop kick. He runs off the ropes and springboards off them and nails a moonsault. He gets up again and climbs to the top rope. Suddenly, Wasp is up and he dives at the turnbuckle, knocking Saniti down! Wasp turns around and hr runs right into a spear from Bubba Reece.
1.....2.....
Jerry Andrews: Kickout!
Crazy Boy is up now! He charges at Reece, but Bubba takes him down. Crazy Boy is now set up for a powerbomb, Reece pulls Crazy Boy up, but Wasp hits him with a spinning heel kick! Wasp with the cover... but Frank Merritt manages to break it up!
Ace Anderson: It’s not over yet!
Nathan Saniti climbs back into the ring. He starts to trade blows with High Tide. Meanwhile, Reece gets up and quickly nails clothesline on Wasp that sends him out of the ring. Crazy Boy walks up to Merritt and he takes him down. He then stomps away on him. Reece tries to break it up but Crazy Boy hits him right in the nose with a big forearm. Reece is staggered. Crazy Boy drops him with a drop kick.
Jerry Andrews: I think Bubba Reece has been busted open by that shot!
Ace Anderson: I think you’re right!
Wasp is back up and on the ring apron as Crazy Boy and Nathan Saniti begin to double team High Tide. Wasp climbs the ropes and leaps off and comes off with a sunset flip onto Crazy Boy, he rolls Crazy Boy up but Crazy Boy rolls out of it! Saniti quickly nails Wasp with a double axe handle. Merritt is up now and he takes down Saniti.
Jerry Andrews: This is madness!
Merritt pulls Saniti up, but Saniti drives his shoulder into Merritt’s midsection and then drops him with a DDT. Saniti stands up and sees Reece getting up his feet dripping with blood. He charges in but Reece lifts him in the air and sling shots Saniti across the top rope. Saniti bounces back and Reece quickly nails him with an uppercut! Reece covers Saniti and the ref counts.
1.....
2.......
NO!
Jerry Andrews: Crazy Boy broke up the pin!
Reece slowly gets to his feet but is cut off as Wasp drills him with a spear. Crazy Boy jumps on Wasp and starts brutalizing him with rights and lefts. High Tide tries to break things up, but he’s attacked by Saniti who is then attacked by both Reece and Merritt! Crazy Boy takes advantage and he hits Wasp with the Crazy Slam! He goes for the cover:

No one is looking to break up the pin....
3!!!
Winners: Tyrone "Crazy Boy" Smith & Nathan Saniti by pinfall @ 11:31
Jerry Andrews: A big victory here tonight for the (un)Stable!
Crazy Boy and Nathan Saniti celebrate in the ring.
As the Nobodies nurse their injuries from a hard fought match on their way to the back, the crowd notices something above the entrance. A spotlight shines above the curtain. A figure is crouching in wait as the Nobodies freeze in their tracks. All that can be seen is black hair with white lightning-shaped stripes in it and two chairs.
Ace Anderson: Who is that?
Jerry Andrews: Is that... That's Lunatic! What the hell is he doing?
Lunatic stands fully upright, spreading his arms like wings. Shouting at the top of his lungs, Lunatic smiles mischievously.
Ace Anderson: Does he have two folding metal chairs duct taped to his arms?
Jerry Andrews: I believe he does. What's he got in mind?
Lunatic: Oh, Nobodies... IT'S PLAYTIME! *sing-song* I believe I can fly!
Lunatic leaps from atop the entrance straight at the Nobodies, leveling them both to the ground with the metal-accentuated move. All three men collapse in a heap. The crowd is eating it up!
Ho-ly Shit! Ho-ly Shit! ho-ly Shit!
As Frank Merritt and Bubba Reece writhe on the ground, Lunatic frees himself from his "wings," tossing a chair on each man with a sadistic nod of approval.
Lunatic: That'll learn ya, ya big meanies.
Lunatic brushes his hands against each other with finality, making his way down to the ring for his own match.
Jerry Andrews: Woah! Lunatic is going to be in the next match... and we'll get to that right when we get back from a break!
Jerry Andrews lied, as PCW Trauma returns but with a shot of the backstage area. Alexa Black is standing with Shane Dodge.
Shane Dodge: Alexa, you just saw two of your (un)Stable teammates pick up a big victory here tonight. Does that give you good feelings heading into your big match against Sadistic later tonight?
Before Alexa can answer, all hell breaks loose. The Black Hand is on the scene! Without saying a word, Sadistic, Grimm, Showtime, Dollface and Stormm charge into the interview area and tackle Alexa down to the floor!
Shane Dodge: What the...!?
Shane *ahem* dodges out of the way of the Black Hand and gets the hell out of Dodge as they brutalize Alexa Black. The camera person struggles to keep everything in view while also staying out of harm's way. While panning around, the camera can see that someone else has jumped into the brawl, likely in defense of Alexa Black. This person is shoved to the ground and Showtime, Dollface and Stormm swarm the unknown individual.
Ace Anderson: What the hell is going on here!? Who is that!?
Grimm grabs a chair from nearby and he tosses it to Sadistic... who drives it right into Alexa's ribs. And again. And again. He is about to strike a fourth time when Nathan Saniti and Tyrone Smith show up on the scene, with their own steel chairs in hand!
Jerry Andrews: Here we go!
Saniti and Smith swing their chairs wildly... but they're attacked from behind by Stormm, Dollface and Showtime.
Ace Anderson: The Black Hand always seems to have the numbers advantage!
Finally, PCW security shows up on the scene. The Black Hand, satisfied with their attack, leave without getting involved with security. As they do, Sadistic kicks Alexa Black had in the ribs before walking away.
Jerry Andrews: What a disgusting situation.
Ace Anderson: Well, I guess we're going back to the ring where the Lunatic and his opponents have been waiting for the match to begin for a while.
All four competitors are already in the ring, having been announced to the live audience during the commercial break. They're all raring to go.
Fourway Match
Judge vs. Barry Kemp vs. Hiroshi Yukio vs. The Lunatic
Referee: Manny Cruz
Judge vs. Barry Kemp vs. Hiroshi Yukio vs. The Lunatic
Referee: Manny Cruz
Jerry Andrews: These four guys are all relative newcomers to PCW, so this will be an interesting match.
Ace Anderson: I expect to see all of them give this contest everything they have to make a good impression here tonight.
They all start to glance at each other, shifting their weigh back and forth, all four men looking for the perfect way to start the match.
Jerry Andrews: All four men hesitant here.
Ace Anderson: No one wants to make the first mistake in this match.
Finally, Judge and Yukio charge forward towards Lunatic and Kemp!
Jerry Andrews: Here we go!
Lunatic starts unloading on Hiroshi with a series of strikes while Kemp and Judge battle it out. Lunatic backs Yukio against the ropes and he starts choking him with the top rope! Yukio struggles, but finally breaks free, shoving Lunatic down to the mat.
Jerry Andrews: Lunatic really going after Hiroski Yukio to start this match!
Yukio now hits Kemp with a clubbing shot to the back of the head! As he stumbles backwards Judge hits him with a clothesline, sending him down to the mat! From there Yukio drops an elbow. Judge with an elbow now. And now Yukio. And now Judge. And now both at once!
Jerry Andrews: Yukio and Judge working together right now, viciously attacking Barry Kemp!

Judge pulls Kemp up to his feet now. He now hits him with a t-bone suplex, sending him down to the mat! Judge now turns around, only to be sent down to the mat by a clothesline from Hiroshi Yukio!

Jerry Andrews: Oh man! Low blow there!
The referee starts to admonish Lunatic. Lunatic runs away and hits Judge with a punch as he’s getting to his feet.
“TAG! You’re it!”
Ace Anderson: What in the hell?
Yukio slowly gets up. He pulls Barry Kemp to his feet, but then sends him back down to the mat with a swinging slide slam. Yukio stands up, but he's suddenly hit by a clothesline by Judge! Judge now grabs Yukio and he Irish whips him across the ring. Judge now charges at Yukio, but Yukio hits him with a big palm strike to the face. Jerry Andrews: But Judge is heading upstairs!

Jerry Andrews: ALMOST!!
Hiroshi Yukio now breaks up the pin! Yukio now grabs Judge. He locks him in and delivers belly-t0bellow suplex! Yukio now goes for the cover. 1...... 2...... Lunatic breaks up the pin now!

Jerry Andrews: That's it! It's over!
Hiroshi Yukio turns around, and he walks right into a dropkick from Lunatic! Kemp is up and he pulls Judge up. He Irish whips him off of the ropes. Judge runs at Kemp, but Kemp dodges and Judge hits the corner! Kemp now backs up and he runs at Judge, hitting him with a spinning heel kick into the corner! Jerry Andrews: These guys are unloading on each other!
Ace Anderson: Wow!
Yukio turns around and Lunatic takes him down with a spin kick! He then hits him with a Rugged Ronnie stomp with BOTH feet, screaming "Woo Hoo, Woo Hoo!" and finishing with a jump in the air, landing sitting Indian style on my his chest for a cover!
1...... 2......
Ace Anderson: Judge breaks up the pin!
Jerry Andrews: I thought it was over right there!
Barry Kemp attacks judge from behind, knocking him down. Kemp now pulls Judge to his feet. He sets him up and suplexes him over his head, over the ropes, and releases him to the outside!
Jerry Andrews: Barry Kemp just suplexed Judge over the ropes to the outside!

Jerry Andrews: Now Hiroshi Yukio is the only man standing in the ring!
Outside the ring, Lunatic runs over to Judge, tagging him again and once again yelling “YOU’RE IT!” before running away laughing.
Inside, Yukio grabs Kemp and he hits him with a snap suplex! Yukio now walks toward Judge who is returning to the ring as well. He elbows him in the face. Earlier today...
Outside the PCW arena the PCW faithful begin to arrive for tonight's show. They form two lines, one for those already with tickets, and the other for the ones purchasing at the door. The crowd is already on edge since the early arrival of a massive collection of bikers, the Saints of Killers. It begins to get pushy when some of the bikers cut line to get tickets, security was tipped off that the bikers were coming.
"I'm going to ask you all to get back in line and wait like the rest of us," spoke a short but stocky security guard, "There are children and this is a somewhat family atmosphere."
The voice that spoke within the crowd was deep and almost robotic, but with a hint of collective in his words.
"Family like? Who are you kidding here? Do you remember that Alexa Black nearly killing two men in front of children?!"
The bikers part allowing for a man to walk through them. He is wearing a black hoodie with a PCW patch on the back, camo jeans tucked into blacl boots, and his arms stretch out beside him. His body language is tight as if asking, more so inviting, the security guards to attack. No one flinched.
"Is it family like for a pack of animals to run around breaking people's legs? Or a unified group of nut jobs to band together? Is this our society now?" the hooded figure spat, "Return to the back of the line brothers for we do not want to offend anyone!"
The bikers obey and return to their places in the line. Judge approaches the hooded figure whispering into his ear after a few seconds Judge looks at the cameras on scene, "We extend an invitation to the following people and take note this is a peaceful invitation for a sit down: The Black Hand, the (un)stable, High Tide and Wasp, the Nobodies, and to any others who want to listen."
The crowd looks to the entrance way as “Black Widow” by In This Moment roars out and they know who is coming out from backstage and they start booing loudly almost drowning out the music .
Alexa Black steps through the curtain her face lit up with a wicked smile by her side on the left is her manager Orin Boyd and on her right her huge bodyguard Lashawnda Tyson.
Ace Anderson: Here comes the Black Widow and you know after last week she has only one thing on her mind tonight and that's getting payback for last weeks attack from The Black Hand.
Jerry Andrews: That's right and you know she won't stop until she gets it. Billy tried to make an example of her last week showing what will happen to anyone who opposes them but this week she won't be handcuffed and Billy will face her one on one. And wait a minute.... What the hell is that?!?
The camera zooms in on Lashawnda and we see the barbed wire wrapped 2x4 with the nails sticking out of it.
Ace Anderson : That's a very nasty looking weapon there and I wouldn't want to be anywhere near it!
Jerry Andrews: I guess after last weeks use of a baseball bat Lashwanda isn't taking chances - and the vicious backstage attack by the Black Hand only adds to it!
She walks slowly down the ramp as the booing intensifies as the PCW faithful don't hold back their hatred of this evil woman. She mocks the crowd and badmouth fans on the way using various profanity which has to be bleeped out. She sees a kid at ringside and rips up his sign with a laugh. As she continues to walk down to the ring as the crowd grows louder and louder so even the announcers can't get a word in over the booing. She reaches the ring and Alexa climbs up on the ring apron, entering the ring to the crowd throwing rubbish at her. Food and cups of beer fly in from all directions but she simply doesn't care.
The music fades out as Alexa stays in the ring waiting for her next victim while Orin and Lashawnda remain at ringside in her corner for the match.
Jerry Andrews: Alexa Black and Billy Sadistic? Nothing good can come of this.
Ace Anderson: Well, if they’re in there beating the hell out of each other, they’re not beating the hell out of anyone else.
Jerry Andrews: Alexa Black has her ribs taped up though. The Black Hand may have broken them with that awful attack earlier tonight.
As the opening to the Rolling Stones' "Paint it Black" twangs over the speakers, the Phenom strolls out from the back; slowly and deliberately. His nasty grin tells you that something bad is about to happen, and only he knows what it is. The fans definitely don't like him, and his mannerisms clearly illustrate that the feeling is mutual. After walking down the aisle, Sadistic casually rolls into the ring and climbs up onto the second turnbuckle. His arms at his sides and his chin held high only serve to incite the PCW Faithful further.
Jerry Andrews: Looks like Billy isn’t prepared with a weapon for THIS match.
Ace Anderson: Or an entourage. You could take that one of two ways - either he’ll improvise, or he doesn’t NEED a weapon for this match.
Gale steps forward to issue his pre-match instructions, and by step forward we mean he inches into the ring while keeping out of reach! Sadistic stands primly, hands clasped in front of him and an attentive look on his face - which is somehow more terrifying than his usual demeanor, and more unsettling than Alexa’s deranged leer. As Gale wraps it up, Alexa swings straight for Billy’s jaw - the ref scrambling back to signal for the bell, and the match begins!
Singles Match
Sadistic (World ©) vs. Alexa Black
Referee: Nigel Gale
Sadistic (World ©) vs. Alexa Black
Referee: Nigel Gale
Jerry Andrews: Alexa starts this match off with a bang!
Ace Anderson: Not quite - look!
Sure enough, Alexa’s first hit was a glancing blow, the wily Sadistic dodging a full hit. An oily, condescending smile on his face he throws a punch back - the two competitors bursting into a battle of strikes! Height and weight being a near perfect match for the superstars, each gives as good as they get, punch for punch battling it out in the center of the ring. Alexa throws a wild haymaker that snaps Billy’s head back on his neck, grinding her forearm into his face - until he brings a sharp knee up into her injured ribs! Alexa’s torso folds in as she lurches back, Sadistic giving her a strong shove, Black stumbling back towards a corner as Orin shouts angry instructions!
Jerry Andrews: Sadistic going after Black's injured ribs in this match.
Ace Anderson: It's brutal and mean but, I mean, you kind of have to take every advantage you can get!
Jerry Andrews: But the Black Hand gave themselves that advantage!
Alexa backs into the corner with Sadistic again moving to unload on her with direct strikes, pausing just long enough to drive his knee into Alexa’s ribcage, doubling her over and following it up by grabbing a fistful of her dark mane and hitting her with a DDT! Sadistic presses the advantage, laying a vicious elbow drop into her sternum. Pulling her up again, Sadistic keeps her pinned in the corner with a hammering flurry of strikes - Alexa responding with gales of maniacal laughter!
Jerry Andrews: What!?
Ace Anderson: I know she’s unhinged, but...
Sadistic backs out of the corner. He then yells for a microphone.
Jerry Andrews: He's asking for a mic? Why?
Ace Anderson: I assure you I have no idea.
Sadistic: Oh, Alexa Black... you wanted this match so badly, didn't you? It's too bad that you're too injured to stand a chance against me. It's really a shame about your ribs. I feel bad. Bad enough to give you the biggest opportunity of your life.... I'm putting my title on the line right here right now.
The crowd explodes!
Ace Anderson: Did Sadistic just make this a World Title match!?
Jerry Andrews: I think he just did, but Alexa Black was brutalized by the Black Hand not long ago. Her ribs are broken. She's in no condition to compete right now. You have to give her credit just for being out here.
Sadistic smiles and returns the mic to the ringside attendant. He then turns around and... Alexa bursts into action with a stiff forearm to Sadistic’s neck, then a knee to the stomach, then another forearm to the face! Wrapping him in a spider’s deadly embrace, she reverses, her near equivalent height and weight allowing her to bodyslam Sadistic into the corner!
Jerry Andrews: YES!!!! Alexa is exacting some revenge on Sadistic now!
Ace Anderson: She keeps this up and she could leave this match with the World Title!
Sadistic’s head hits off the turnbuckle, and as he wobbles in dreamland Alexa pulls him to mid ring. In a matter of seconds, Alexa lines herself up with her staggered opponent and drops him with a short-arm clothesline! Alexa momentarily stops to grab her ribs. She then stands up and taunts the crowd as Sadistic clambers to his feet, Sadistic bullrushing her from the back and the two begin to grapple! As they lock up Alexa gets the upper hand and whips Sadistic to the ropes as he does Lashawnda distracts the ref!
Ace Anderson: Here we go again! When these two are at ringside they are always up to no good!
Jerry Andrews: But it is good for Alexa...
Orin nails Sadistic in the back with a hard shot from his cane right in the middle of his already weakened back and he falls down grimacing in pain - the rest of the Black Hand conspicuously absent in the midst of the shenanigans!
Ace Anderson: Another cheap shot!
Jerry Andrews: And down goes the champ!
Alexa picks him up and nails the Spider Bite lifting him up into the air and driving her thumb into his throat before she quickly goes into a cover
...1!
...2!
No! Sadistic gets his shoulder up at the 2 count, Alexa pounding the mat and with a shriek of anger.
Jerry Andrews: So close! We almost had a new champion!
Ace Anderson: Sadistic is going to regret putting that title on the line!
She surges to her feet, Sadistic seconds behind her, rolling to his feet like a feral beast. Alexa shuffle steps back and levels a heavy kick into Sadistic’s chest -
Jerry Andrews: No WAY!
Ace Anderson: {CENSORED} just got real.
- Sadistic CATCHES Alexa Black’s foot, jagged grin in place as he jerks her forward and smashes a punishing knee into her damaged ribs! Not even the insane can withstand that level of pain, Alexa recoiling in agony as Hangtown’s Phenom presses the attack, a Russian leg sweep sending her back-first to the mat! Billy advances, grabbing a fistful of her long hair and hauling her to her feet with a vicious tug, laying a vicious chop into her chest! Another chop, and another, the sharp, mean strikes just keep coming - CHOPS ARE SERVED! With Alexa reeling, Sadistic gets a few quick jabs into her ribs before wrapping his arms around her and snaps her around to BLAST her into the mat with his brutally violent finisher!
Ace Anderson: Sadistic DDT!
With Alexa’s head rolling on the mat, Sadistic goes in quick, jabbing a sharp knee into her ribs as he drops to make the cover.
...1!
Alexa stirs, shaking her head, trying to clear the cobwebs.
...2!
Orin screams from the sidelines in rage as Lashawnda shouts encouragment, pounding the mat.
...3!
Winner: Billy Sadistic via Pinfall
Billy Sadistic rises to his feet, jamming the toe of his boot into Alexa’s abused ribs as he rises, turning to raise his arms in triumph. As Sadistic plays up the crowd’s anger at his victory he doesn't see Alexa sneaking up behind him with a wicked smile on her face and evil intentions on her mind.
Ace Anderson: The champ better watch out!
He turns, but it's too late. She nails the Facebreaker in the jaw and he collapses to the mat.
Jerry Andrews: She’s gone berserk!
Letting out a ear splitting screech, she gets up and hauls the champ to his feet by his greasy black hair. Sadistic looks directly into her eyes without fear not flinching or saying a word.
Ace Anderson: What is she going to do now?
Jerry Andrews: Knowing Alexa it could be anything... and nothing good for Billy Sadistic!
She kicks him in the balls HARD, lifts him up into position, lets out another screech, and drives him head and neck first into the mat violently with the Black Widow. The top of his head hits first and his head bends on a nasty angle before body goes limp and falls to the mat completely motionless. He doesn't get back up.
Ace Anderson: What is it with Alexa and dropping people on their heads? She seems to take great pleasure in making people suffer. I'm so glad I am not on the receiving end of that. It's so dangerous and speaking as someone who has suffered a neck injury it's not a place you want to find yourself in.
Jerry Andrews: The champ has not moved at all since taking the Black Widow he is OUT cold. He could suffer a concussion or worse from that move but of course I'm sure that Alexa doesn't care.
Alexa reaches into her tights and pulls out a pair of handcuffs just like the ones used on her last week.
Jerry Andrews: She brought handcuffs!
Ace Anderson: Turn about is fair play I guess.
"God's Gonna Cut You Down" by Johnny Cash sounds throughout the PCW Arena and Grimm, Showtime, Kelli and Stormm, dressed in a black Havoc, Inc., hoodie pulled over his face, enter the ring to an unmoving and possibly concussed Sadistic but Alexa has already retreated well into the crowd by the time they get there.
She waves at them with a smile as she retreats and they in turn glare a hole through her from the ring as they summon medical attention for Sadistic.
She raises a mic to her lips and speaks to The Black Hand with cocky amusement.
"After last weeks little ambush I felt like a little payback was needed, and tonight you got what you deserved. Unlike you, I don't need the help of the other mean girls to gang up on someone and handcuff them to the ring to beat them up. I fight my own battles. I don't fight like a little bitch."
In a flash her expression shifts from arrogance to venomous loathing, brow furrowed and voice harsh.
"Don't think you know me William, cos you don't know a damn thing. You're lucky that I let you walk out of here tonight. Remember what I did to The Faces Of Fear? You got off lightly. And only because your needed to get your ass kicked by Eira or Gem at Return To Glory VI. If you want to make an example of me, next time, do it properly. You were sloppy and careless."
A slow smile spreads across her face.
"Have fun defending your title at the PPV."
Alexa walks out up the steps and out the entrance door, Sadistic gaining his feet. He shrugs off Kelli’s solicitous help and stares after Alexa with a dark expression on his face before the Black Hand adjourns the ring and makes for backstage.
We open the scene inside of an office of a lofty, South Carolina home. Various action shots of PCW Superstars can be seen lining the walls of the office, including one that the camera lingered on of PCW Hall of Famer and commentator, Ace Anderson.
“I get told we look alike, all the time,” a voice says with a chuckle.
The camera spins, and on the screen is now PCW President Frank Foley, attired in a pair of blue jeans, a tucked in black button-up with the collar loose, and a pair of brown-leather boots.
Frank Foley: Come on in, take a seat. Begin when you're ready.
PCW Internet Correspondent (and nephew of “The Icemann” Luis Malave) Michael Malone comes into the picture, and it is apparent that he came dressed to impress; Michael is wearing a finely-tailored black suit, and a PCW-blue dress shirt can be seen underneath his suit jacket. Michael takes a seat on a wooden chair, while President Foley follows suit and takes a seat in a large office chair a few feet away. After a few moments, Michael begins.
Michael Malone: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the second episode of 10 Questions with Michael Malone. I, of course, am Michael Malone and sitting just a few feet away is PCW President Frank Foley. Mr. Foley, let me just say it's an honor and a privilege to be interviewing you today.
Frank Foley: Ha, there's no need for the brown-nosing, Michael.
Michael Malone: Sorry, Sir.
Frank Foley: Please, call me Frank. Or Mr. Foley. Or Pres. Hell, even call me, Boss. But Sir is not needed.
Michael Malone: Noted. Thank you, Si...I mean, Boss.
Frank Foley: Don't mention it. Now, I assume you're here because you wanted to ask me some questions?
Michael Malone: Most definitely. Alright, so let me begin with the most prominent question I'm hearing right now...
Frank Foley: Go on.
Michael Malone: ...At this past Trauma, 174, you made a somewhat controversial call of honoring The Icemann Invitational Tournament contract that Non Compos Mentis earned and then was basically forced to agree to face Kelli Starr for the International Championship at Return to Glory.
With respect I state as fact that Mentis had every intention of going after Sadistic and the World Championship instead of Kelli and the International Championship, and he was rightfully angry when you enforced the signed contract. Why did you honor the contract when you knew it was signed under distress?
Frank Foley: Now, that's not really fair. We are a professional wrestling company and it's almost a standard occasion in our industry that contract signings don't go as planned when done in the ring. I'd be cheapening the tradition of our industry if I overruled that decision. A decision was made, by Mr. Rhodes and Mr. Rhodes alone, and he decided to go after the International Championship. We all heard Michael Wryght taunting Non Compos Mentis about being one of only two PCW grand slam champions, and we all know NCM was contemplating the idea. So for him to sign the contract, under duress or not, was expected.
What WASN'T expected was Non Compos Mentis putting his hands on me. I am not a competitor and never claimed to be. I am just a man in a very difficult position hoping that he can get the best out of every PCW Superstar. Nothing more, nothing else. I didn't press charges or suspend or strip Mr. Rhodes of his opportunity, and for that I think I should be commended for.
Michael Malone: There's been a lot of criticism hurled your way over the past several months due to a belief that you've been playing favorites with some of the Superstars in the back, specifically in regards to The Black Hand's dominance of Pure Class Wrestling as of late, as well as Gem's opportunities and rise in Pure Class Wrestling. What do you have to say about that?
Frank Foley: How is awarding performance playing favoritism? At the last set of Icey Awards we conducted, Gem won Best Breakout Star. Before that, we had an internal poll that determined Gem was the Most Underrated performer. Did I rig the voting on those? No. What about when Gem made our World Champion tap-out for the first time in his career? Was that a result of me playing favorites?
I know Eira has gone on record stating I've just GIVEN Gem opportunities, but how so? Did I win the match for Gem when she became the Underground Queen? Did I not take away that title from her when I gave her the opportunity to compete for the PCW World Championship?
In regards to be playing favorites with Gem, I find the insinuation laughable...which is why I haven't commentated on that rumor until this interview. Gem, like Nathan Saniti, Kelli Starr, Justin Michaels, and any other Superstar we have in Pure Class Wrestling, has earned her shots. What she does with those opportunities are her's and her's alone.
Now, in regards to The Black Hand, that's even more laughable than the Gem insinuations. Let me go on record and make it clear: I do NOT condone the actions of The Black Hand....But, as long as they're playing within the rules of not only PCW but of professional wrestling as a whole, who am I to judge and say otherwise?
Sadistic is our World Champion and is one of the most dominant champions I've ever witnessed compete in a PCW ring. Lantlas and Ace Anderson were great, but Sadistic has been on equal, if not better, footing than both of those Hall of Famers.
Michael Wryght is the current PCW North American Champion, made it all the way to the finals of The Icemann Invitational Tournament, and is a former Tag Team, International, and World Champions; He deserves all the respect that he has earned.
And Grimm? Do I even have to tell you about Grimm?
That trio hasn't been favored...they've gone on to earn everything they have. Again, I say, I do not condone their actions, but I do condone their effectiveness. I just wish they were a little more respectful to the rest of the PCW roster, but I can't force them to show respect, can I?
Michael Malone: I guess you can't. But can you tell us a little bit about your plans for the returning PCW Tag Team Championships?
Frank Foley: I will tell you this: The PCW Tag Team Championships WILL return at the appropriately-named Return to Glory. At Trauma 176...the home of the next edition of The Iceys...we will have two matches, and those two matches will determine the two teams that will square off for the PCW Tag Team Championships. What those two matches are at T176...you'll have to wait for the official card...but what I can tell you is that the last PCW Tag Team Champions...after a few years hiatus...Tha UnHoly Alliance of Jason Willard and Loco...the PCW Hall of Famers...will be returning to PCW and will be in contention for those titles.
Michael Malone: Whoa! That's huge news- Tha UnHoly Alliance is coming back to PCW, and as soon as the next edition of Trauma!
The scene then cuts back to ringside.
Jerry Andrews: That was just a small taste of Michael Malone's interview with PCW President Frank Foley. We'll have the complete interview, where Foley is asked about his personal life, his issues with former PCW World Champion Whitey Ford, his favorite PCW personalties and more up on PCWrestling.org in the next few days.
Ace Andrews: I can't wait!
The camera now pans over to see that security has lined the ramp all the way down to the ring as those who were invited to attend the peace meeting entered the ring. The Black Hand who were clearly the most hated were escorted last to the ring but refused to enter with the others when a voice echoed through the pa-system, "Brothers make the Hand play nice!"
It was like a blur of black and purple coming through the crowd as over a hundred bikers pushed and shoved through the fans. They jumped the barriers attacking security with chains, lead pipes, or just with bare hands! They eventually force the Black Hand into the ring with the PCW talent that showed.
The bikers replace security down the ramp and formed a strong barrier at the entrance. The confusion and chatter soon stops however when clapping rips through the arena, cameras backstage begin to follow the hooded figure through the halls. Judge soons joins his side, then Othello, and finally Victor. They march through the arena while everyone watches, "I've been gone for some time, lost everything on my way down too. I kept my eye on PCW however and I've really enjoyed the power struggle!"
"Heaven Knows" by the Pretty Reckless begins to play and everyone begins to whisper, the hooded figure finally walkes out onto the ramp. His unseen eyes scan the crowd and he removes his hood. With his gray eyes seen the whispers turn into unconfirmed name calling. The man is bald and his mouth covered by a mask that wrapped around his head.
"The Black Hand the most dominant force in PCW the last year has been truly remarkable," the man continues, "They have been so powerful several groups have been formed to bring them down! Now a band of misfits, a clan of oddballs and nuts, have taken up arms to fight! I applaud you Nathan. No easy task. Now the question is, who am I? What are my plans for calling everyone here?"
His laughter which was very robotic echoes through the PCW, "It's not for peace I can tell you that much! We're all in some type of realm or order or back water society but the order I belong to has called me forward for a mission. I declined of course, but each and every one of you are targets!"
The mans paces the ramp, "Judge and I are the executioners sent forth to carry out this deed. I could do this foolish deed now seeing as how foolishly you idiots clambered to the ring but I deserve my fun before we start to pick you off one by one!"
The man holds his arms up in the air much like the starts of the Florida Gators famous chomping taunt, "Judge and Jury are here friends! AND ENEMIES! The Saints of Killers are marching home....are you ready?"
Jury begins to clamp the jaws shut and then BOOOOOM! The four corners of the ring blow out, screams erupt through the crowd, and the ring collapses! Everyone is stunned and in disarray from the sneak attack as they lay a top everyone.
The lights go out for a second then come back on and the only two people missing are Judge and Jury.
Jerry Andrews: Ladies and gentlemen, we're back and... I'm not sure what to say.
Ace Anderson: The ring crew has spent the entire break putting the ring back together, but everyone is still pretty shocked by what happened earlier tonight.
Jerry Andrews: That's certainly true!
"Doctor"
"Patient"
"Patient"
As the frenetic percussion and rapid vocals sound out over the PCW loudspeakers, the entire arena's light system begins to strobe with a rainbow of multicolored lights flashing over the crowd and the entranceway as Kelli dances out into a white spotlight and the cheers of the crowd.
She looks back with a smile as she is joined on the top of the ramp by her tag team partners for the evening, Wryght and Grimm, who look fierce but also a little perturbed about the rainbow entrance they have had forced upon them.
“Ladies and Gentlemen, the following is a six person tag team match. Introducing first, the team of the International Champion, Kelli Starr, the North American Champion, Michael “Showtime” Wright and GRIMM!”
Showtime and Grimm fistbump one another and give each other a nod of agreement as the uptempo music continues and Kelli makes her way down the ramp, giving high-fives, blowing kisses, dispensing hugs, and posing briefly for pictures with fans as she makes her energetic way to the ring! As she reaches the ring, she slips under the bottom rope and bounces around, pink sparks showering down from the ceiling as she darts from one corner to another and hops up on turnbuckles to fire the crowd.
Showtime and Grimm follow behind her, skulking their way to the ring, climbing the ring steps and getting between the ropes, ready and waiting for their opponents in this six person tag match.
"This is Gonna Hurt" begins to play as the arena goes dark and smoke begins to fill the stage. Multi-colored lasers strobe in time with the beat, revealing a silhouette in the smoke. As the music picks up an explosion rocks the stage, clearing the smoke and revealing Loki, standing there with his tag partners.
“Their opponents, the team of Loki, Non Compos Mentis and Justin “Stormm” Michaels!”
NCM and Stormm follow Loki down to the ring and watch as Loki strides confidently down the ramp as the audience cheers, half way down the ramp he breaks into a sprint and slides under the bottom rope. Stormm enters the ring and stretches, keeping his hood up the entire time, acting a bit awkward, looking at the Black Hand as he feeds off his hatred while NCM broods silently in the corner.
Six Person Tag Team Match

Kelli Starr (International ©), "Mr. Showtime" Michael Wryght (North American ©) & Grimm vs. Loki, Non Compos Mentis & Justin "Stormm" Michaels
Referee: Ty Little
Jerry Andrews: Well this one should be intense, you’ve got the vicious Black Hand and you have the fighting spirits of Loki, Stormm and NCM. Storm seems different tonight, maybe it’s his motivation to win, maybe he’s scared but he seems off.
Ace Anderson: We know that he's said that he hasn't joined The Black Hand, but we saw him with them earlier tonight, so I still can't trust the guy.
Jerry Andrews: This feels like it could easily turn into a four-on-two for the Black Hand.
Ace Anderson: I wouldn’t wanna be in that ring right now. Ty Little better be wearing his adult diaper for this bout!
The teams confer in their respective corners and decide that Loki will start the match against Grimm, the other four competitors taking a rope at the turnbuckles and waiting for their turn in the ring. Grimm and Loki circle each other in the middle of the ring as the bell sounds and the match begins with Loki hitting a stiff forearm to the neck of Grimm, then hitting him in the chest with a series of hard punches, but Grimm eventually breaks free and shoves Loki back, hitting him with a shoulder block, knocking him a few steps back.
Jerry Andrews: Both men fighting here and neither giving the other any quarter in the starting moments of this contest.
Ace Anderson: I don’t blame them, these guys hate each other!
Loki attempts to grab at Grimm but Grimm grabs Loki’s arms, pulling him in, a quick kick to the belly and then hitting him with a hard fisherman’s suplex, crashing Loki to the mat. Loki grabs at Grimm’s shin, pulling him down to the canvas where he retains hold of the left foot, turning the trip into an ankle lock submission with ease, Grimm groaning as his foot is wrenched hard, trying to kick the other foot at Loki.
Ace Anderson: I don’t think I’ve seen Loki go to an ankle lock like this before.
Jerry Andrews: Loki has incredible ring presence, he knows where you are and what he can grab to hurt you.
Grimm struggles and crawls, desperate to get out of the move, he slams his right foot hard into the knee of the standing Loki then crawling fast to grab the bottom rope and force the break. Loki gathers his breath as Grimm climbs to his feet, pissed off. Kelli and Showtime both hold their hands out for a tag and Grimm dismisses them, rushing right at Loki hard with a running lariat into the opposite turnbuckle, knocking Loki into cloud cuckoo land. He grins maniacally as he hops over the top rope to the outside.
Jerry Andrews: This can’t be good.
Ace Anderson: What’s he doing out there? There’s 3 men out there that want to kill him!
Grimm walks round to his team's corner of the ring, away from the lurking Stormm and NCM who have jumped down to the mat to protect their territory. Grimm drops down and looks under the apron, pulling out a heavy duty shovel, laughing at it in his hands. Ty Little is busy checking on Loki’s wellbeing so doesn’t see the shovel, which Grimm slides under the bottom rope before climbing back in.
Jerry Andrews: Oh my God...
Once in the ring, Grimm walks over to the corner, pushing the referee out of the way as he grabs Loki, pulling him up and grabbing his throat, but Loki kicks the big guy in the shin, trying to fight back, shoving Grimm hard, pushing him away with a few well timed but sloppy punches. As they both meet in the center of the ring, Grimm signals to Showtime who gets into the ring and starts stomping towards the opposite of the ring, getting in the face of Stormm and NCM, Stormm backing off a bit and avoiding the conflict, but NCM getting right back into the face of Michael Wryght.
Ace Anderson: I do not like where this is going. The referee needs to sort this out!
Jerry Andrews: I don’t think he wants to get between these two big men.
As if he heard, Ty Little heads to the corner to try and talk to the two men in a futile attempt to regain order. As calculated, Grimm uses this time to grab the shovel and doesn’t even hesitate a second to swing the shovel and smack Loki right in the middle of his back causing a loud crack, knocking him down with a thud, before tossing the shovel under the bottom rope to keep it hidden.
Jerry Andrews: Well that’s just plain cheating! He can’t do that!
Ace Anderson: He just did!
Jerry Andrews: Loki looks hurt.. and bad.
Grimm drops down to pin Loki.
1…..
2…..
Then just before the 3 count, Grimm gets up and laughs, kicking the fallen body of Loki. Ty Little trying now to block Grimm from attacking Loki as he calls for a medic to check him out. Grimm goes back to his team and stands in the turnbuckle, relaxing in a cocky arrogance only he could muster. Soon after, Loki is helped onto a stretcher and taken from the ring. The ring announcer being addressed by the medics.
Jerry Andrews: This looks bad. This entire match has come to a stop here....
“Ladies and Gentlemen, the medics have advised me that Loki has been deemed unfit to continue but the match will continue as a three on two handicap match.”
Grimm smiles and tags out, letting Michael Wryght into the match. Wryght looks over to the opposite corner, where NCM was getting in the ring. Stormm, still clad in his hooded top as if he had to intent on getting into the ring. NCM and Showtime square off in the ring, with NCM fighting Showtime with a tenacious flurry of punches, kicks and elbows which Showtime finds hard to get away from but does so with a shoulder bash, followed up by a quick succession of chops.
Jerry Andrews: Lots of physical striking in this one it seems.
Ace Anderson: Not a whole lot of technique, but it’s a good watch!
The tussle is soon broken by NCM who manages to hit a DDT on Showtime in the middle of the ring before setting up for a running lariat, building up momentum as he headed to his corner to attempt a running knee strike to Wryght but as he goes to do so, Stormm tags himself in with a blind tag to NCM’s shoulder. NCM looks back to Stormm in bewilderment.
Jerry Andrews: Why would Stormm tag in when Mentis has the momentum? He had him just where he wanted him!
NCM shakes his head as he is forced to leave the ring, with Stormm taking his place, maintaining the hood over his face.
Ace Anderson: Stormm must have a big ass zit or something, he is not wanting to show his face to this crowd.
Jerry Andrews: Maybe he's ashamed of himself. He should be.
This disruption gives Showtime the time to get back to his corner and tag in Kelli Starr who smiles sweetly to the crowd before rushing at Stormm to attempt a quick head scissors but Stormm ducks out of the ring, through the ropes, holding his hands up, chuckling. Kelli shrugs and heads to the top rope, figuring if he won’t come in, she’ll go out but Stormm runs around the ring to avoid her until she gets back down, shrugging to the crowd. Finally, Stormm heads back to his corner, getting into the ring and putting up his fists but as Kelli goes to hit him, he steps back and tags in NCM.
Jerry Andrews: Justin Michaels sure is acting odd tonight, it’s not how we’re used to seeing him at all!
Ace Anderson: You got that right Jerry.
Kelli doesn’t seem to care who she attacks and she makes it known as she grabs the wrist of Non Compos Mentis and Irish whips him to the ropes, following it up with a picture perfect clothesline and rushing up to the turnbuckle, dropping down with the Sugar High, knocking NCM to the canvas.
Jerry Andrews: Say what you want about Kelli Starr, she is a FIRECRACKER!
Kelli skips toward her corner, tagging in Showtime once more who feels he needs some redemption after not even getting out of the starting gate. He quickly picks up NCM and puts his head between his legs and lifts him up high, slamming him down with a powerbomb.
Ace Anderson: I have NEVER seen Showtime use a power bomb before, he is PISSED.
Feeling like he made his statement, Showtime smiles for the first time all match as he drops to his knees ON NCM’s lower back, digging his knees into his spine before getting up and slamming them back down again and again until NCM writhes in pain. Showtime feeds off this and gets to NCM’s legs, locking them around his own in a figure four leg lock. The crowd go crazy and the referee drops to check the submission.
Mentis is in pain as he crawls to try and find his corner, he is so close. He crawls and crawls and just as he reaches out to tag Stormm, Stormm drops down from the ring and goes to the announce desk to fetch a bottle of water, drinking it slowly, giving NCM a gesture of “be right there." Suddenly, the crowd screams someone rushes out from the back.
Jerry Andrews: What the hell!?
Justin “Stormm” Michaels runs down the ramp, slowing halfway and showing signs of a limp, his face covered in scratches.
Jerry Andrews: My god, how can this be? Stormm is running to the ring! Then… who is this guy?
Ace Anderson: I have no idea and what the hell happened to Justin, he is clearly favouring that leg!
The confusion doesn't just hit onlookers. Showtime releases his grip on NCM and heads to the apron with Kelli to confront the real Stormm but Justin is on a mission and runs right for the guy we all thought WAS Stormm, grabbing him hard by the back of the head and slamming him into the barricade. The second Stormm is not able to return fire as Justin grabs him and launches him over the barrier into the crowd where they exchange blows, fighting through the stairway separating blocks of fans.
Jerry Andrews: I though nothing in PCW could surprise me until today.
Ace Anderson: You got that right, TWO Stormm’s? What the hell is going on?
Meanwhile, the referee is restoring order in the match, clearing the competitors from the ring and evaluating the situation before shrugging and allowing the match to continue. NCM, who was beaten and bruised already gets into the ring and prepares to fight, looking over at the looming towers of all three members of the Black Hand’s team. Kelli Starr, Grimm and Showtime, all still in this match and suddenly realised he was the only man standing for his team.
Jerry Andrews: Oh man... it's three-on-one for the Black Hand against NCM now!
Ace Anderson: This will not be good.
Grimm and Showtime both hop the ropes, heading for NCM at once, Grimm picking him up NCM and holding him in position for Showtime to hit a spinning European Uppercut, knocking the spit from his mouth. Ty Little tries to get between them but is unable to stop the assault as Showtime slides behind NCM and sets up the Sweetness, hitting it expertly, with Mentis falling like a sack of potatoes onto the canvas.
Jerry Andrews: Okay, enough is enough, he’s damaged, this match needs to be ended, it’s a no contest! He's the only member of his team left out here!
Ace Anderson: We’ve seen people get beaten down and come back from it, give him a chance!
Jerry Andrews: It's THREE-ON-ONE!
Grimm and Showtime share a high five as they hold up the lifeless body of Non Compos Mentis as Kelli Starr elegantly saunters through the ropes and towards him with a twisted smile on her face. She plants a kiss on the face of NCM, leaving a rainbow smudge of makeup behind as she shakes a fist before tuning it up for a hardcore CANDYGRAM! NCM falls to the canvas and the Black Hand just laugh at him, Grimm and Showtime kicking his fallen body and Kelli rushing off to the ropes, springing off of them and slamming down onto NCM with the knees in a textbook version of her finishing maneuver.
Ace Anderson: Ooooh Kelli Starr is Dropping the Bass!
Jerry Andrews: This match should have ended ages ago, he can’t even move! This isn't a match anymore. This is a gang assault. One person, no matter who he is, can't take on three!
Grimm and Showtime finally leave the ring as Kelli Starr sits down on NCM’s fallen body, grinning from ear to ear as the referee reluctantly counts…
1…….
2…….
3……!!
Jerry Andrews: That was no match, that was a fight and not a fair one either!
Ace Anderson: Nothing’s fair when the Black Hand are involved.
Winners: The Black Hand via pinfall @ 19:43
The crowd boos loudly, both Stormm’s gone from sight backstage, Loki gone to the medics and NCM destroyed in the ring. Kelli and her partners happily walk to the back as we fade to commercial.
Jerry Andrews: We're back and this is it, Ace. The main event of the evening.
Ace Anderson: I think that Foley, or Malave, or whoever is doing the booking needs to get their head checked. Giving away a match of this magnitude for free on cable television is just asinine, if you ask me. This is a pay-per-view quality match. A MAIN EVENT pay-per-view match! But alas, the spoiled PCW Faithful win again.
Jerry Andrews: I can't argue with you there, and this is a match that carries the weight of a bitter rivalry and huge championship implications. Eira and Gem know each other very well, both inside of the ring and out. And the rivalry that has developed here is unreal. Gem despises Eira for taking her in as a friend and then betraying her, and Eira can't stand Gem due to, in her opinion, her undeserved favorable placement on the card. I smell a match of the year candidate here, Ace.
The hard edge of Anberlin's opening chords sound throughout the arena as Gem appears at the top of the ramp. “Little Tyrants” by Anberlin hits as the full power soars out over the PCW Faithful with Gem making her way down the ramp. Gem awkwardly but enthusiastically glides along, acknowledging her fans, touching her hands along their outstretched reach, occasionally offering a smile or nod of appreciation. Aggressive edge vocals with a counterpoint of intense, percussive guitar support joins the music as Gem approaches the ring, her gaze tightening on her goal. Her trademark focus comes to the fore as she ascends the steps and wipes her feet on the apron, stepping between the ropes and stretching out as she waits for the match to begin. The fans attention follows her every move.
Ace Anderson: Conspicuous by his absence is Gem's accomplice, Grant. A symbol of the importance of this encounter, I suppose. Gem has a lot to prove her, one of those things being that she can take down her nemesis Eira one-on-one.
Jerry Andrews: You've gotta believe that somewhere in the back sits Billy Sadistic, possibly with a bag of popcorn, getting ready to watch his potential challengers destroy one another.
Ace Anderson: I don't think he eats popcorn. Just noses. And he might be smarting a bit after his encounter with Alexa Black. Just saying.
The arena lights lower to a shadowed dimness as "Dystopic" by Position Music begins to play over the PCW speakers. The somber opening notes soon joined by a heavy drumbeat, gradually augmented into what sounds like a full orchestra. At 0:41 when the vocals begin, a 20 foot pillar of purple flame explodes out of the center of the stage, the roaring fire screaming up to the rafters as smaller flames burst alight and race towards the ring. The conflagration dies down, and twin purple spotlights angle in to reveal Eira. She stands absolutely motionless for a few seconds, her left leg with its gleaming, spiked black metal knee brace crossed in front of the right; arms outstretched and head tipped back in a mockery of the Crucifixion. She lowers her arms and walks towards the ring, her relentless stride perfectly in sync with the heavy background beat, following the trail of flickering purple flames to either side of her path.
Jerry Andrews: Rumor on the street is that Billy Sadistic caused Eira to have a miscarriage. And with Murdoc on the loose and lurking in the shadows, you can see why they'd like to put an end to the Black Hand's reign of terror on the grandest stage of them all.
Ace Anderson: Yes, but Gem would love to rip Sadistic limb from limb as well. For one, she already holds a submission victory over the champion in a non-title bout. For two, he's been her biggest detractor over the past year. He's tried to hold her down at every turn. Some have even suggested he might even be scared to face her.
Jerry Andrews: Scared? I don't know if I'd go that far.
While Eira keeps her primary focus on her goal, she offers an occasional smile or nod in response to fans on her way to down the ramp. Reaching ringside, Eira slowly ascends the stairs and walks to mid-apron ... wiping her feet before slipping between the ropes to enter. Swinging her long, silvery white braid behind her, she remains absolutely still and waits with predatory focus for the match to begin.
Singles Match for Number One Contendership for the PCW World Championship
Eira vs. Gem
Referee: Eric Russo
[/div]Eira vs. Gem
Referee: Eric Russo
You can almost cut the tension with a knife as Eira and Gem stare daggers at one another from their respective corners. The honorary PCW zebra, Eric Russo, almost looks hesitant to interrupt their special moment, but alas duty calls. After a very quick briefing, Russo calls for the bell and gets the hell out of their way.
Jerry Andrews: The hairs are standing on my arm right now. If ever there were a “big fight” atmosphere in PCW, this would be it. Eira and Gem. Live!
Wasting little time, the two begin to circle. Almost equals on paper and both displaying assassin-like tendencies, this match is what bookies would call a “pick 'em.” A toss up. A flip of the coin. But Eira isn't too keen on leaving things up to chance and despite her slight size disadvantage, she bull rushes Gem into a corner and begins battering her with heavy shoulder thrusts.
Ace Anderson: Despite having a minimal height and weight advantage, Gem won't enjoy many statistical advantages over Eira. Strength...equal. Speed...equal. Agility...equal. But Eira can lay claim to an experience advantage. This will definitely come down to the wire.
The action in the early goings is all Eira. The silver-maned vixen is all offense and looks as if she's trying to prove a point. Elbows to the face. Gem does not belong. Knees to the ribs. Gem does not belong. Vicious headbutts. Gem does not belong.
Jerry Andrews: Eira is an absolute woman possessed. Her motivations are two-fold. Put Gem in her place. Get Sadistic one-on-one.
Possessed, indeed. Right off the bat, she unloads on Gem with everything but the kitchen sink. Battering her younger foe all the way down to the mat, she gazes out into a very disapproving crowd. Thinking nothing of them, she returns her focus to the task at hand and moves in for the kill. Several vicious stomps to the chest have Gem hurting in a bad way as Eira yards her into the center of the ring and hammers her with a trio of elbow drops before attempting a cover. 1...2...kickout!
Ace Anderson: Eira is laying into Gem with a purpose. She trying to make a statement and drive the point home here tonight.
Eira mounts the second turnbuckle and waits for Gem to stand before leaping into action! Eira launches an attack...but Gem counters with a kick to the stomach! The fans roar as Gem puts those educated feet to use. A side kick here. A roundhouse kick there. Kick after kick after kick and Eira is on her heels. The fans are rocking and rolling with each pinpoint strike as Gem has Eira backed into a corner. Gem's assassin background is paying through in spades as she unloads with vicious sidekicks, forearms thrusts, and palm strikes, but Eira manages to cover up through it all.
Ace Anderson: Look at Eira putting up her defenses. She's really weathering the Stormm.
Jerry Andrews: Ahhh. I see what you did there. Capital “S.” Two m's at the end. Clever.
Ace Anderson: But how could you see...
But, in fact, Eira has weathered the Stormm and underhooked one of Gem's roundhouse kicks. Grabbing her by the throat, she lifts her into the air and plants her with a sitout powerbomb! 1...2...kickout! Unsatisfied with the count, but refusing to complain to the referee, she rips Gem off the mat by the hair and drags he right into a backbreaker! The crowd lets out a collective gasp, but Eira isn't finished. Hopping to the second turnbuckle, Eira leaps off with a senton splash that connects! Gem is in a bad way as the member of the Order makes the cover. 1...2...kickout!
Jerry Andrews: Once again, Gem gets the shoulder up!
The fans are starting to rally behind the young assassin, but Eira continues to push the advantage. Clearly, Gem is the fan favorite in this contest. Eira could care less. Eira drops a knee across the throat before yanking Gem to her feet. No rest holds here, people! This is total non-stop action! Gem retaliates with a right hook, but Eira is quick to block and counter with a chop to the throat! A brutal shove sends Gem to the corner and Eira not-so-delicately pulls her adversary's attire down around her shoulder so that she can deliver some knife edge chops to Gem's bare flesh!
Ace Anderson: Oh, yes! Chops! Chops are served!
Chops! Gem's chest area is red and welted from the onslaught as she slinks to her knees. Eira is clearly the dominant combatant at this point as she exerts her will over her younger foe. Whipping her silvery braid out of her face, she convenes upon Gem like a woman possessed! Grabbing Gem by the hair, she repeatedly slams the back of her head into the canvas. The Faithful quickly voice their disapproval.
Jerry Andrews: Eira has quickly thrown caution to the wind here. She's not known for breaking the rules, and she isn't necessarily breaking them now, but her aggressive tactics have put the fans squarely in Gem's corner.
Ace Anderson: I honestly don't think she cares. All she wants is a shot at the World Champion, fans be damned.
Peeling Gem off the mat, Eira lifts her into the air for a slam...but Gem snakes out behind her and takes her down with a drop toe hold! The fans yelp. Eira turns angrily, but Gem is there to meet her with a throat thrust! And another! Another! Eira grasps at her neck as Gem starts at the bottom with some shin kicks. Followed by thigh kicks! Working her way up, she hits some forearm strikes. And now it is Gem serving up a juicy plate of chops!
Ace Anderson: More chops! A second helping! I love me some chops!
Gem is now on the offensive! Gem then with some martial arts strike. Gem now with some precision strikes! Gem then forces Eira into the corner for a batch of forearm strikes! Gem now has regained control of this match and the fans are loving it. Until Eira charges out of the corner, grabs her by her hair and her top, spins her around, and thrusts her shoulder-first into the steel ringpost!
Jerry Andrews: Oh sweet baby Jesus! Gem may have broken her collar bone!
Gem collapses to her knees clutching her shoulder, but Eira doesn't give a damn. Eira waits pounced patiently in the corner, her breathing steady and determined.
Ace Anderson: I don't know, Jerry. I think Gem may have bitten off more than she'd bargained for. This match has been all Eira. I'm beginning to wonder if maybe the critics were right. Maybe Gem doesn't belong in the upper echelon of PCW.
Jerry Andrews: You shouldn't count your eggs before they hatch, Ace. This match is far from over.
Ace Anderson: Is it?
Gem stumbles out of the corner, clearly favoring her injured shoulder. Eira could give two shits as she launches into action. She meets Gem in the middle of the ring driving he shoulder directly into Gem's abdomen with a disgusting spear! Gem's head snaps to the mat and this one must be over!
Jerry Andrews: That was one of the most vicious spears I've ever seen! Gem's head bounced off the canvas! That's it, folks!
Eira confidently makes the cover as Eric Russo slides into position. 1...2...kickout! The fans roar in approval as the perpetual underdog thrusts the shoulder up!
Ace Anderson: I don't believe it! Gem is like the little engine that could! Against all odds, she just has that will to succeed!
Jerry Andrews: She hasn't done anything yet, Ace, except take a beating.
Eira's frustration begins to boil over a bit as she rips Gem off the mat by her short hair. Locking her around the neck in a Muay Thai clinch, she unleashes several knees into Gem! The blows eventually cause Gem to collapse to the mat. As Gem tries in vain to crawl to the corner, Eira systematically perches over Gem...and locks in Purgatory!
Jerry Andrews: Oh! Eira has Purgatory locked in! That patented straight jacket hold, and Gem's situation is hopeless at this point!
Ace Anderson: Eira has both of her wrists locked in! Gem couldn't tap out if she wanted to. She'll have to utter the words if she wants to give in.
Jerry Andrews: Don't count on it, Ace.
The fans begin to rally behind Gem, but their rallies might be futile. Eira mercilessly wrenches back on the hold and Gem starts to become responsive. Gem is beginning to run out of steam and Eric Russo responsibly checks for the submission. He checks once. Nothing. He checks twice. Nothing. He checks three times...and Gem surges to her knees! The fans, suddenly revitalized, begin stomping and cheering as Gem works her way up. To a knee. To her feet! Eira clings to her back as Gem reaches her feet! Gem thrusts backwards to smash Gem into the corner, but Eira releases in the nick of time and drives Gem into the buckle! As Gem staggers out of the corner, Eira smashes her with a knee lift to the face using her spiked knee brace! Gem is down for the count as Eira quickly scales the corner with no apologies! The fans begin booing as Eira sizes up her nemesis and launches into the air....
Ace Anderson: Fall of the Morning Star! That's it, folks!
Jerry Andrews: She connected point blank on that one!
Gem is completely decimated as Eira spins around and falls into the cover. The fans begin to grumble as Eric Russo slides in and makes the count.
1...2......3!
Ace Anderson: And that's it! Eira has done it!
Jerry Andrews: Wait a minute, Ace. Russo is saying that it was only a two count!
Ace Anderson: What?!
Sure enough, Russo is stating that he only hit a two-count. Eira is completely beside herself, having thought she had the match in the bag. Gem, using the little opening to regain her composure, presses forward like a professional. Sizing Eira up, she aims a precision kick at the back of her head!
Jerry Andrews: Oh! Eira must have had a sixth sense! Or a guardian angel! Somehow, she dodged Cold from Gem, and now she's lifted the youngster into the air!
Ever the veteran, Eira has out-maneuvered Gem and lifted her to the top turnbuckle! The fans hold their breath as Eira mounts the corner behind her and...in a flash...
Ace Anderson: Wreath of Barbs! She got it! She got it!
Jerry Andrews: Yeah. This one's over, folks. Gem put up a semi-valiant effort.
Gem is completely splattered all over the mat and the fans groan in unison as a tired Eira makes the cover! Some of the fans throw down their popcorn as they begin to exit.
Ace Anderson: A great match, but this one's over Faithful.
Eric Russo slides in, but the count is all but academic. 1...2...!
Ace Anderson: And that's it!
Jerry Andrews: No! Russo is saying that Gem...somehow...got the shoulder up!
Ace Anderson: What?!
Sure enough, Gem shot the shoulder up at the last split second, and the fans have been whipped into a frenzy. Eira is at a loss, wondering what she has to do next to finish off her arch adversary. The silver-haired enchantress even slaps the mat in frustration in a rare showing as she climbs to her feet. She ponders arguing the decision with Eric Russo before thinking better of it and turning her attention back to Gem. Ever the opportunist, Gem catches her with the Shine! Eira is dropped face-first to the canvas as the fans completely explode! Gem, however, is too weak to capitalize!
Jerry Andrews: No! Gem...you've got to make the cover!
Ace Anderson: Might you have a bet on this match, Mr. Andrews?!
Jerry Andrews: N...No!
After a few seconds pass, Gem is able to sling an arm over Eira. Russo quickly makes the count. 1...2...kickout!
Ace Anderson: Oh! She almost got her!
Eira tries to shake the cobwebs free and Gem is stunned. Eira is slow to her feet, but once she stands, Gem is there to jump on her back like a starfish! In the blink of an eye, the Endless Night is locked in!
Jerry Andrews: She's got it! Gem has it locked in! This is the same move she used to make Sadistic tap out! And now it's Eira's turn!
Ace Anderson: Sadistic DID tap out to the Endless Night! And now Eira is locked in!
Eira struggles mightily, but the young assassin has it locked in snug! The fans are roaring for a submission, but like a stubborn bull, Eira just won't give in. Eira is still on her feet as Gem laces in the body lock with her legs. Unwilling to go down, Eira staggers around the ring with the youngster on her back. In a thrust of desperation, Eira rams Gem's back into the corner! Gem refuses to release hold! Twice Eira drives Gem into the turnbuckles! The hold is weakened enough that Eira is able to hip throw Gem to the mat!
Jerry Andrews: Oh! Eira's managed to escape! Miraculously, Eira has freed herself, but she's gasping for air!
Eira is gulping in air by the gallon as Gem rolls nimbly to her feet. In a flash, she lock in Eira plants her with What Dreams May Come! The fans erupt into a frenzy! Gem weakly slaps a hand onto Eira's chest as Eric Russo slides into position for the final count.
1...2...... 3!
Ace Anderson: Oh! What a match! And what a win for the youngster!
Jerry Andrews: No! Ace! Now Russo is saying that Eira got the shoulder up!
Ace Anderson: What the hell?!
Sure enough, Eira somehow managed to spring her shoulder off the mat at the last instance! The fans let out a collective groan as Gem questions Eric Russo with frustration. Eira powers over onto her stomach and pulls herself up with the ring ropes as Gem digs deep to summon the will to prevail. The fans are whipped into a frenzy, not knowing which way this bout will end.
Jerry Andrews: This is something else, Ace! Pay-per-view quality indeed! We've run over on time, but the network is going to stay with us, folks! There WILL be a winner!
With both Eira and Gem running on fumes, Eric Russo steps into the corner for the conclusion of the match. Gem advances out of her corner and Eira stumbles out of hers. The fans hold their breath in anticipation as Gem attempts the Shine! But Eira ducks beneath the kick and shoves Gem into the corner!
Ace Anderson: Oh! Thou Shalt Not! Eira is raining upon Gem with everything known to man!
Jerry Andrews: No! Gem has somehow managed to flow out of the corner!
Sure enough, Gem has countered a kick, latched onto the leg, and rolled Eira up into a schoolboy rollup! Eric Russo makes the count as the people wait with baited breath!
1...2......3!
Ace Anderson: …
Jerry Andrews: …
Eira powers out. Just a split second too late! Russo calls for the bell!
…
Jerry Andrews: She got her! Gem got her! Gem will face Billy Sadistic for the World Championship!
The fans erupt into irrational cheers as Gem collapses to the mat as “Little Tyrants” by Anberlin starts back up.
Ace Anderson: What a match, Jerry. That's definitely a match of the year candidate!
The bell rings as Eric Russo raises Gem's hand in victory.
Jerry Andrews: Neither of these competitors have anything to be ashamed of. A fine showing, and a fine match.
Gem has her hand raised into the air as Eira rises to her feet.
Winner: Gem via Pinfall @ 24:59
The fans are cheering in the aisles as Eira stands defiantly looking down upon Gem. Gem bravely stands, her theme music playing in the background, and Eira bluntly faces her. Gem stands tall, the two valiant warriors standing eye to eye.
Jerry Andrews: What's going to happen here? Eira looks like she's about to offer her hand to Gem, but...
Before any such sportsmanship can happen, the Black Hand is on the scene! The uncertain cheers turn to violent jeers as the Black Hand envelope Eira and drag her to the outside! The boos are thunderous! But Billy Sadistic, World Champion, waits patiently on the ramp, the belt fastened tightly around his waist. His eye is a bit swollen, but his twisted grin is unmistakable. Recognizing the challenge, Gem heads to the outside to confront the champion!
Ace Anderson: Notice how Sadistic went nowhere near Eira! The other members of the Hand went after her, leaving Sadistic to take on the youngster!
Sadistic, well-rested, meets Gem with some tough right hands. Gem is rocked in the aisle...at first! Firing back, the laces into the champion with merciless chops and kicks! The fans roar! Sadistic is on his heels, and he dives into the crowd for sanctuary, Gem on his tail! A beaten Eira fights back against Grimm and Showtime at ringside as Gem gives chase to her upcoming opponent!
Jerry Andrews: Folks, that's all the time we have for Trauma...
Ace Anderson: ...and what a Trauma it was...
Jerry Andrews: ...we'll see you at the Icey's!
